My first experience here was awesome. I think the food is great, a little costly for the amount of food you receive, but it's pretty good. My visit today is the reason for my 2 star rating. I was highly disappointed with my servers attitude with myself and my family. I won't put her name out there. But it seemed like anything I asked her she made a snappy come back. Even my kids noticed. I can not express how respectful and friendly I am, until someone disrespect me. I use to be a server, to I know how stressful it can be. Placed an order over an hour ago to deliver and still no delivery. I called the restaurant 3 times since and no one has picked up. Sadly will never be coming here again. We were always happy to drive from the Valley to eat here, but after this last visit, won't be making that drive anymore. If you plan on coming anytime after 7pm, I wouldn't count on it. More than half the menu was unavailable. The waitress had to repeatedly tell us that the kitchen had already closed. A whole hour before closing. Normally I understand if you come in late to any restaurant you'll get the side eye, but an hour before? The steak was tender. The grilled onions gives this dish a bit of a sweet taste. For me, it's a perfect balance between taste and texture. Came on a Sunday around 1:10 pm. Got seated right away. Our server Ivannia was very sweet. There was so much to choose from that it took a little while to decide. Ivannia came back a couple times to check on us, she was very patient. Finally ordered around 1:30. Decided to try the country fried steak, Surprise, Surprise! and the chicken alfredo omelet. By this time the restaurant was only about 1/3 full. We were starving. It took 35 minutes for our food to arrive!! Ivannia was very apologetic. All in all the food was pretty tasty.
