The only reason I'm docking my review by a couple of stars is sanitation. Food was prepped without gloves and the proprietor had dirty fingernails. He was touching the tablet that scores of others touched and then went straight to touching our food (he was the only one in the truck) the rag he used to wipe the cutting board was dirty and gray as well. Lack of cleanliness is a big thing for me especially with food trucks and this experience was enough for me to be one and done. Maybe it was an off night or he ran out of supplies but I probably wont come back to check.

I think this food truck moves around, but we found it at the Fetch food truck park in the Bee Caves area. We got the Parrillada Norteña Mix. It was superb. It comes with a bunch of different meats and rather than just describe each to you, let me just say that even the sausage was excellent. All the meats in the combo all have that lovely grilled flavor and each one has its own seasoning or spices. Just writing this review is making me hungry for it again. Plus fresh tortillas and even the side of beans was loaded with meat and delicious. I'm looking forward to coming back!
