Angel is the best, he's so nice and friendy. he deserves a raise. The best employee.

Mauricio Vasquez and Jean-Philippe were excellent! They made my trading experience excellent! Thank you so much!

I had an excellent experience purchasing my brand-new 2026 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon X from Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Richmond. I also traded in my 2023 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon, and the entire transaction was smooth, straightforward, and hassle-free. Tony, the finance manager, and Geo, the sales consultant, were outstanding. The team treated me professionally, gave me a fair value for my trade-in, and made the purchasing process easy from beginning to end. I am extremely happy with my new Rubicon X and highly recommend Hilltop Richmond Jeep to anyone looking for a new vehicle and a dealership that provides outstanding customer service. read more

Hilltop Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Review What went well? In a word... Geo! And I don't mean the vehicle sold in the '90s. I mean Geo, our Sales Consultant, who provided one of the best car-buying experiences either of us has ever had. We were there to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I was there to support the person actually buying the vehicle. Geo greeted us and was very friendly from the start. He helped us inspect the vehicle, answered our questions, and demonstrated his knowledge of it. A lot of Sales Consultants don't have the answers when you ask specific questions about a vehicle, but Geo was extremely knowledgeable. He then took us on a test drive that he tailored to what she wanted to experience with the vehicle. This really highlighted what the vehicle could do and allowed her to see how it would handle in different driving situations. Most test drives are less than 10 minutes--you go on the highway, maybe take the back way to the dealership, and that's it. Geo made sure that all of our questions about what the vehicle could do were answered. When it came time to talk numbers, he was very upfront, and we genuinely felt that he was advocating for us. We had a couple of things we went back and forth on, and he engaged in an open and honest discussion, which we really appreciated. Geo came up with a final price that she was very happy to agree to. Geo then took us over to see Mike in Finance, and the experience continued to exceed our expectations. Mike was also funny and engaging and, more importantly, FAST! I have bought cars where signing the paperwork was literally like pulling teeth! This was fast, with no hard sells or unnecessary add-ons snuck in like so many dealerships do. When we did discuss an extended warranty, he also customized the warranty to fit her needs perfectly. Honestly, the experience was so good that it has me thinking about coming back and getting a car for myself! I highly recommend Hilltop Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and especially Geo, if you're looking for a vehicle. They made the entire experience easy, honest, and enjoyable read more

Today I bought my 3rd jeep grand Cherokee from Marlen. She made a pretty stressful situation enjoyable and I felt like she had me and my wife's best interest in mind at all times. She was flexible and did most of the negotiations with me over text as I am extremely busy with work, so when we had it all sorted we left the dealership happy as clams after a few hours. Besides Marlen I also wanted to highlight their finance manager Tony. He was THE best finance manager I've ever dealt with when purchasing a new car. He was real, leveled with me and by no means did he try to shove the extended warranty down my throat like most shady car dealership finance guys does. I entered the finance room to sign papers and left with a buddy! Best dealership I've ever been to! read more

I was welcomed and made comfortable when I arrived for my appointment with Angel Arreola. The vehicle was ready for me, and Angel answered all my questions and concerns. We took it for a test drive, and since I was not familiar with how the vehicle worked, he patiently showed me how it functioned. I tested it in a safe driving area and was impressed by the vehicle's performance. Tony, the manager, and Angel worked with me to make a fair deal in order to facilitate the purchase. Had my dodge challenger in for oil change. They told me my tires were bald on the inside of the wheel. Also told me my rear wheels were also worn the same. Tried to get me to buy new tires. They rotated my tires six thousand mile earlier and never informed me of the tire wear. I only had 15k of miles on these tires. Now I am replacing the tires at a different location at another store. Then I get informed that my lug nuts were screwed up and over tightened. Now getting new lug nuts. Hilltop was the only shop to touch my car. Never again. They are idiots. Do not use them. read more

I've been taking my cars to Hilltop Dodge for for 8 years now, for all the basic's and they were great, but you don't really know how good a place is until something really goes wrong. BEST DODGE SERVICE CENTER in THE ENTIRE REPUBLIK of NORCAL!! My service liaison Erlinda is an absolute 10/10 PROFESSIONAL. Dropped the car to her, I was immediately put in an open ended rental with Enterprise, and had to nothing but hand them a card for deposit. I was called regularly with updates even if there was nothing to update, merely connecting so we know the car isn't stuck in the back of the lot catching dust. Erlinda is the absolute best and I would highly recommend her for your auto service needs. read more

We had been searching for our next vehicle. We had visited multiple dealerships, even almost buying a preowned 2500 that was only a partial fit. A truck here popped up on an internet search my husband did. It was perfect! Not only was it just what we were looking for it was also marked down because it was a brand new 2025 and this is 2026!! AND..... we scored 0% financing!!!! This detail makes spending this kind of money more comfortable for sure. Mauricio was our sales guy. Salesman of the year for like 10 years running and I can see why. He was patient and not pushy. Mike was our finance guy, obviously been there a while as well. Also nice fellow. We closed the finance portion after a test drive and then they filled the truck and detailed it while we ran home for the down payment we chose. The sticker on our truck read $79,170. In the end after taxes and fees in California mind you, we got it for 78k! And they threw in the first oil change! We love our new 2025 Ram 2500 Cummings 4x4! The entire experience was 5 stars. read more

After 5 weeks, I just got my Jeep back. All in perfect condition. When there was an update, the dealership kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. The dealership always does a great job, the staff is always friendly and helpful. The reason why my car took awhile is because of my extended warranty. Having to go back and forth between the dealership and the warranty, the warranty was what took so long and the dealership has been patient and with them and reassuring me that everything will work out great. Will always go to this dealership even though I live in SF and there is one close by from me, I will always do the commute to Richmond to get my car service. I cannot thank them enough. Shoutout to Erlinda and Myron for always having my back read more

I had an incredible experience purchasing my Jeep Grand Cherokee from Geo at Hilltop Jeep/Michael Stead Auto! This was my third vehicle purchase from Hilltop, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back. Geo was funny, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly easy to work with. Best of all, he didn't have that stereotypical pushy "car salesman" personality. He joined me for a real test drive (not just a quick trip around the block) and made sure I could drive the Jeep on city streets, the freeway, and hills. That gave me the opportunity to truly get a feel for the vehicle and feel confident in my decision. He answered all my questions and kept me laughing throughout the process. Mike, the finance manager, was also fantastic. He clearly explained everything, answered our questions, and made the process smooth and stress-free. Geo and Mike made us feel comfortable and genuinely valued as returning customers. I absolutely love my new Jeep Grand Cherokee and highly recommend working with both of them! read more

Wanted to write a nice review for Angel exclusively, my awesome sales associate at Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I recently purchase a Jeep wrangler from Hilltop and Angel was my sales associate. The relationship started as text and I was welcomed to come into the store, 65 minutes away from where I live (Fremont). Angel took good care of me, understood my need, my financial budget, my taste and found me the perfect deal with his team. Adam, Tony, Michael, kudos to you all for making me a happy customer and for pairing me up with Angel. You have definitely gained a happy customer and someone who will refer folks to Hilltop for their future car(s). Thank you Angel, you have been awesome and keep up the good strong work. All the best, AE read more

Really disappointing service experience. I set an appointment a month in advance for a recall repair, I asked them if they can handle a couple extra things, which were small. It took them two days to do the recall repair, which they said would be done in a few hours. By day three, I was super frustrated. It took them four days, and they didn't get everything that I had asked them to do done, and they didn't give me any update on what had been done. Finally, on day four, they got the diagnosis done. They should have gotten the diagnosis at least done on day one and then ordered the parts. I got the car back after four days, with nothing but a recall repair done, the diagnosis, and a promise that they would call me in ten days when the parts came in. They need to get their act together in the service department. read more

I purchased a second car this afternoon from Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. To say that I had the best experience I can remember with my purchase is an understatement. GEO - Sales, Adam - Sales Manager, Mike-Finance Manager. I can't thank these guys enough for the quick, orchestrated processes I experienced today. GEO, my sales rep, worked me a very fair deal and was open to my negation tactics.... A very professional, detailed oriented salesman. A true pleasure to interact with! Morale of my story: If you are looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or a preowned vehicle, like me, you have to call GEO, he and the team will take great care of you! Best of luck! read more

Gus Barakat, my service manager, is incredibly attentive and takes great care of his customers. Unfortunately, the mice have once again gnawed on the wires in my Dodge Charger. To prevent further damage, we'll wrap the car's wires with Honda tape and rodent-resistant braided split wire and then repair the existing damage. Gus is always available to schedule appointments, and he's patient, explains things clearly, and always strives to provide the best possible price. While there are other dealerships closer to my Marin location, the service at Hilltop is superior to what I've experienced elsewhere. The environment is clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a positive and pleasant car service experience, don't hesitate to call Gus. They even wash your car! I'm adding to this post as I have another example of excellent customer service by Gus. My appointment was scheduled for today to have my rodent-repellent tape plus the rodent-resistant braided split wire and a new drive shaft installed. However, I had to change the appointment because some of my items for my rodent prevention hadn't arrived. I received a call from Gus asking if I was okay and that he had noticed my appointment change. I'd say that's attention to detail by Gus about his customers and their needs. Manger Myron, the service manager, is also available and walks around to ensure that customers are happy. read more

Go see Angel Arreola! Great painless experience throughout. Very transparent and great vibe.

I received a recall notice from the manufacturer recently and made an appointment with the service department to fix the issue. Spent over an hour waiting and was told I was "all set". Got home and read the invoice only to find out the work wasn't done because the parts weren't in stock. Called the service department to complain and was put on hold to die. At least they washed my vehicle and checked the tire pressure smh but over an hour wait and to be lied to about a job that was never done is inexcusable. read more

Awesome experience at Hilltop leasing my new Jeep. I had a dream team working with Angel, Tony, Mike and JP. They worked hard to match my deal from another dealership- and even got me a better one. They were straight with me from our first call/messages until I got the keys and drove away. No pushy sales tactics- just straight shooters who seemed truly motivated to do what they said they were going to do. No last minute adjustments to the price or terms. I highly recommend working with Hilltop- their warm, personable, and knowledgeable team will take care of you. read more

I have contacted this outfit two times about a recall notice for my Chrysler Pacifica Curtain Airbags. Each time (over 2 months) they said they did not have the parts and would not get them for at least 6 months. The problem is that I cannot renew the license tags without this safety recall being taken care of. I contacted another dealer in Concord and no problem, they have they parts. I suspect Hilltop Chrysler does not want to deal with recalls. They were quite unfriendly on that phone. read more
