Frankie's Uptown is known as a Steelers gathering spot, and the atmosphere is exactly what you'd hope for: energetic, welcoming, and a great place to catch a game. I ordered the stromboli, and I'm convinced it turned my entire day around. I walked in hungry and left wondering if I should cancel my dinner plans for the rest of the week because nothing was going to top it. Our server was the perfect combination of sweet and sassy--quick with a smile, quick with a comeback, and she made our table of six feel like regulars. Great service can make a meal memorable, and she absolutely did. Speaking of our group... all six of us left happy, which may be the restaurant equivalent of witnessing a solar eclipse. Getting six people to agree on anything is a miracle, but Frankie's pulled it off. Whether you're there to cheer on the Steelers, enjoy a great meal, or just spend time with friends, Frankie's Uptown delivers on all three. Great food, great atmosphere, and a staff that makes you want to come back. Here we go... back to Frankie's!

Service was SO friendly and fast, and the chips and salsa were VERY tasty. Not pictures but I got queso too and honestly a bowl of hot cheese is never a bad choice. I would absolutely order my basil and blackberry margarita again. It was very well balanced and I want to guess they shake the margaritas each order instead of using a premade mix, but if it is premade, they had me fooled! Steak fajitas were stunning, sizzling, tender, and more food than I needed for sure. Everyone at the table had good portions and no one left hungry!

The Mexican food overall is pretty mid in my opinion, but Taco Tuesday value for money, is definitely worth it. As a couple, we've always had great service on the bar side. With our kids however, it's been hit or miss on the family side. We have four children, ages 1, 2, 4 and 6, and on one visit we had to repeatedly ask for basics like water, utensils and crayons. However, we've also had an AMAZING male waiter who has two sons. We've had him during our most recent visit, and he was exceptional. He immediately brought coloring supplies, colored straws for the kids, anticipated everything we needed and was incredibly friendly and personable. We genuinely appreciated him. Unfortunately, management has been a very different experience. We've seen the same manager in the zipup jacket multiple times, both when we've been sitting on the bar side without our kids and on the family side with them, and he has never been particularly friendly, welcoming or personable. He even walked directly past our happy one year old saying hi to him and waving and he did not acknowledge him. At the time, I assumed he simply hadn't noticed. But now I'm like, oh he likely ignored him and likely does not like young children. At the end of our most recent visit, I took the kids to the car while my husband stayed behind to finish a work call and have one more drink. He accidentally walked out still holding his glass and, once he realized, immediately returned it. We completely understand that leaving with restaurant glassware isn't allowed. What surprised us was that the manager then informed the wait staff to inform us that we should not return, not only because of the glass, but because our children make too much mess. However; I know that this is aimed at just our one year old as our older kids are out of the dropping food on the floor stage. Obviously, a one year old is going to drop food while eating. There's no way around it. If his mess was ever an issue, we would have happily cleaned underneath his high chair ourselves. Nobody had ever mentioned it to us. And every other restaurant always says it is not a problem! We were also there for dinner at 5:30 p.m. So not particularly late and offensive. If La Neta doesn't want to accommodate families with babies or young children, that's completely their choice, but it should be made clear so families can choose somewhere else. It's a huge shame because we genuinely enjoyed coming here, and our waiter made our entire family feel incredibly welcome. We hope La Neta either makes it clear that young families aren't something they're willing to accommodate or hires management that is more welcoming, friendly and accepting of Las Vegas families. Great cocktails, great atmosphere, amazing birria tacos and potentially excellent service. But based on our experience with management, I wouldn't recommend bringing babies or young children. It would also be more respected for the manager to inform us we are no longer welcome himself. Instead of directing a member of the bar staff to inform us on his behalf, since it's him who has the issue with our one year old making too much mess. It comes across like he feels that our one year old makes mess as a personal attack to him. Rather than it being just a normal thing that 1 year olds do. I'm sure he did the same as a 1 year old. I do still want to highlight our male waiter with two sons, you were amazing and absolutely deserve recognition. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

We came on a Friday night but we overlooked the timing of when the place turns into Rouge Noir, but the staff kindly let us finish our meal and drinks. Almost immediately after my husband settled our tab, the place transformed into a jumpin spot with a DJ and packed dancefloor. We decided to enjoy the music and then a drink out on the back patio. It was nice that we could do this without paying for bottle service or whatever crazy inflated fees places around town charge. As as local who cannot stand the strip, this place satisfied our itch to get out and dance, enjoy a nice meal, and sip some nice cocktails while experiencing top notch service. Rouge Room will forever be a yes.

We made a reservation for 9p. We've done this for drinks many times in the past with no issues. I'm aware that the lounge turns into a nightclub later in the evening, so we expected to leave the table at that point. There's no mention of table minimums or bottle service on the website or on the booking link through Open Table. When we arrived for our 9p reservation, the hostess said that tables now were only for bottle service for the nightclub (which hadn't started), and there would be a $400 minimum spend on a table although we had a reservation. She acknowledged that the website didn't say anything about this when booking, (even acknowledged that it's been an issue with other customers) and said we could just sit at the bar. Well, no- the reason we reserved a table, was because we wanted a table to have cocktails. She insisted that we'd have to meet the $400 minimum to have a table at this point. We left, but obviously weren't happy. How hard would it be to put "reservations for a table after x time have a minimum $400 spend" so customers are aware? Definitely a bad taste for Rouge Room. Hopefully they'll update their website soon.

Come to find out our waitress didn't put it in. The owner came and apologized and gave us a few shots. The hookah However was clean tasting, smooth and honestly the presentation was worth the wait. The other negative here which didnt impact my rating was our waitress. She barely came to the table, we dabbed up the owner more times than we saw our waitress. She missed things we ordered but again the owner was a G and he took care of us. Overall great experience and I would definitely be back my next visit. This was an entire vibe and made our night.
