Dissatisfied and disappointed. With everything that's supposed to be in a lobster roll I hate to tell you the clam chowder was better than it. Found these guys at Food Truck Thursday on Beach Blvd. They are there the first and 3rd Thursdays of the month. I had the lobster roll with butter. It was hands down the highlight of the event. I even went back and got two more. (I shared them with my wife.) We both loved them. We ended up taking home the stuff we got at the other trucks. We are big fans of Cousins Lobster Trucks and these guys are every bit as good. Some people on here mention the price, I say, respectfully, if you're concerned with the price, maybe don't order lobster??? Wouldn't change a thing and I will definitely be back. read more

Finally stopped for a Lobster roll. First, the cook is so miserable and clearly has no love for his food. Two lobster rolls and a pint of bisque was $43. Unfortunately, we had no idea we had to request the mayo or butter, so we were served a soggy bun, a clump of tasteless lobster; it didn't help when the cook wrapped the roll in foil and paper so tight, it was literally smashed. The soup was fine but not worth $13 for a pint. This is the best lobster roll truck I've had so far in The OC area. The price could be considered a little steep but the lobster is so fresh and more than worth it. I'd rather overpay and get fresh lobster than seek out a deal and gamble. I consider the service to be fine. I wasn't overly impressed by the staff but I was not disappointed at all. They are popular and therefore busy so I totally understand. I would gladly trudge through CA traffic to track these guys down... Scrumptious indeed. read more

So sad, the website said they'd be at the specified location until 1:30pm, but they closed up early. Wanted to try them for lunch but didn't get a chance. Just a tip for the business.... Got two lobster rolls with butter. Both had lobster that was extremely fishy smelling and slimy. My mom and I took two bites and threw them both in the trash. What a waste of 28 dollars! If I hadn't gotten them to go and waited to try once we had left I would have taken it back and asked for a refund. Really not good quality.
