Husband and I were hungry and lazy. He decided on Blady's taco truck. It's located near Grocery Outlet on Terry and Beach. We've seen lots of people there before so we knew it must be popular. I had never had anything quesabirria or birria before so I decided on something different and went with 2 quesabirria tacos. My husband got a birria burrito, and we ordered birria broth with some meat in it for my mom. All of us LOVED it. The meat is soooo tender and flavorful. I have dysphagia so I tend to have difficult time swallowing tougher meats like carne asada or steaks, and my mom has Alzheimer's Disease and struggles with eating anything other than mush. Birria was perfect for the both of us. Will try this place again.
Ordered 6 tacos total around noon time. Waited about 5 minutes for the food come out. Host taking the order was very courteous and very informative of all salsa selections available in their format. They also ask if you'd like salt upon wrapping up the order which is pretty cost effective. The flavors of asada 4/5 Al pastor 3/5 Quesabirria taco 3/5 Cabeza 3/5 (bit greasy) Packaging 5/5 Pricing is fair about 2.25 per Taco Spicy salsa is really hot! I'd recommend going 1 tier lower to truly appreciate the meats more. Will be back some time to try their other protein options.
Definitely some good tacos, but nothing super mind blowing like I expected from the reviews. We were on the hunt for a taco truck and found this spot -- literally just a truck parked on the side of the road, as expected. There were people already waiting for their food which definitely indicated to us that this was a good place, and we placed our orders shortly. Since it was a bit of an odd eating time I just tried one of the carne asada tacos. It was different from your traditional carne asada which usually has bigger chunks of meat -- these were more ground. They also have a ton of different salsas to add which were great. The flavor was good, and I loved mixing a couple of the salsas. The tacos are also super affordable at around $2 post tax. A great place to stop at if you have a street taco craving!
Had been hearing about Blady's for years and finally tried it on 5 de Mayo. I tried the asada, birria, pastor and cabeza. All great. All the salsas also great! And the cucumber lemonade was delicious. Right off Beach Blvd. Recommend!
Decided to come here after a long day at the beach and I'm so happy I did! The lady taking our order was so kind and provided phenomenal customer service I spent around $20+ for 11 tacos and there was a small credit card fee but regardless, the price for these tacos are such a steal! If you're in the area, definitely come check this place out because the service and tacos were amazing!
The food was fresh and tastey. I tried their birar tacos and their consomé. Their tacos are more lean and less fatty than what I am used to and has much less sodium than I am used to for this particular type of tacos, but they are the healthiest briar tacos I have had. They are also fairly priced. Usually, the birar tacos and consumes I get are drenched in fat, which I enjoy, but the broth seems double-boiled and health conscious people would really appreciate this. However, all in all, I enjoyed this version as well.
This place is muy bueno! I was nearby and decided to give this place a try. I'm really glad I did. This taco truck is as sparkling clean and the gal taking my order was very nice and had a lot of personality. I got a Birria taco ($2), al Pastor ($1.25), asada ($1.25) and a choriqueso ($2). All of them were killer. Super fresh, tons of flavor. The choriqueso was very unique and tasty. Great prices. Great value. I'm coming back for the Birria with ramen noodles ($10).
Support this guy and his wife! He's making fresh, authentic tasty food, hard-working & so friendly! He's gained a loyal following from the cops a "Karen" called to try to shut him down!
This is my favorite Taco truck in Orange County hands-down. The people that work this truck are so friendly, and the food is outstanding!! The pastor is my go to every time, and I always try two or three other meats when I'm there, and I've never been disappointed. For a limited time he's doing fish Tacos on Fridays, so get down there and try them before this special stops running, and don't forget to ask about the secret menu items...
If you're looking for good quality - most bang for your buck tacos, look no further! Blady's is a small taco truck that delivers big flavor. I had 5 carne asada tacos and a quesadilla and was blown away by the quality of the tacos and the speed of the service. The owners are extremely friendly and make all the sauces themselves. I can't do a lot of spice so i usually go with the mild salsa - but it's to die for. I put that on everything. Overall 10/10 for food & service. Definitely worth stopping by if you're in the area!
Location of truck: N/E/C of Terry Drive east of Beach Blvd. It's near by the Auto Zone parking lot area but they are parked on the north side of the street on Terry Drive east of Beach Blvd. Thank you to other yelpers who made it easy to find this spot. This place is a must try in HB. Recently moved from SGV to HB and I have been looking high and low for a good taco spot. None have been able to satisfy my craving except for this spot. This was so delicious. I loved everything about it, location, price, packaging of food, customer service, flavor of food and sauces. I loved the carne asada tacos. 5/5 with or without salsa. Birria Tacos 4/5, with salsa and salt I was a solid taco. Al Pastor 3/5, a little dry for my taste. With Salsa it was delicious. Chicken taco 5/5, with or without salsa. The carne asada torta was fire! A solid 5/5. One of my favorite tortas I have eaten. Everything about it was delicious, beans, jalapeños, carne asada, bread was so soft. A must try. The employees are super kind and loved their customer service. Their cucumber lemonade was yummy. 5/5. Not too sweet not to bland. Just right for me. They are generous with the amount of salsa you get. The avocado mild one was my favorite. The red one was a little too spicy. Salsa options and flavors 5/5. I finally found my taco spot in HB. Happy SVG girl here.

I have been meaning to check these guys out since we moved from CM to HB. FINALLY had the opportunity today and am sooo glad! I ordered 1 carne asada street taco and one keto asada taco. I also tried one mild green salsa and one spicy red. The asada is DELICIOUS!!! Tender, juicy, perfect seasoning!! I hate when I order asada and it is tough and grisly. This is my dream asada! The keto taco is a little more but also has almost double the meat. That is saying something as the street taco was fully loaded. I can't tell which salsa I liked more. The red is total FIRE!! Smokey and spicy. So. Dang. Good! The green salsa is mild but Oh so TASTEY! I fixed the dilemma by putting both on both tacos. SOLID MOVE!! I think the street taco was $2.75 and the keto was 3.75. So so so good!! I even got some fresh cucumbers on the side. I will definitely be back!! Absolutely hooked. Also the service was 10/10!! Fast, friendly and informative! read more
Was very excited to try Blady's Taco when I saw the truck at the baseball tournament event we were at. The ladies taking the orders were super friendly and helpful to describe some of the items on the menu. Kind of went safe on my order going with a couple chicken and a couple more carne asada tacos. I saw some of the burritos and keto tacos coming out the truck and immediately had order envy . Overall the tacos were good not great. The chicken was definitely chicken not pollo asada. Not marinated in spices more of a broth flavor. The onions, cilantro, lime juice, and salsa provided the flavor. Carne asada tacos also good not great. Better flavor but a lot of fatty and chewy pieces mixed in with the meat. Could have been just my order though so don't miss out on trying Blady's Taco. read more

The carne asada tacos ($1.75) were full of flavor!!! It's a hidden taco truck on the side on Bevmo Huntington Beach, CA. Must get their green and red sauce -- they're so good and the red sauce is extra fire unlike any other taco place. I would drive out from Anaheim to get Blady's in HB. You can ask for to-go or eat in the car. They take credit cards but there is a 50¢ convenience fee. They have all types of meat to choose from, just missing lengua! I rather pay for these street tacos than getting Taco Bell (which the meat is not fresh). read more

Fast and friendly service, this cart is top tier. If you are looking for a high quality street taco in the area, you've come to the place. The menu is simple, but authenticity is not complicated. We tried Asada, Pastor, and Chorizo. The flavor of all meats were exceptional, and the tacos were loaded with meat. If tacos aren't your thing, you can get it in burrito form along with many other options. The price is insanely reasonable, cheap in fact. But, they don't skimp on quality. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. read more

I was craving some tacos today and this place did not disappoint. Very friendly staff, quick service, great food + prices. I got the carne asada, al pastor and birria tacos. Holy moly, thank you for existing, thank you for working even through the heat of the day, I am so appreciative and grateful to have finally found my go-to Taco spot and my only regret is that I haven't tried it sooner. Each salsa is unique and packed with such flavor and they all carry a good kick of heat! It's like riding 4 completely different flavor roller coasters! The birria broth is so soothing and delicious and the meat is very tender and juicy. The asada is so good and peppery and paired with the limes are just a classic solid asada taco. And the Pastor has that sweet pineapple acidity and marinade that just cuts through beautifully. I'm going to bring my wife and all my friends here! read more

We got the carne asada tacos, cecina, Birria, cabeza, pastor, and pollo tacos. I'd say they were all pretty mid. I think that the meats were pretty good but not seasoned enough. The tortillas were not bad but not amazing. After trying all of these I couldn't even tell which meat was which other than the texture. The birria tacos didn't even come with the birria which was a disappointment. Only thing that was good about this place was the price. Also got a horchata which kinda tasted watery and not enough milky flavor and cinnamon. Food came pretty quick but it wasn't busy but I really like the service that the owner gave he was super helpful and nice. The design of this truck was ok, I think they could've have some music or a place to sit which would have been nice. read more

Delicious! Best birria tacos! Tried the consome and the birria tacos. Both excellent! They have 6 different salsas, including spicy habanero. All delicious as well! Consome has a lot of flavor and held it's hot temperature even though I ordered to go. The truck is parked on Terry, you can definetly park in the BevMo parking lot and tailgate it. Can't wait to try the carne asada gigantic burrito. I will post that review later. Asada burrito, 3 birria tacos and consome for $16. read more
This food truck was very easy to find and I came around 11 am so the service was very quick. I paid $10 for 5 tacos and a cup of consome. The food was worth the money and really good. They pack in a pretty large amount of meat, but I wish they had put more onions. I'm not sure that I prefer it over my other favorite taco places but definitely recommend! read more
I don't always give 5 stars. This place was really good! I read the reviews on Yelp so I decided to try this place out. The address takes you to the parking lot of Auto Zone but look to the side street and you will see the food truck. I got there 7:30 pm on a Sunday night. No lines. They offer different kinds of meat for your tacos. They also have other offerings but I wanted to try tacos. I ordered 2 pastor, 2 chorizo, 2 asada, 1 birria, I also got the Birria sauce in a cup and 1 hortcha. Plus extra 4 sauces since 4 came with the order. My total was $20 even! This was dinner for 2 ppl. The meat was piled on 2 soft corn tortillas with onion and cilantro. I thought it was really good food and the value was outstanding! The portions are great! The hortcha was really good. It wasn't too strong on any flavors. Just a subtle taste to the rice milk, cinnamon and don't know if anything else goes in it. Was not overly sweet either. read more

delicious!!! i enjoyed every single taco i got, as did my gf. not to mention, they pack on the meat! we got 10 tacos; 5 each. we were able to get 5 sauces between the both of us, so we tried one of each of their sauces/salsas they offered (they have 4). my favorite is their spiciest one, looks more like a habanero sauce. my gf's fav was the lightest green one. we also got their horchata, which was a little on the sweeter side but still good! it was about $23-$24 for everything we got. we were both super satisfied and agreed we'd definitely come back. read more
