Was very excited to try Blady's Taco when I saw the truck at the baseball tournament event we were at. The ladies taking the orders were super friendly and helpful to describe some of the items on the menu. Kind of went safe on my order going with a couple chicken and a couple more carne asada tacos. I saw some of the burritos and keto tacos coming out the truck and immediately had order envy . Overall the tacos were good not great. The chicken was definitely chicken not pollo asada. Not marinated in spices more of a broth flavor. The onions, cilantro, lime juice, and salsa provided the flavor. Carne asada tacos also good not great. Better flavor but a lot of fatty and chewy pieces mixed in with the meat. Could have been just my order though so don't miss out on trying Blady's Taco. read more

Husband and I were hungry and lazy. He decided on Blady's taco truck. It's located near Grocery Outlet on Terry and Beach. We've seen lots of people there before so we knew it must be popular. I had never had anything quesabirria or birria before so I decided on something different and went with 2 quesabirria tacos. My husband got a birria burrito, and we ordered birria broth with some meat in it for my mom. All of us LOVED it. The meat is soooo tender and flavorful. I have dysphagia so I tend to have difficult time swallowing tougher meats like carne asada or steaks, and my mom has Alzheimer's Disease and struggles with eating anything other than mush. They also ask if you'd like salt upon wrapping up the order which is pretty cost effective. The owner was nice and the trailer looked real clean but I thought the taco's weren't that good. I asked him if he had $1 tacos for taco Tuesday and he told me every day is taco day and that his were the best so I ordered Carne Asada and al pastor tacos. The carne asada were $2.50 and the al pastor were $2. I thought the meat was pretty dry with no real flavor, even with the toppings. Almost as if it had been made somewhere else and then the tacos put together in the trailer. There was another customer that ordered two carne asada burritos and it was $25. Overall, I didn't think it was anything more than average. I won't be going back. There are a lot of taco stands and taco trucks in Huntington Beach and Westminster that I consider much better and they have taco Tuesday with $1 tacos. read more

Definitely some good tacos, but nothing super mind blowing like I expected from the reviews. We were on the hunt for a taco truck and found this spot -- literally just a truck parked on the side of the road, as expected. There were people already waiting for their food which definitely indicated to us that this was a good place, and we placed our orders shortly. Since it was a bit of an odd eating time I just tried one of the carne asada tacos. It was different from your traditional carne asada which usually has bigger chunks of meat -- these were more ground. They also have a ton of different salsas to add which were great. The flavor was good, and I loved mixing a couple of the salsas. The tacos are also super affordable at around $2 post tax. A great place to stop at if you have a street taco craving! read more

Their tacos are more lean and less fatty than what I am used to and has much less sodium than I am used to for this particular type of tacos, but they are the healthiest briar tacos I have had. They are also fairly priced. Usually, the birar tacos and consumes I get are drenched in fat, which I enjoy, but the broth seems double-boiled and health conscious people would really appreciate this. Had the food it was below expectation. Birria had no flavor and the consome was bland. They charge you extra for the consome and was disappointed it had no flavor. Also ordered birria ramen and they literally give us a cup of noodles. Like you charge so much and can't even use better noodles lol I hope the HB sports complex doesn't let them in again. Must get their green and red sauce -- they're so good and the red sauce is extra fire unlike any other taco place. I would drive out from Anaheim to get Blady's in HB. You can ask for to-go or eat in the car. They take credit cards but there is a 50¢ convenience fee. They have all types of meat to choose from, just missing lengua! What a deal! I ordered 10 tacos and rice and beans and the total was $16. I was floored! It's hard to find tacos under $2 even in San Diego. My favorite was the pollo asado; the chunks of chicken were flavorful and tender. The carne asada and al pastor were tasty as well. The staff person was super friendly and helpful; she was happy to explain some of the meats that were unfamiliar to me. They have five salsa options; my favorite was the avocado salsa. We got the carne asada tacos, cecina, Birria, cabeza, pastor, and pollo tacos. I'd say they were all pretty mid. I think that the meats were pretty good but not seasoned enough. The tortillas were not bad but not amazing. After trying all of these I couldn't even tell which meat was which other than the texture. The birria tacos didn't even come with the birria which was a disappointment. Only thing that was good about this place was the price. Also got a horchata which kinda tasted watery and not enough milky flavor and cinnamon. Food came pretty quick but it wasn't busy but I really like the service that the owner gave he was super helpful and nice. Each salsa is unique and packed with such flavor and they all carry a good kick of heat! It's like riding 4 completely different flavor roller coasters! The birria broth is so soothing and delicious and the meat is very tender and juicy. The asada is so good and peppery and paired with the limes are just a classic solid asada taco. Consome has a lot of flavor and held it's hot temperature even though I ordered to go. The truck is parked on Terry, you can definetly park in the BevMo parking lot and tailgate it. The address takes you to the parking lot of Auto Zone but look to the side street and you will see the food truck. I got there 7:30 pm on a Sunday night. No lines. They offer different kinds of meat for your tacos. They also have other offerings but I wanted to try tacos. I ordered 2 pastor, 2 chorizo, 2 asada, 1 birria, I also got the Birria sauce in a cup and 1 hortcha. Plus extra 4 sauces since 4 came with the order. My total was $20 even! This was dinner for 2 ppl. The meat was piled on 2 soft corn tortillas with onion and cilantro. I thought it was really good food and the value was outstanding! The portions are great! The hortcha was really good. It wasn't too strong on any flavors. Just a subtle taste to the rice milk, cinnamon and don't know if anything else goes in it. Was not overly sweet either. read more

Went here because I heard they had great tacos and I'm a common taco eater so I had to be the judge in my own eyes. When I show up my first task is to look for Mandarin Jarritos which he had to my benefit. As I went to then look at the menu I noticed carnitas were not on there which was a bummer until I tried one of the best tacos of my life. I went with the pastor since my girlfriend was also getting those and can say this will be memorable for me as a time I was truly shocked by a chef. Sincerely a time where I bit in with expectations of being fine with it but instead found somewhere I can go Tuesday-Sunday for lunch. You worried about being able to feed the entire family or not break the bank on an overpriced bad taco that just has branding, this is the place. Another reason for that is the service. It is a place that I will remember as being one of the only restaurants to make me walk away saying "wow that person made me feel great" instead of a normal interaction.
