I'll reassess in the morning when my wife tries the nachos as she is the real nachos and birria connoisseur. If still at 3 stars then that's what she thought too. Presentation was very nice and I guess I got pretty excited when I saw that but was subsequently disappointed with the flavor and ingredients compared to the presentation. Guys in truck were nice and quick. It would not be a bad option if you are out and nearby and not interested in searching or too late for other Mexican but I don't think I'd seek out brothers tacos.
