She was friendly, smiled, rang me up. She grabbed my salad out of the fridge and then walked it back to the kitchen to prepare it, but looked confused. She put her hand in olives and then stopped. Another patron came into the restaurant for a pickup and she gave her food and walked away to the kitchen again. Another patron came in for a pick up, and the lady in the back prepared the salad and then gave it to her, and she looked confused but took it anyway and walked out. I don't think that was supposed to be hers. So, I sat at the table waiting. 30ish minutes go by, and I'm guessing maybe it's the wings taking forever to cook. Other people were picking up orders...and finally, the girl emerges with my wings. I said, "And my salad?" She looked confused, started pressing buttons on the register and I said, "I ordered salad and wings. I don't need an additional salad." She smiled and said, "Oh." She takes another salad (it's just a container of lettuce) from the fridge, walks back to the kitchen again, and with NO gloves on and not washing her hands after touching the register, dipped her hand in olives, in cheese, in tomatoes. What the actual eff? Gross. She came back with the salad and instead of just telling her nevermind, I took it. And then I had to say, "Doesn't it come with dressing?" She was like, "Oh...yes. We have ranch, Caesar, balsamic vinegar, and Bleu cheese." I was so annoyed, because this wasn't the first time I had crappy service here. A couple months back, I ordered two slices of pizza and two salads. The older blonde lady gave me and my husband pizzas and me a salad. He told her, "I ordered a salad, too." And she said, "I only rang you up for one." She didn't try to rectity it by asking if he'd like to purchase another salad or if he wanted a free or discounted one for her error.
