Not sure about all the pics. We saw a very upscale bright restaurant. The site doesn't do it justice. Only down side was that the AC was set very cold. Food was fantastic. Strong drinks. They make a bread on site that was terrific. Get the mussels !! Unbelievable- you won't be disappointed. Service good. You will appreciate the chef , had the tuna special and was very impressed. This was after work stop with a great friend, I've never been to this location, so first time which was exciting, The ambiance was just awesome, very well designed and laid out. The service at the bar was not lacking at all, both bartenders were attentive and very authentic. My friend and I both had the Rosemary lemon martini, 2 to be exact. Oh Happy hour 5:30-6:30. As you can see I choose the tuna , very delicious and tasty along with the bread and butter I& to top it off I got the steaming hot sweet potato, yes I did eat the whole bowl. After a pretty long walk from our hotel as we were exploring we found This gem and dropped in for a cocktail and snack at the bar. It's swankier than we expected, and we didn't have reservations, but we snagged a seat at the bar. I went with a local beer, a crispy and tasty Blonde, but I can't remember the name. My girlfriend went with a Jalapeño lime spritzer. Refreshing with a subtle burst of heat from the pepper, but perfectly balanced, We ended up getting a little snack as well. The seasame seed tuna was excellent. Perfectly seared tuna with an avocado cream sauce. Super nice staff that checked in often to make sure we didn't need more water or another round. This was a perfect pitstop for us. The menu isn't huge, but I'm assuming what they do they do really well, based off the cocktails and dish we had. read more

Pretty restaurant with polite waitstaff and a diverse and interesting menu. We came here to celebrate a friend's birthday and were happy they were able to accommodate our larger party. However, we were seated next to some over-served patrons who kept harassing our table. Rather than relocate our party so we could dine in a peaceful setting, the general manager gave us a lot of excuses ("oh, he's just like that when he drinks a lot."). I understand that the restaurant is not responsible for patron behavior, but continuing to seat parties next to over-served and intoxicated regulars made for such an uncomfortable dining experience. We had a reservation here, and were seated immediately, and then waited. And waited. It seemed that one waiter was in charge of most tables and he was stretched too thin. It took a long time to get drinks and food. The food was very good once it came. I enjoyed the shrimp curry. Fair warning to any vegetarians - there aren't really options on the menu for you. My daughter ordered her pasta without meat sauce, and I was a bit surprised that it still cost $36 for pasta with butter, olive oil and Parmesan. read more

So, the ambiance is great. The food is good, but the menu is a little small and very eclectic. There was only one salad on the menu, which was a Caesar salad. Very garlicky. The bartender was not good. It was honestly the worst martini we've ever had. We ordered a dirty martini with gin and a regular martini, they were both served in a glass that was too large for the pour. There's nothing worse than getting a martini that's only 3/4 of the way full. They tasted awful. Overall the restaurant was fine, but wouldn't come back. read more

Don't hesitate. Just get it. Lamb tartar: grade A-, Again, another inventive combination. The tart mustard seeds from the white fish pate dish added a nice kick. Summer squash gazpacho: grade B+, I liked the flavors, but would've preferred it as a hot soup. The New York strip: grade A++++, the steak was full of flavor with a great crust. The vibe is very cool, we sat inside. The service was awesome, very helpful and attentive. The food sounded amazing on the menu, but just didn't really deliver on the plate. We had the ricotta starter - a couple bites and you're kind of over it, the Caesar salad was super garlic based, but good. The chicken liver was too sweet and tasted more like a dessert the way it was prepared. The pork belly was also just okay, pretty dry and mid. The cavatelli was very heavy and also basic and okay. We made a reservation for 2 people at 530 pm. I called to change it because 3 more wanted to join and I spoke to restaurant directly. I received text that reservation was by restaurant changing reservation to 5 people but changed time to 715 pm because nothing early for 5. Totally understandable. When we arrived at 715 they allegedly said we did not have reservation. They blamed the reservation company but I talked to the restaurant directly and showed text. Then front staff talked among themselves ignoring us. Then said we could eat at sunroof when it opens at 730. Waited and when we asked at 730 another person came to the front and same b.s. and self discussions. Then changed opening of sunroof to 745. We got tired of waiting and the self discussions between the front staff. We left and spent our funds elsewhere. We will definitely not return. Much better places to eat in Savannah with the ability to properly care for customers. read more

This is my last review to write for the places we dined on our recent trip to FL/GA. Saving the best for last! Local 11ten was a great experience from start to finish. Ambience was spot on - muted lighting but not too dark, a bit of buzz but not noisy. Service from Thomas was crisp and attentive - just what you would expect from a restaurant with the reputation they have - and peppered with local intel for the remainder of our trip. All courses were well done and didn't disappoint. This will definitely be a place we return to when we can visit again. read more

The food was interesting - schnitzel on the menu was a fun choice and quite good. I had an outstanding experience in this restaurant. The white fish plate was one of the best things I have ever tasted in my life. The service is outstanding too, and the ambience is great. They were so nice that there was a party with people laughing out loud and I reacted to the noise while talking to a server. The server left and came back offering me a table in another room just in case the noise bothered me, but it hadn't. I have to mention that I found the Caesar dressing too strong as in with a bit of too much raw garlic and pepper. I walk by Local 11 Ten on the way to Forsyth Park all the time and form the outside it looks inviting and has a very cool aesthetic. I finally got the chance to eat there this week and was blown away! Local's is definitely a little bit of a date spot, so my friend and I sat at the bar which was really nice and accessible. The bartender was very friendly and gave us some pointers about the wine menu since it was our first time. We ended up getting a few apps and sharing instead of a full entree. All I can think about ever since this meal is the Fish and Chips (a white fish pâté potato rosti, pickled mustard seeds & cornichons). It was soooo good, super fresh, not too fishy and left me wanting more. The other highlight for me was the spicy muscles. The broth that the muscles came in was delicious and could've been a soup all on its own. I will definitely pop into Locals again and likely bring more friends along next time. I'm so glad I finally ate there and bonus... it's only a few blocks from where I live! read more

I honestly can't even begin to tell you how amazing this place is. My fiancé and I have literally eaten ourselves around the world and this has to be in our top 10. We found this quaint little romantic place by accident doing a search for a open table to make a reservation for Valentine's Day weekend. We are so glad we did. It was our absolute favorite meal of the whole trip! Our waiter (who's name I unfortunately can't remember.. probably due to the fabulous bottle of wine we had) made the whole experience. He was so great and personable and really gave us the best suggestions while walking us through the menu. We started with a Malbec that was to die for and the bread.. THE BREAD. It was the tempur-pedic of breads. The softest most delicious bread I have ever come across. The herbed butter was the cherry on top. We started with the spicy muscles and were shocked at the amount the gave us and how perfect the spice level was. It really set the tone for what was to come. I got the special which was a hanger steak and garlic fries. The steak was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. The fries where also the right amount of crispy with great garlic flavor. I couldn't get enough. My fiancé got the ravioli and instantly fell in love (I think it might have transformed him into a pasta person) so creamy and consistent. We ended with a espresso martini A MUST TRY! And a apple spice cake and ice cream. Props to this chef. Honestly, they couldn't have found a more well rounded chef to represent this restaurant. We will be back in the near future... if not for dinner for some wine and that bread! read more

A lovely, upscale restaurant with very high ceilings, banquette seating, large plate glass windows to expose natural light and for watching the world go by, plenty of twinkle from lit candles. A beautiful dining space! For starters, we ordered the Half Dozen Oysters on the Half Shell. These raw beauties were served with their twist on a classic mignonette. This nice, light accompaniment was a mix of lemon, and spicy fermented tomato juice. My entree, Poulet Rouge Roulade $30, was the favorite of the table. Chicken cutlets were rolled and stuffed with truffled Elk Sausage to create a flavorful, creative dish. It was delicious, as well as, the plated side of sweet potato, charred scallion, fried kale with a mustard cream and carrot purée. My son ordered the 8 Oz filet, $27, on the menu A la Carte, with a side of broccolini, $7. Good filet, cooked perfectly, but not as good as what he can grill at home. My husband enjoyed the 1110 Bourguignon, $32. Great classic cocktails and a lovely rooftop bar, The Perch! read more

Oh, Local 11 Ten! You have been our favorite for years; our go to..... Then Covid happened.. We attended the first night opening after the covid closing. When my husband and I eat; we eat! We order a few different items off the menu. We started with the Ceviche and Sesame Tuna, both very fresh. We could truly taste everything within the dishes. The tuna was my favorite. It was just perfect, mouthwatering. For the main course my husband ordered the Filet Mignon. The whole plate was just over cooked. The hash, the potatoes, and the steak all tasted just chard, burnt. Honestly, sadly he didn't enjoy any of it. Which was a first for Local 11. We normally get the Chef's Table and eat EVERY BITE. I ordered the Smoked Pork Shoulder, which I could say it was smoked and full of a classic BBQ flavor, which was disappointing that this was the only note I could taste. The main course did not compare to the appetizers. My drink took about 35 minutes to arrive while my husband was served a second during this time. Dessert sadly, and understandable wasn't an option due to covid. I asked the waitress, because I could tell that since our last experience in December the chef had changed.... We love Local 11 Ten, and hope that the next time it will live up to our past experiences and this one will be left behind us. read more

Hoping to save the best for last on out trip to Savannah, we made reservations for a late dinner on our last night there. 11 Ten did not disappoint! From the artsy, modern decor to the friendly service, it was a delightful evening. While not a huge menu, the offerings are well-chosen. The Caesar salad with white anchovies was one of the best I've ever had. At $19 it better be! Super crispy romaine, creamy, tangy dressing, and instead of croutons there were crunchy bread crumbs sprinkled over. Perfect! My steak was perfectly cooked to my liking (medium rare), and nicely seasoned. It was lightly charred on the outside, but not burnt at all. My wife loved her coconut lemongrass grouper. I tried it, and while tasty, I'm glad I ordered the steak instead. Very rich. I loved that our server encouraged my wife to order one of their craft cocktails, and offered to replace it if she didn't like it. She loved it! The portions were large, much bigger than I expected from seeing photos. I ended up taking half my steak home. read more

We met my husbands boss here for dinner. The boss chose the place. He had eaten her a few times. It's very classy. The atmosphere, vibe and look of the place is five stars. The service was good, solid four stars. But the food was surprisingly disappointing. It was especially disappointing considering how expensive everything was. I ordered a $17 Caesar salad that looked freakin amazing. So amazing that the others at the table wished they had ordered one. But it wasn't good. It was so bitter. I hated to tell everyone when they asked, how's the salad? That it was bad. For my entree I ordered the $40 Mahi-mahi with fingerling potatoes and white peas. It was so bland and boring! Maybe it just needed salt but there was none at the table. My husband ordered the curry. He said it was okay. I will say the bread and butter served before the meal was five stars! Wonderful evening at Local 11ten. Sadly perch was closed, but they were able to seat us early. Started off with the amazing focaccia bread and ordered the spicy mussel, they did not disappoint! The mussels had amazing flavor and were a hearty portion that left us needing more bread for the sauce. Next up was the Ribeye for my finance and the halibut for me. Both were incredible meals, though I'd say I ordered better with the halibuts peas and sauce being incredible. We were both so full from an amazing meal and great service. My husband and I dined here in celebration of Valentine's Day. We decided that we would do the six course tasting menu and were thrilled with our decision! What a gastronomic delight!! Lee, our waiter, provided us with a description of each dish and answered any questions we had. Regrettably, I do not remember any of the sauce details that were served with each course...they were all delicious. We are pretty new to fine dining, and thoroughly enjoyed this experience!! The first course was an oyster atop frisee that had been dressed with mustard. The whole thing was served under a smoky glass. Hubs and I are not overly fond of oysters, in general, but we really enjoyed this dish and its presentation. The second course was a seared sea scallop with fennel, bibb lettuce, crispy shallots, and a roasted kumquat. The scallop was delicate and creamy, the lettuce brightened the dish, the fennel and shallots added a bit of texture, and the kumquat added a bitter, citrusy note that I especially enjoyed. The third course ended up being our favorite: pork belly with collard greens and roasted acorn squash with sunflower shoots. The acorn squash was tender with a crispy skin, and the sunflower shoots added a nutty element that I wasn't expecting. The collard greens were tender and mild and paired perfectly with the melt-in-your-mouth morsel of pork belly! Divine! Course number four was duck breast with rice and duck confit and red wine-poached pears. Duck is also not a thing that we usually order, so it was a fresh experience for us. The rice and duck confit was so creamy...almost like risotto. The pears added a lovely sweet (but not too sweet) element along with a crisp-tender texture. Our fifth course was a filet mignon, seasoned cooked a perfect medium-rare, atop polenta, with green beans and tomato ragout, and hasselback potato, topped with crispy sunchoke. My husband was in heaven with this perfect steak! I was excited to savor this flavorful polenta! Previous experiences with polenta had led me to believe that it would always be a rather dull addition to a meal. I was delighted to be proven wrong! The final course was a chili chocolate cake with a raspberry mousse, earl grey ice cream, apricot glaze, pepita-cocoa crunch, and raspberries. The earl grey ice cream was my favorite element of this dish! Like a sweet London fog, it highlighted different notes of all the other elements on the plate while smoothing and blending the flavors. Great experience! Had a large group of 11 and was able to make a reservation without a long process going through an events coordinator like at other places. Had drinks at the rooftop bar before dinner and all the drinks we had that evening were 10/10! I think the best cocktails I had on my whole trip. The food was spectacular and very generous portion size! Some favorites of the group were the peach salad, heirloom tomato salad, ribeye, and the duck and pasta dish that was that evening's special.
