Additional shampoo, sanitizing, deodorizing, etc treatment was an additional price. We agreed to have everything done. Cleaner brought up his equipment and finished the project in less than two hours. Happy with results of our clean, almost like new carpet. Two days after drying, we noticed stains we hadn't seen before or during the cleaning process. Called back, sent photos and they said rescheduled within the week for a return.
