Parking was easy and we quickly found a barrel near Fuji. While my wife was out scouting the food trucks, I notice that Fuji had egg rolls. I quickly ordered some. My wife returned as the alarm went off announcing that my egg rolls were ready. They were too hot to eat immediately; so, I went in search of an entree. Meanwhile, my wife ordered a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl from Fuji. I returned with my entree and we shared our choices. Both the egg rolls and the chicken teriyaki were delicious.
