At Sora Sushi, you wait half an hour for a few pieces of nigiri. Everything is wildly overpriced, mediocre quality. But you pay it. Because you're in Central Oregon and that's all there is. Two stars might be a tad harsh, they didn't poison me or anything. But just like everything else here, you pay a mountain tax in quality, price, and service. Although i also feel its catering to local taste buds and preferences which I could completely understand: so if you prefer more flavors (salty and sweet) and less or no dashi flavors then this is for you. - We also got spam musubi (this is quite generic and cant really go wrong).
