At the time they only had Vanilla . We asked for a taste . My granddaughter's face was precious. After contemplating between the soft sever and several hand pack flavors , the female sever who was very gracious put together a kids cup (which is pretty large ) of soft serve Vanilla with Oreo cookie crumbs. She was a happy campers with ice cream and cookie planted around her mouth. Sno- Cap is a local favorite here in Redmond and in Sisters. Great place for ice cream at very reasonable prices .

Flaky, moist cod and succulent shrimp. The beer batter is very black pepper forward, so if you like black pepper, you'll like this. The cocktail sauce for the shrimp has the right amount of horseradish, and the coleslaw was creamy and cooling, and also very black peppery. I like a little spike of vinegar in mine, so I added some of the malt vinegar provided with my order. Yummy. Fries are good too. Service was great. And food trucks next to a brewery is a great thing, especially on nice days like today when you can eat outside.
