To update my review, they had Luis messaging me to remove my review because he was worried they would fire him for a bad review, even though I specifically mentioned him being the only good part of this experience. I told him that I was going to leave my review as it wasn't against him; it was against the company for their poor handling of my situation and their lack of professionalism. I said if they would like to call me to talk to me about it, that would be completely fine. Well, they did, and the man I originally spoke with kept telling me I should remove my review because, "things happen" and I should understand. When I told him that Luis was the only good part of the interaction and that my review would remain up, he became aggressive and said, "I hope you get what is coming to you." I have never in my life had a company be so unprofessional and not only not try to fix the issue but bully me into removing my review, then take it out on the employee who actually did their job correctly.
