Came here to work and eat at the outdoor seating as the business claims free WiFi, but the person working didn't know the password. He finally came back with a password that was incorrect or maybe you have to be indoors for it to work. So I won't hold that against them (I'll just try indoors next time). Ordered the roasted sweet potato, ricotta and sausage pizza with the smoked woodford old fashion. Wife got the fig and goat pizza with prosciutto. The flavors on the pizzas weren't super impressive but were not bad at all (I finished my whole pizza in one sitting...willingly). And the old fashioned was tasty, but the glass had a long crack in it so I tried to drink on the other side of the glass to avoid any potential cut. Chill vibes overall. It was slow in terms of how busy it was (a Thursday at 130pm). I'd probably come back for one of their wine tastings.

Curious about the pizza here, I called my order in for the margherita pizza. Once I arrived I sat at the bar until my order was ready and the bartender convinced me to try the blood orange martini and I was able to get it to go....awesome! Pizza and drink were both delicious!

Great addition to Chesterfield. Highly encourage checking Local out. We came in on a Thursday during Happy Hour (3-6pm as of this post). Between my Wife and I we had a strong ale and a blood orange IPA. We had no plan to eat but the pizza coming out of the oven sold itself. We opted for the hot honey pepperoni pizza. It was small enough for 1 if you're hungry or just enough for 2 to split if you're snacking while drinking a beer. Friendly service in a clean somewhat upscale venue.

I've been looking for decent pizza in this area for quite a while and recently saw a friend had posted on Facebook that they went to this place. So when my daughter and I had a chance to go out just the two of us, we decided to give it a try. They have a simple menu which I like. It typically means they do a few things and they do them well. I read through some of the other reviews and there's one in particular that I don't understand. Someone mentioned that the pizza was not right... Like it was not made right or something. I don't know what their experience was like. This is how I like my pizza: simple but good toppings, very thin crust cooked in an extremely hot oven very quickly. (The gentleman that took our order said that it takes longer to make the pizza than it does to bake it.) I can't say anything about the beer selection because I don't drink beer or wine, but they seem to have a good selection for those that do. All I can say is that I am very much looking forward to going back and trying everything else on the menu. Keep up the good work and I'll be back again and again.

Amazing Pizza, Great Beer, and Outstanding Service! I can't say enough good things about this place! The pizza was absolutely delicious--perfectly crispy crust, fresh toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The craft beer selection was top-notch, with something for everyone, from hoppy IPAs to smooth lagers. But what really made the experience stand out was the service. Terri and his team (Edgar & Jason & cooks) were the best! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our "team" visit memorable. If you're in the area, this is a must-visit spot. Great food, great drinks, and an even better atmosphere. Scorpions soccer team will definitely be back!

I wanted to love this place. However, it missed the mark. The pizza definitely needs some work. I've tried a lot of pizzas. Pizza is my favorite food. Pros - Fresh ingredients. Brick oven Cons - The use of fresh marinara is too watery which makes the dough soggy. At the bottom of the crust it tastes as if it burnt. It didn't taste like brick oven pizza. So the remnants of water + the burnt taste didn't go over well. Each pizza is a speciality pizza, so if you want a regular cheese pizza - you have to request it. It doesn't give you that brick oven taste that you are looking for. Appetizers were unappealing to be a pizza + brew place. Suggestion - this place needs wings.

They offered slices and a kid's menu, both of which we were pleased to see. I love cheese sticks so when I saw the advertisement for special, hand breaded mozzarella bites, I decided to order them. I also got a side salad, which they were kind enough to change to a Caesar salad. I got pepperoni, green peppers, and olives on a slice of cheese pizza. We also ordered the kids spaghetti and a meat lover's pizza. The spaghetti was a hit with my daughter. She ate nearly all of it surprisingly. The pizza was good too but unlike the whole pizza, the single slice didn't have the toppings baked on. So when I picked it up, everything except the pepperoni fell off. The mozzarella bites looked great but they had no seasoning and were very bland. After eating a couple of them, I was done. The salad was supposed to be a Caesar salad but was topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and no parmesan. Service here was very good and everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and welcoming. There were a few execution issues with the food, hence the three stars. Despite this, we would return.

I visited on June 4th for my birthday dinner with my best friend. We arrived around 6:30 p.m. on a Thursday and didn't need a reservation. The restaurant is located in the Highlands community on a golf course, though you'd never know it from the atmosphere. There was a bingo event happening in the main dining room, so we were seated in the bar area. At first I was hesitant, but it turned out to be perfect. The space had a full-length bar with a separate dining area, and while sports were playing on large TVs, the sound was off so it never distracted from dinner. Our waitress, Jenna, was fantastic. She was attentive, friendly, and every recommendation she made was spot on. She didn't miss a thing and handled everything with a smile. I ordered the whipped piña colada, which was dangerously delicious! For appetizers, we shared the crab and shrimp dip and the steak and cheese egg rolls. The dip was amazing, especially paired with the soft pita-style bread instead of hard chips. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy and filled with melty steak and cheese. For our entrées, I had the shrimp tacos and my friend ordered the sweet Thai salmon. We both chose jasmine rice and roasted corn as our sides. Everything was seasoned well, and after trying a bite of the salmon, I can honestly say this is the first restaurant where I'll confidently order salmon for myself next time. The only minor complaint we had was that the rice portion was small--it was so good that three forkfuls just weren't enough! Even though we were stuffed, we took home slices of the banana pudding cheesecake. It was delicious and balanced the banana pudding flavor without taking away from the cheesecake itself. This family-owned restaurant is a must-visit if you're in the area. Great food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
