There was no apology, no proactive communication, and no sense of urgency to correct the mistake. Customers who have already paid should not be left sitting outside wondering where their food is while others are being served. This reflects poor organization and a lack of management oversight. If you're asked to park, be prepared to monitor your own order -- because apparently no one else is. Next time, I'll stay in the drive-thru line instead.
