They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. They'll take a picture of your face and you'll see a couple different images with squiggly lines and different color tones meant to indicate skin texture and fat deposits. They tout an Italian technique that takes into consideration your individual skin texture and underlying tissues. When I asked how it can detect my underlying tissues, the answer was simply through AI which was a little bit of a disappointing reply. I have some scarring I wanted to address and while the radio frequency facial did smooth my face a bit, it did not address the issues I was hoping the micro needling would. This clinic is located in the middle of several medical clinic buildings but google maps led us straight to the clinic. I was offered a drink when I walked in and gladly accepted some coffee since I hadn't had not had my morning dose of caffeine yet. Everyone I encountered from the front desk to my aesthetician was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Keep in mind, though, if you go using a promotion that at the end of your experience, you will be pitched packages and other options to choose. All options were out of my price range but I did leave with a facial mask. I did receive a couple compliments on the smoothness of my face so I would definitely consider going back one day if my budget allows it.

When I called the office and spoke to the manager, Emma and the owner who did not reveal his name to me both told me that the package that they sold me was a discounted deal which would cover the interest rate. When I explained to them that that is not at all how it was presented to me and that I expected to pay a flat rate of the package cost with no interest rate they proceeded to explain it to me 20 more times that the package deal was not 0%, but really it was that they would discount the package to OFF SET the cost of the interest rate, and I kept explaining that is not at all how it was presented to me two different times months apart I told them that this was not transparent, and it was underhanded, and if I was sold a package for $1000 and was told interest would be covered then I would expect to only pay $1000 not $1000 +37% interest rate. They refused to concede, so I am spreading the word about this scam of a spa in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, Texas
