They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. We Wax is a full-service spa (don't let the name fool you) offering everything from waxing services to facials to eyelash extensions. I went in thinking I "needed" a very expensive eyelash service (what? I'm from Texas, a girl NEEDS pretty lashes, right??) only to sit down with my technician and discover there was a very comparable service at a fraction of the price. In the end, I was much happier with this service than ones I've paid much more for and am so thankful she was willing to bite the bullet that I wound up booking even more services in the future. Linda is as sweet as she is good at her job and more interested in a happy client than gouging your wallet that I am more than willing to try her out for other services. Her expertise in eyebrow waxing can't be matched and if you don't take my word for it you can trust that nearly all of her coworkers are also her clients. That says a whole heck of a lot. The salon is adorable and super clean.
