    Buffalo chicken egg rolls

I want to love this place but honestly it's just okay. Nothing stands out for me food wise. It's the typical menu that seems to be on trend for most of the upcoming black restaurants in urban cities these days. I found service to be decent. I assume it must be easy to host events here because I have been several times for a special event where the patio or even the main dining areas are reserved. Some days they have live entertainment as well. Again nothing stands out for me. But I would return.

New Resto/Sports Bar alert by the owners of the Beverly. It is located at the Interlock. Grand Opening is tomorrow, May 12th, so grab your friends! The space is grand, bright and inviting. Not your typical decor for a sports bar. I love the multiple booths sections. Lots of TVs (dining room and patio) for your viewing pleasure. We dined on the patio and the weather was perfect!!! The team is so excited and so friendly!!! Jeb and Priscilla greeted us with smiles. Carlie was our server and she was delightful! The food was delicious! Featured: - Ceviche - spot on with a kick - Lamb Chops - perfectly cooked with a hint of sweetness - Truffle mac and cheese - omg so good!!!! A must try. - Cobb salad with Salmon. Salmon (medium) was cooked perfectly (since we were sharing we asked for a deconstructed salad - bacon and cheese on the side) - Wings - juicy and flavorful

Listen if they ever get the lychee juice in and Jaylan is working have her make the lychee martini!! Instagram worthy decor and good DJs as well.

I'll start off with the parking, stop and park at the first open spot you see or head to one of the parking garages to save yourself from a headache. The drink menu is substantial and the appetizers are reasonable. I have to dive into the service...or lack of attention for an early Saturday night / late afternoon. We received our food in a reasonable amount of time, but the build your own burger was over cooked, but had an amazing taste. The ceviche was ok, not as traditional as I was expecting but it was good. Over all just because of the birthday celebration we had a great time, fantastic atmosphere the ambiance is very contemporary the swivel chairs are AMAZING!! Try it, you may enjoy it!

TLDR; Beautiful decor, amazing ambiance, ok food and subpar service! My wife and I visited Lock & Key on the Saturday following Thanksgiving with friends who were visiting Atlanta. We were excited to take them to L&K since my wife had tried it for her mother's birthday celebration and enjoyed the brussel sprouts. One of our friends is a vegetarian, so we thought this would be an easy vegetarian-friendly restaurant. I made a reservation a week in advance. We were seated upon arrival. Our waitress came and asked us if we needed anything. We asked for a few minutes with the menu before ordering cocktails. When she finally returned, I ordered a "Cadillac Margarita" and my wife ordered a regular Margarita. The waitress, then, asked me what the Cadillac Marg consisted of, before beginning to instruct me that the drink I ordered was a restaurant-specific drink and she didn't think L&K would be able to make it. Her response caught me off-guard, so I asked, "do you have tequila and Grand Marnier?" She said, "yes". I responded, "well, the bartender should be able to make it." My friends ordered their drinks, and then we waited...again--until the bartender finally returned with our drinks and to take our order. She brought my friends their drinks and brought my wife her Margarita and brought me a *regular* Margarita. I asked her if it had Grand Marnier in it and, she said, "oh, you really wanted that?" I gave my wife the *I'm ready to go look*. I told her it was fine and not to worry about it. It was at that moment I knew that this visit to L&K would be my last. My wife ordered the brussel sprouts and salmon sliders. She asked for light sauce on the brussel sprouts and they came out drenched with whatever glaze they add to them. The sliders were extremely good. I'd recommend! I ordered the cheesesteak eggrolls and some honey hot chicken wings. The eggrolls were good and the wings were decent. My friends ordered the cauliflower wings and they wanted them tossed in jerk sauce. The kitchen, however, was unable to to toss them in the jerk sauce because the sauce would not stick to the cauliflower. They asked for them to be tossed in the honey hot sauce, and asked for the jerk sauce on the side. Although the kitchen being unable to add the sauce on the cauliflower wings was weird given that it was an option...my friends were happy they ordered the honey hot cauliflower wings because the jerk sauce was inauthentic and extremely salty. Beware if you plan to order jerk sauce!!! Overall, I doubt I'll ever return to the restaurant. The average food quality, subpar and awkward service, and the overpriced parking makes L&K quite unappealing. I'd also like to acknowledge a young lady with a low cut (about 5'5) who greeted us when we entered the restaurant. I wish I would've asked for her name and for her to be our waitress. From what I could observe from her interactions with her table, she seemed very knowledgeable and kind.

My first time vip trying Lock & Key. Dined in with 3 girlfriends. The hostess was great as well as our server Bri. She had great recommendations. Food wise we started with the buffalo chicken egg rolls. I was surprised at how god they were because I don't typically like buffalo chicken but wanted to accommodate everyone's preference. Fiollwoed that with the shrimp and grits fish and grits and biscuits and gravy and Mac and cheese (not pictured). Every thing was tasty but the grits could have used a bit of seasoning. The Mac and cheese was AMAZING. We even got a to go order if it. Drink wise we ordered the Lychee Martini, Crown apple cranberry mule, and hibiscus Mimosa. The ladies liked the martini and mule. My Mimosa was just ok. The decor was beautiful with large TVs at the bar. And a dj that was just setting up as we arrived for our 1p Saturday reservation. We will definitely be back.

First of all, it kills me to write this review because the owner is a schoolmate of mine! However, I feel I have to be honest so here I go! The place is beautiful! I love the bar and the booths and the ceiling is fabulously decorated ! Now, on to the food and service! Why is the world would you only have one bartender and two servers working on the weekend that Spelman and Morehouse had their graduations/reunion? A group of us had reservations for 1:30 this past Sunday and it was a hot mess! It took 15 minutes before the server came over for our drink order. By that time I had decided to just go to the bar because I thought that would be faster! That took another 15 minutes and it would have taken longer had I not walked to the to the end of the bar and took my drink off the pad! SMH!! Later, we ordered two bottles of Prosecco and it was delivered with no glasses! I ordered fried lobster tails and they were over cooked to the point they were dry and crunchy! I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to a wonderful time with my Spelman Sisters! I hope this review will help improve the service and food!

The aesthetics is nice. I went on a Friday and the had a violinist playing live music. It's a bit loud in there, but hey that might be your thing. Im pretty sure the atmosphere is a little calmer during the week day. Currently they're not using the menu online. At the restaurant they have a condensed version of the menu. I have to say, most of the ppl in my party weren't impressed with the food. They're definitely could've taken a little more time to perfect the menu. Another thing I didn't care for is that they partner with people/businesses and allow them to come in the restaurant to market new alcohol and clothing boutiques to customers. No one really wants to deal with that when going out for dinner.

Black owned. Parking can be pricey so pay attention to where you park. Food is inconsistent, so pay attention.

This place is so beautiful I live for the ambience and live music . Food is great . Lamb and salmon and all the sides . The dessert actually took the cake ya know it was so good I got 1 to go as well ! I wanted to give this place a 5 the only reason I didn't is because of the menu .. it's the same basic entrees you see at every atlanta establishment. I wanted it to be more and a different spin on the classic at least . The bartender and servers were lovely by the way very accommodating!

My friend made reservations for a party of 8. Bc this is a new restaurant, they weren't busy. The kitchen provided complimentary appetizers which were delicious! Our server was also super nice and attentive. Would def return for brunch or dinner again.

I wasn't surprised, because I saw the crowds. I crossed over to the other side of the terminal and was called back as they had someone that was leaving. I was grateful. The hostess was so wonderful and nice and it felt like I was a family member being welcomed into her home. I ordered a Club Sandwich and a Club soda. It was great. The Sandwich was huge! I couldn't finish it. They had great music and great food. It was super busy the whole time. If I'm in this terminal again, I would definitely consider going back.

But our order took over 40 minutes, and only after we complained. I can't blame the servers, they were constantly apologizing. But the kitchen staff needs a good kick in the butt. Add to the delay, dirty tables. Dirty floor. And you understand why this place struck out. The nachos looked pretty good. But because we had to get them to go, they were soggy by the time we tried them. Same for lemon pepper wings. A quick bite told me these would have been pretty good if I didn't have to bring them on the plane in styrofoam. The side salad to go? Fine. If only the server remembered the dressing requested. All in all. A major leave decision disappointment.

I've gone here in person plenty…read moreof times as well as had it delivered through ubereats, and it is one of the most consistent restaurants I've ever come across. I've never had a bad experience here in person, the servers are friendly and prompt. I'll be honest and say I'm only ever here for lunch, so I don't know what the dinner rush is like. The lunch atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxed, with some sports excitement if a prime game is being played. The beer & cider list is rotating and extensive, they even usually have several varieties of mead available, which is pretty cool. The food is well-executed bar food that comes out nice and hot. The chicken tenders are some of the best I've ever had- the batter isn't too heavy, it's flavorful, has all the crunchy nooks and crannies you could want, and comes with their delicious house-made honey mustard. The fries are good but I always get the onion straws for my side, I'm a sucker for onion straws and these are perfectly breaded without being greasy. The mozzarella sticks are massive, a little tricky to maneuver but so worth it since they're made in house and not just your typical frozen bag kind. Another app I really enjoy is the mini corn dogs that also come with the yummy honey mustard. On my last visit I tried the jalapeño bacon cheese bites which were tasty. Salty, which is to be expected, with a combo of both cheddar and cream cheese that made for a nice gooey center. Not exactly a destination restaurant, but if you want simple and delicious they got it!

One thing is for sure the bartenders will definitely lie for you if you dont want to be found…read morelolo...
