I called the number on Friday. David answered the call right away and told me he could come between 12-2 on Sunday and gave me a quote. I was OK with the schedule and asked him about the deal on Yelp. He promised to give me a discount. David called in that time frame on Sunday and informed me that he would be arrived in 30 minutes, which he did. He opened my lock without much an effort. After examining the lock, he told me that I needed the new one and gave me a quote for replacement. Then he honored his promise by replacing a new lock without extra charge. He gave me a receipt and told me to keep it for 1 year warranty. After he left for 5 minutes, he called me again to remind me to close the garage door. I hate to have to write a bad review for this place because they were helpful at first. I gave them several days to be helpful. Originally,I needed a new key and they came and gave it to me. The price was good. It was one of those remote car keys that needs a battery. The key barely worked from the moment i got it however. My mom came home from work tonight and we couldn't get the door to shut. She gave it a hard push and as a result we couldn't open our door outward(we were inside our condo). I found this company through Yelp and the guy came very quickly. Turns out the deadbolt was loose and just had to be tightened. Came fast on the same day. Replaced my busted door latch with a new one and adjusted the door frame holes for a better fit. After install, it closed properly but still stuck a tiny bit when opening (which I didn't notice). He adjusted again until it was a smooth open to prevent future problems. This was my second call to LockBusters, and both times David came out to help. Over the summer, I got locked out of my house and my car, with my purse inside the car. He suggested he unlock the car to get my purse which had my house key inside, because it would cost me less. The second time, I could not lock the front door and I requested a replacement of the lock. David was able to repair the lock and he adjusted a deadlock which I did not initially mention during the estimate for less than what was originally quoted. Ronnie did a great job. He created/duplicated (to replace a lost key) our Prius Smart Key at our house without any problems. Mind you, other car locksmiths said it could ONLY be done at a Toyota dealership. So, don't believe them and use Ronnie if you need a duplicate made.
