We have only been using Dry Creek Vet for about a year but they have to be the nicest people…read morearound,. We lost our Vet a few years ago to an unexpected death and thought we would never find another one to replace her. Well we have found a group of ladles at Dry Creek Vet that can't be beat. They will always greet you with a friendly hello and warm smile. I had a rebate coming to me from a product I had purchased and they kept dragging their heels but thanks to Margo who went about and beyond I got that rebate. Thank you Dry Creek Vet for taking care of our fur babies and making us happy once again to find a vet and staff we can trust and feel comfortable with. He was incredibly difficult to understand, possibly that his English wasn't that great. It's disappointing when they talk to you. It's very transactional, like I couldn't afford to take care of my dog. The vet tech, however, was incredibly friendly and outgoing, and a very pleasant man to deal with. If it weren't for him, I would give zero stars for this place! The front desk lady made me pay for a service before they would do it and before knowing that there could've been more added to it, I would've had to made more than one transaction on my card. The front desk lady didn't even say goodbye as I left. No wonder why it was easy to get an appointment the same day that I called. Lastly... This place sold my email address and without my consent! Ever since I have been getting bombarded with emails from some company named koala insurance, that partners with Dry Creek!

Awesome vet. Took great care of my mare for a strange internal abscess. Knowledgable caring vets…read more Rec and refer to them highly. Charges were better than going to UC Davis!! Very well priced for care and staying for a few days included. So haul in if you can but they will and do make ranch calls.

I took my mare there to foal and be bred. She had a Caslick so my vet removed it but when Dr Bob…read morechecked her he had to open it. I visited several days later she had an infection. I pointed it out to Dr Bob he cleaned it and put ointment on it. I visited several days later and noticed it was still red and swollen. I pointed it out to Sara she said she would let the vet know. My foal was born with an infection. She got 8 days of antibiotics. I visited several days later and noticed the mare had a cloudy discharge looked like an infection. I pointed it out to Dr Bob assistant he said he would let the vet know. Nothing was done. Dr Bob went to breed her on her foal heat and he noticed she an infection and fluid inside. Which I had pointed out the week before. He flushed her and bred her. She didn't take. I got a call from Dr Bob several days later telling me the mare cut her leg and needed stitches. That was 745.00 additional. He bred her several days later And again he noticed she had an infection so he flushed her then bred her. I feel like he should of taken care of the infection completely before breeding her again. Then I got a call saying she had been bred but my foal had lost hair on her throat and pill and it was a lil swollen. I had enough I called and let them know I would be there the next day. When I got there to pick them up the foal had a giant rope burn on her throat. My mare was ther almost two months was bred twice and it cost me almost 4200.00. It was very expensive and my mare and foal both had infections and injuries. I would not recommend them to anyone

I bought my puppy from Nancy back in December and picked her up in February. She was from Baileys…read morelitter. I did a lot of research before and she was the closest to me and from the pictures online seemed to be the perfect match for what I was looking for. The pictures of the parents looked a bit outdated (which they are). Also, I am almost positive that the weights for the dogs on the website are incorrect because Bailey was said to be around 30 pounds, but when seeing her in person she looked between 40-50 lbs. Communication with Nancy was good in the beginning, but once puppies came and I would ask for pictures she wouldn't text back until she sent a weekly/biweekly update that was very generic. My puppy ended up with Giardia when she came home and I was let know by someone else from my litter that the vet records were falsified and I had contacted the vet that was on the records and they confirmed that she had been falsifying records for a long time now. I contacted Nancy about this and she tried to lie at first over text and was ignoring all my phone calls. Finally after calling a few times she admitted that she had administered the shots herself. She refunded me my deposit to cover the giardia cost, but I will not be recommending her or be going through her for another puppy.

Wow, I originally gave this breeder high marks until I received a text about falsifying paper work…read moreon the first vaccinations. I was a bit shocked & worried. I contacted the breeder and she assured me that the first shots were given. Please if you are on the waitlist, when picking up, ask her about your puppy's first shots. Who gave them and when. I'm ok, if she administered it herself but be honest about it. Honesty is important when dealing a business transaction. My pup is now 6 months and thriving. Thank goodness he's healthy and we love him! 3 Stars is due to dishonesty
