Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. Out of curiosity I asked, if I get my hair back to "healthy " again. I asked who he would recommend and he said nobody here. I was shocked and to be honest, I was so over the consultation that I awkwardly laughed and promised him I'd be back. He could honestly care less. I wasn't too irritated because it smelled like hard boiled eggs or broccoli in there. Not to mention, The older woman at the front desk was hella grumpy as well. She included a scalp massage, hair wash, and cut for the $55 base haircut price. However, I found it odd that they charge an extra $10 to blow dry your hair plus an additional $10 to style. I think blow drying should always be included for a haircut because every haircut I've had they always make adjustments/final touches after drying my hair - it's really hard to see the final results with wet hair.
