The place was beautifully decorated for the holiday and there was a violinist playing holiday and other tunes. We did not have a reservation but stopped in on a whim and got lucky with a parking spot on the street in front. We live a few towns away and come into New Hope often. It was crowded but we managed a pair of seats at the holiday bar and had a couple of cocktails which were very good. We got one of the special cocktail glasses for our grandson. Kristina is the bright spot of the hotel. So the positives are that pick up and drop off by an uber is easy. The hotel lobby is spacious and nicely designed. The negatives are very baffling as to why they even exist. 1) no phones in the room at all; 2) my room overlooked the parking lot and a construction site; 3) the walls must literally be paper thin because you can hear everything above and to the side of you; 4) I asked for an ironing board and an iron because they did not have it in the room. When the items were delivered to the room, the lady delivering the items literally handed me an iron and the ironing board at the door and the board was half open and just handed to me. ZERO customer service from her. I'm very surprised that a hotel would be lacking in the basics of what a hotel ought to have. Thank God for Kristina. She is the bright spot in this ordeal. June 29, 2025 - 6 for dinner Lifelong friends and wives out for a nice dinner. Its been decades since I dined in New Hope. We ordered (pictures herein) the miso salmon, 2 orders of the pork chop, 2 orders of the baked Brussel sprouts, a watermelon salad, and I got the hearty roasted beet salad. ALL of these entrees were fantastic product and ingredients, prepared well, and served in a visually and enjoyable way. Portions were reasonable. The watermelon salad was VERY good with a little spice. The Brussel sprout app was tasty and not an oily dripping mess!! My variety of beets were also perfect and el dente and nicely seasoned. As other have noted the drink pricing is insane and the entree are also fairly high. Negating some high cost alcohol our bill was OVER $120 per person (and I don't drink?) Valet parking was an annoying addition as the place was EMPTY as the pre 4th weekend and everybody down the Jersey shore for the week. Not sure a return visit is in the future, it was great to see the place, but the value and enjoyment ratio just was not there? For an occasion or where cost is not a concern it would be good. read more

We took a last minute run to new hope. We arrived, parked and began venture to around town. We were trying to find a nice place to eat as it was a really nice day so we were hoping to get some outside seating and enjoy a nice lunch. We checked out a couple places until we stumbled upon the Logan Inn. They had a nice outside seating area that appeared to have a good crowd. We approached the hostess and were seated without a reservation. Drink orders were quickly taken as we surveyed the menu. Drinks were served quickly. We each ordered a beer. The menu had a good amount of small bites up to entrees. Sandwiches and salads. Prices were a little bit high but not awful. Both wife and I ordered burgers w fries. 3rd in our group ordered chicken tacos. We sat and looked around the nice patio, it was really comfortable, weather was perfect. BUT damn there were lots of bees around. I kept swatting them away. Just as the server came and checked on us a bee took a nose dive into my beer which she replaced quickly. I feel like we waited at least (or close to) an hour for the food. All the food was good. The truffle fries were excellent. And under normal circumstances I'd be annoyed with the wait but it was such a nice day, aside from the bees, no complaints. read more

Beautiful early fall day and perfect weather for dining outside. We had tickets for the playhouse which is located right across the street. Logan Inn was a great spot for brunch prior to show. Huge, stunning restaurant. Lots of outside seating as well as inside. As we walked into the restaurant we were surprised to hear a live Violinist. That added a nice elegant touch. It is truly a beautiful atmosphere. Our table was outside on the covered pourch. Love it all so far. Our waiter, Chris, was brand new and he wanted to please. He provided great service. Hubs and I both ordered the burger. Unfortunately we didn't realize it had cheese on it and Hubs can't have cheese and I prefer no cheese so we had to send it back. (Hate sending food back). The others ordered omelettes and the chicken sandwich. Everyone's food was generous portion fresh and absolutely delicious. Seems you can't go wrong with any menu choice bc it all looked so good. Our burgers finally came out as the others were just about finished. Burgers were scrumptious and cooked exactly as requested. They handled our mistake very well. Prices are high but atmosphere, food quality, service, and location all make it worth while. Parking can be challenging as I don't think they have a lot. We didn't see valet parking. A customer recommended the Logan Inn and everything was great from the valet attendant to the host to Christine, the amazing bartender! I was there a little after the lunch rush so Christine and I chatted quite a bit. This bartender knows her wine and since it's one of my favorite topics she made me feel right at home. She recommended a great wine to go with my delicious meal and I can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was lovely and I imagine very romantic for couples and, although I was dining alone, I felt very comfortable as I normally do. read more

Mixed drinks were sugary. The selection of whiskeys were extensive. We split the burger. The calamari was cooked to perfection! Cheese board was $35 and came with 5 cubes of cheese and oversized lunch meats. The rest was fruit. Do not order. We had them take it off our bill. Truffle fries are amazing. The service is good and the place is beautiful. However, don't just pop in. Make sure you have a reservation, especially on nice weather days. Otherwise you should expect to be told you'll have to wait between 1.5 to 2 hours for a table. After being turned away three times in less than one year because the wait exceeded 2 hours, I complained and suddenly we were able to be seated immediately. While I appreciate the effort of the hostess, it's poor form to only help customers get seated if they make a fuss. The wait notwithstanding, the Logan Inn is definitely worth a visit. read more

On our first visit to New Hope, The Logan Inn was supposed to be our stay, but plans changed. However, I am happy that the second time around, it was possible. What a night! Straight to the point, the town is cute and cozy AF, perfect for love birds. I can't say much about its history, but there is a ton. I know that it is the oldest building in New Hope. What I can speak on is the aesthetic, the service, the food, and the drinks. Shoutout to Dawn down at the bar for getting us sauced. Also, for her attention, conversation, and recommendations. I hope she is still there when we visit again. Speaking of sauced, this is not the hotel to get drunk at if you have a lousy memory because the rooms have keypads. Luckily, I have a great memory even while drunk. My only complaint was that the bathroom pipes made crazy loud noises when showering. Not just in our room, but we heard the banging from the bathroom above. So imagine waking up hungover and hearing pipes banging - startling! Other than that, all was great. The bed is like a cloud, and the pillows were perfect to my liking, plushy and soft. The decor is cute all over the hotel, not just in the rooms. Stayed for a birthday weekend. I stayed at Logan Inn years ago and loved it. There have been some major upgrades since then. Our room was beautiful and comfy. Downstairs there is the cozy Whiskey Lounge with live music that was really fun. The Logan Inn restaurant was great. I had the miso salmon with forbidden rice on one day and the sea-bass on the second. Both were mouth watering and memorable. Also had a fantastic Brunch on Sunday with live Jazz. Dined here on a quiet Monday night. I had not been to the Logan Inn since its massive renovations . The place is huge, and there is little resemblance to the old Inn that was here before. We started with a shared smoked beet salad that was excellent, my friend then ordered the pork chop. I ordered the roasted duck breast, medium rare. The duck came medium-to-very well done. It also was not sliced as it generally is, but the breast has been cut in half and served as two large portions. When our very nice server, Kevin, came over to ask how things were, I commented that the duck was not medium rare, he agreed and apologized. He asked if I would like to return it, but I decided to just leave it as I would likely be taking most of it home anyway. A few minutes later, the manager of the restaurant, Antonio, came over and again apologized for the fact that the duck was overcooked. He said he would remove it from our check and offered to comp us desserts, which were excellent. I am writing this review, mainly for the extremely professional way that the situation was handled. The restaurant is absolutely gorgeous inside even though my party sat outside - I will get to that in the end but we had a wonderful time great atmosphere - the food was amazing hands down! Waitress was THE BEST she was always there when we needed her and she always checked on us. There was rain in the forecast and she told us if we wanted to go inside they will accommodate us and we decided to stay outside till the first drop as everyone else went in. I wish I took a pic of the Charcuterie board as it was perfect for 4! What a beautiful setting and such a nice inn. We were in room 201 in the newest part of the inn. Room was quite large and loved the double shower heads. Couple grips I had was you can hear every footstep from the upstairs guests. They need to add some rugs to help reduce the noise. And the tv is Pluto TV, so no local channels. The bathroom door can't open fully without pulling really hard as it seems door and the floor have no space between and scrapes the floor. The included Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Ate a snack and couple local beers at the restaurant when we came in. Very friendly bartenders and good food. Valet parking is $15 for overnight. Would definitely come back again and this time with my family to enjoy the hallmark channel small town feel of New Hope! Have been here twice now and overall experience dropped this time since last. Room was drafty and just wasn't that comfortable. Not necessarily bad, but not good either - somewhere in the middle. Some rooms were nicer than others. Low privacy on some of the rooms as window coverings don't block the outside from sound or light that well. Room was mostly clean.
