Ordered The Logan steak last night woth door dash. Cooked medium rare and the flavor was amazing! Will definitely order this again!

It had been a while but we ordered to go. The flavors on our steak and pork chops were satisfying. The steak was very tender also. We enjoyed it! The only negative is with to go orders they only give you 1 roll per order and they tend to leave out condiments and items for your loaded white and sweet potatoes that you have to pay extra for. Next time well done on to take our time to eat and enjoy a second roll with our meals. read more

Stopped for dinner with my spouse Was not very crowded for a Saturday, so we were seated right away. We ordered drinks and dinner. Our server was great. She checked in with us and service was pretty quick. I ordered the Moscato, was probably the largest pour I ever had. Super! Maybe my negative experience was because of timing I ordered late and when I got my order the onion rings were soggy soaked in grease my chicken wings were dry as if they were sitting there all day there was nothing fresh about my meal the person that brought it out was nice and respectful but that order was not pleasant read more

They are slow and unorganized. The management doesn't have any control or feel as if they are doing customers a favor for being there. I even thought about calling corporate but, I decided not to ever go there again. read more

Food was good. We were there for an hour and a half and we didn't get our appetizers (which we ordered in the first five minutes we were there) until 45 minutes in, and by time we got them they were cold. We also ordered our food the same time we ordered our appetizers and didn't get our food until like 30 minutes after we got our appetizers. By time we received our food it was cold. The atmosphere was nice, they had a lot of different shows and stuff on. Overall just disappointed in the service. Also many tables who were seated after us received their appetizers before we even received the rest of our drinks, two different sets of people (two groups of four) sat, ate, and left before we even got the check. read more

Service was okay but definitely not up to par. It took a long time to receive our food after ordering. The steaks were all overcooked and the ribs were very dry. We didn't receive any bread until we were almost finished with the meal. I'm not a huge fan of chain steakhouses and this experience just solidifies my belief. read more

Our waitress was super nice and friendly. Loved her. Mom's coconut shrimp were pretty good. Fried chicken on Cobb salad was great, and rolls were nice. Unfortunately other food and other employees need improvement. Front desk had four employees standing there and none smiled or looked you in the eye - they seemed so sullen. I came in during a slower time 2pm-3:30pm. I sat at the bar. And I got excellent service. This isn't the first time this has happened. Any time I come into this establishment I always sit at the bar and get great service. So, I ordered the steak with two sides. Steak, medium rare. It was cooked to perfect. Don't know if I could have done it better on my own grill. The ambiance was nice and the staff seemed accommodating to everyone! I've had their pork chops at other locations and they are delicious. This location is not the case. Order took a long time to come out, and I was ok with that because you never know what's going on in the back. However when I received my order the porch chops were not even warm and they were dry. Mash potatoes came with basically a half of potato in them. Just wasn't a good night. Not the first time that I've had a bad experience at this location. It's those dang yeast rolls that keep me coming back! Don't believe I'll be back after tonight. Some may wonder why I didn't get a steak. Previously heard mixed reviews so I was afraid for the experience but popped in with a friend for an after work drink on a Friday night. We arrived right before the rush so we were seated immediately. Within 15 minutes we had our drinks from the bar and ordered appetizers. The margaritas were delicious! We have ate at Logan's before at other locations and have never been impressed. Tonight, coming back from a trip out of town, this location was the only place we found open due to a winter storm. Reluctantly, we stopped to give it a try. Man were we surprised! The door was opens for us and welcomed in, out of the cold. We were greeted promptly and seated immediately. Two servers took our drink orders before we could even blink. Our primary server was a fine young man heading into the Air Force. He was super nice, a great waiter and very pleasant to talk to. The bathrooms were clean and stocked. The dining room was spotless and the music was not loud but audible in the background. We ordered a burger and country fried steak. My burger was a perfect medium well, juicy and tender. Great flavor with fresh veggies and crisp bacon. Bun was buttery and lightly toasted. Sweet potato was piping hot and cooked to perfection. My wife loved the country fried steak. She raved about the loaded mash potatoes and the broccoli was steamed just right. Customer service was outstanding! Couldn't ask for better. Had all Logan's be run this way the corporate company wouldn't be having trouble. Keep up the good work guys! We will be back! read more

I went here yesterday with my son and boyfriend. He ordered the full rack of ribs, I ordered the $8.99 6oz steak and two sides. Overall we did enjoy our meal. The rolls were hot when they came out, and the alcoholic beverages we had (The Logan's Teas) were pretty good. Mine (the Peach) didn't really taste like alcohol was in it but it was nice flavored. Courtney was our server. She was very friendly and attentive. Out ticket had to be printed about 4 times but she sorted everything out. My steak was good for the price. I ordered it medium and it did come about medium. The texture was a tad off but it was still good for the price. I have blood sugar issues and I'm still not sure she gave me a Diet Coke or Coke (it said Coke on the receipt) but I couldn't tell. Usually Logans service takes a longer time but they did get our stuff out in a timely manner. Bring a jacket if you go because they have it about 60-65* in the building. Way, WAY too cold. I have hot flashes and, and those couldn't even keep me warm. Lol. read more

My husband and I ordered two ribeye steaks with baked potatoes and salads. It was an online order. We were horribly disappointed with what we got. The steaks were incorrectly cooked. I ordered mine well done, and it was medium well at best. My husband's was ordered medium well, and was medium rare at best. Both steaks were very full of gristle; not good cuts at all, very poor quality. Both potatoes were underdone. For almost $70, I expect my food to be better. This was a bad let down. My wife and I came here one evening and we were unimpressed. We both ordered steaks and while steak is usually good, we did not like the bland taste of our steaks. More importantly, our waiter did not really care about tending to us as we did not interact with him a lot except to take our food and drink order (at the same time). Not even drink refills. Unfortunately I understand now why this Logan's has a poor rating. We were over here at Target and thought we would catch a bite before shopping. The restaurant was super cold. They were NOT busy at all. There was no hostess but a waitress sat us in a booth. She was not happy to be at work or at least did not seem to be happy. She asked if we needed a kids menu and I said yes so she left to get one. She never came back so I went to the front and got my own. We then were greeted by another server who took our drinks order. My daughter ordered sprite but was then told the sprite line was broken. I ordered a chicken sandwich with a salad instead of fries and the waitress seemed to be not listening and then asked if I wanted fries. I then restated my order and said no fries just salad. We then got our salads but none of us had silverware so I got up and went to find some utensils. I could understand this situation better is they were busy. I don't mind pitching in when I know a server is busy or if they are short but I saw no indication that this was the case. Our food arrived by the kitchen staff. I had fries with my sandwich as I suspected. I did not see our server again until I flagged her down for a drink. She has to pass our table to get to other tables but did not ever check in with us. By this time I just wanted to leave because now the restaurant was busy and I knew it was going to be a task to get our check. Don't get me wrong- the server was nice but was not attentive and did not seem to care. We got the check and yes- I had been charged for a salad and clearly has fried marked with my sandwich. I just paid the ticket and left. Sad thing is - the chicken was juicy and my husbands sirloin was cooked nice and pink. Standard Logan's experience food-wise, but they really could use more wait staff. There were several empty tables but not enough waiters to seat folks so my mom and I had about a 25 minute wait. Saturday 12/9 our party of three arrived at 5PM and were told :25 min wait, that turned into 1 hour. After being seated and placed order, appetizers came in timely fashion. We never seen our meals, they ordered around 6:20; a steak dinner,a hamburger steak dinner and a Cobb salad. After seeing three different tables of people that came in after us receive their meals, with the last group of people being a party of 5, we walked out. Whatever you do DO NOT send food back for proper cooking! Ordered MEDIUM RARE 12oz Ribeye and small end was medium rare but TBE rest was not even RARE...more like raw!! Waiter took entire plate and while waiting decided to just get order to go; well, received ONE HALF of what had been sent back as far as Ribeye was concerned and my nice fluffy potato that I had already 'fixed' with butter and sour cream again came back at half the size and NO SOUR CREAM, NO BUTTER! All I can say is the cook should be very thankful that did not discover this until I drove 8 miles home! Waiter was great and had no problems other than fact that he was working area that should have been covered by 3 wait staff. Was hoping under new ownership that quality would be better. Underwhelmed is the best way to put. The food was okay, first round of rolls were burned, and the second round was good. We had two rounds because of the kitchen, I have a feeling that it was a super busy day with an understaff problem. Our waitress was great and honest about the food delay. I'm giving it two stars because of the food, my husband and I weren't hungry so we split their shrimp and fillet meal... the steak was well cooked but small (we asked to upgrade, got lost in translation) which worked out, and the wood fire grilled shrimp has some/no char. All was thrown on the plate and a bit bland tasting. Again nothing truly was anyone's fault because of the staffing issues in the kitchen but definitely underwhelming and a probably won't be at our top to go back. Stopped here this evening as I was in the area, needed to kill some time, and found myself quite hungry and without any desire to eat anything close to fast food, so I pulled up and figured that I would have a drink and get a bite to eat. I checked the reviews and went in with what turned out to be reasonable expectations. Logan's isn't your prime steakhouse, $100 per person kind of place, but as it turns out it is actually a great place to get a decent steak for a pretty good price. I ordered a Manhattan with maker's mark and the 9oz filet. I asked for it to be, "as rare as possible" and on that request they certainly delivered. I sat at the bar, and the bartender was friendly, prompt, and poured a great Manhattan. The food was better than I expected. She brought out a couple of yeast rolls to hold me over until the entree arrived. The rolls were hot, fresh and delicious. When the plate arrived, I cut into the filet and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get it done just right. I'm of the belief that a lot of restaurants have a tendency to overcook steaks, but this one accomodated my request for rareness quite well. The steak was well seasoned, cool in the center and went down before I had a chance to really get into the side items. I'd ordered mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The potatoes were adequate, but not remarkable. The mac and cheese was just so-so. I'd probably not get the mac and cheese again, but hey, you might like it so give it a shot. Long story short, this is a family type restaurant with better than expected execution from the kitchen, and really good, friendly service. It was clean, welcoming, unpretentious, and not hard on the wallet at all. Don't let old reviews scare you away from this one. This place is running just like a good restaurant should. read more
