I ordered over $100 worth of food for dinner with family. The first steak is a 16oz ribeye, it have triple amount of salt, it is bitter and inedible, I had to throw the whole steak away. The second steak is a medium sirloin, it is way undercooked. The inside is literally raw and icy cold, my stainless steak knives cannot cut it easily. Both steaks come with salad and those salads should have crouton and parmesan cheese, which are missing on both salads. Last but not least, I ordered 2 drinks and only 1 came. So I literally wasted my money and ended up with a horrible night, we ended up eating frozen pizza instead. Avoid this place read more

Green beans- from a can, didn't even attempt to dress them with seasonings, onion, bacon... anything. Mashed potatoes - pretty sure they were instant. Filet mignon - ordered medium rare, came out rare and so tough you couldn't cut through it. If you must come, eat rolls and leave. Logans used to be a solid choice. Ordered ribeyes first off the server was also tending bar, so our service was slow to begin with, Steaks come out cut into mine not done had him take it back hubby's was good, after about 15 mins he brings the steak back said sorry bout that'd walks off cut back into my guess is they never put it back on grill! We came in for a pre- Mother's Day dinner. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait to be seated. That 15 minutes turned into 30 minutes. After finally being seated, our waitress was Hannah. She took our drink order and a little while later, she brought them out. When she brought the drinks out to us, she went ahead and took our food order. I ordered the 12 oz ribeye with mashed potatoes (I asked for butter and sour cream for them) and a sweet potato (to share with my little one). She left to put in our order. We took a sip of our sweet tea and it was not sweet at all. She poured us unsweetened tea. So..... we had to wait about 8 minutes for her to come around again to tell her and another 5 minutes for the new tea to come out. It took a little bit for the food to come out because there was a table of 17 ahead of us, which was fine. My problem is that my steak came out "moo-ing"!! No lie!! It was blood all on the plate when she brought it out so I knew it wasn't done just by looking at it. Once I cut into it, it started pouring blood onto the sides. Ewwww! She took the steak back to be cooked more. My family seemed to be enjoying their meals while I sat and watched. Once my steak came back out, it was as hard as a rock and burnt! I know you're probably thinking, "what do you expect, you wanted a well done steak" BUT I've been to plenty of steak restaurants where I've ordered well done steak and it was cooked to perfection and still juicy. Hell, I cook my steaks perfectly juicy and well done at home. I couldn't eat it so I sent it back. The manager did come and apologize and she really did try to make it right. She really did and I appreciate her for that. By that time, I had lost my appetite and opted to eat a bowl of cereal at home. Our waitress wasn't as attentive as she could've been due to the other large parties. We had to wait for a refill on drinks longer than we should have. My friend and I just went in here and there were only maybe 5 tables in the whole restaurant and it took about 10 minutes before our server ever even came to us. We had to ask multiple times for anything we wanted because she would forget or something. Then the food... My husband and I went for an early supper. He had pork chops, salad and broccoli. I had grilled shrimp on a bed of rice pilaf, salad and baked potato. To begin, the food was only lukewarm, I absolutely hate lukewarm food. My rice pilaf tasted like yesterdays rice, the shrimp reminded me of the frozen bag of shrimp you can buy at a grocery store and thrown on the grill for a minute or two. My baked potato was also lukewarm. I ate it because I had not eaten all day and I was starving. The only thing we both enjoyed was the garden salad and glass of water. The rolls came out with oily butter dripping on them. I do not like rolls with butter, especially oily butter. Logan's has been a great option to go and have a few drinks in the Buda area. The bartender, Alex, is awesome! You won't have to worry about your drink being empty long because she is always quick to check on the people at the bar. Great place to watch sports too. I will be going back for sure! read more

The location is still new and they just need to work out their wrinkles and kinks. I like Logan's they have good food and a nice atmosphere that we can bring the family to, unfortunately this location is still new and needs to work on getting their team work and rhythm down. On a recent visit we stopped here after spending a day on the river, and it seemed convenient to hang out here in the casual way as we were wearing our river gear and lazy day clothes. The place is clean, the staff is mostly attentive, and the food was "good" but it seemed that the service staff and the kitchen were not in tune. Our food was cooked to order, but some of it arrived cool, one plate was missing a side, the appetizers came out at the same time as the meal, and we only saw the waiter once before (when he brought our drinks) we ordered. Basically we sat with empty glasses, thirsty from being on the river all day, until the meal came and we were able to get them refilled. I understand and empathize with wait staff and I tip well for the hard work they provide, but it seems that there was only about 20-25 patrons in the whole place (incl. the bar). I also saw many of the staff just doing busy work to "look" like they were doing something (i.e. hang out at the hostess area); it would have been nice to see some of them pick up the slack of one another, or at least attempt it. I am not knocking our waiter,, he could have been honestly busy, but the other staff did not come by to say hello or may I help you.. in support of their fellow wait staff. This is different than what I expect from a Logan's. As our meal completed, the manager came by and asked how it was... with hesitation (because I truly try to be positive with anything) we brought these items to his attention. He apologized, and we provided him with the best assessment we could so that they could correct it. If I were more easily irritated, if there was something else close by, we may have gone there and not waited for the food. I am confident that he took our words for concern seriously, after all, no one wants to see a place fail; I think that they need to get the positive team work vibes moving together and get the "young" inexperienced staff to see that they TOGETHER will make a great place. We asked the guy to wipe it down, and he did. And there was trash under the table, straws and straw wrappers. And he forgot to get us silverware. Ordered the food and we waited. And waited. 45 minutes and the place wasn't even busy. Finally we get our "food ". I ordered a steak, but what I got was a cold, dry, gross, inedible piece of I don't know what. My "loaded mashed potatoes" were just potatoes drenched in cheese, nothing else. Son and husband's food was ok. I sent mine back and the waitress said she'd send over the manager. Meanwhile, the folks in the booth next to us left, and the same guy who sat us down, used his hands to brush the crumbs off the table. Did not use anything to wipe it down. Just gross. Manager comes over and apologizes. Says he will take my meal off the bill, and he did. I told him about the dirty tables and he said it would "be addressed". I'm not holding my breath. I love Logans, miss the one in Round Rock, dang Covid. I am only giving this review of the new french dip sandwhich. It fails! An extra 0.99 for sauteed mushrooms and onions and I must say mediocre portion. The sandwhich was inly medium warm. I shoulda done a steak but wasn't that hungry. This was a very disappointing early dinner. My husband and I came in around 2:30, there weren't many people there at all. We ordered the onion petals as an appetizer and after about 25 minutes the waiter informed us that the first batch "didn't go so well." No biggie, it happens but then he finally brought us the onion petals and half of them were raw. Fast forward, I ordered the burger sliders. They brought out a regular burger that was falling apart and undercooked. Again, I politely informed the waiter(when he finally came back around) and he took it back. A manager brought out my correct order, sat the plate down and walked away. Didn't apologize or ask if everything was fine, nothing. Another manager was going from table to table asking everyone how it was going. She deliberately skipped our table. A waitress tried to drop off a random appetizer when we were done with our meal. It took forever to get our check because our waiter would disappear for extended periods. It's obvious that management is very poor and it reflects on the entire staff. It is located in a heavily trafficked area so be prepared for rushed waitresses who might take a bit to get to you but it's worth it. The staff is kind, so be kind. My family went there on 12-28-2017, 2 days ago. My granddaughter took off her Christmas present of a charm bracelet from James Avery because she didn't want to mess it up while she was eating ribs. Called back the next day to say that she had left it on the table. Wasn't put in lost and found so it was stolen most likely from the girl that served them since she cleaned the table afterwards. Manager asked if she had seen anything and she said no. Has anyone ever had a thief admit he stole something? He said he would bait.her to set her up to tell .the truth and he lied to me So he has a thief working there and I would advise anyone to go there to not leave anything behind. I took my kids in today for a late lunch, and Kelvin, our server was amazing!!! The food is good, it's Logan's, so you know, you get what you expect. The shining star was Kelvin for sure. He was so friendly and nice, very helpful, and just made the whole trip super enjoyable. My 10 year old (who never notices anything), commented on how great and nice Kelvin was. On Friday night I went to Logan's Roadhouse. It was my first time there. For going on a Friday night the wait time was incredible. They told us about 10mins but we got seated in like 5mins. (Maybe just our luck but I was happy about it) We ordered mozzarella sticks for our appetizer and man were they delicious, it was so warm and fresh. For my entree I got a 6oz Sirloin Steak with a loaded potato and a Cesar salad. Man o man that food was just all on point. It was perfect. My sirloin was made just as requested Medium rare. Overall my meal was very satisfying it sent me into a food coma. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Would I go back there? Most definitely. The reason I gave a 4 star rating was because the restroom was not very clean, there was no toilet paper and it smelled very weird, napkins all on the floor and well being pregnant it just didn't feel very sanitary but hey what do you expect going to public restrooms right? Not much to really love or hate about this place ... you get what you should expect here for a chain middle of the road kinda place. My craving for steak with no dinner plans led us here on a Thursday night and i had never been, so why not ? Pretty cool atmosphere, peanuts on the floor kinda relaxed place. I enjoyed the lightness of the bar area (which we chose to sit) and how open the bar area is with plenty of TVs positioned all the way around . Our server came right away , Amanda maybe ? I can't remember but she was prompt and sweet . Rolls were so dang delicious !! Fluffy lil puffs of bread ! Yummmm... I ordered the 6oz steak with steamed broccoli and started with the wedge salad for an additional .99 and it was pretty good , little too much dressing but I only ate small bit. I'm writing this review in hopes something is done. We were sat down right away which is always a good start. However the table we were sat at felt sticky. When we let the waiter know his response was all the tables were pretty much that way. My mom started wiping the table with her napkin and the napkin was dirty . It was gross, the table has been wiped it was wet but the fact that we took a napkin to dry the table and it was completely dirty was very disturbing. Then my mom scratch the table with her nail and a thick black build up built up under her nail. The tables were just like that, they had built up on then from not being cleaned properly. This was a great experience! Our family was seated promptly, our drinks where taken and our server brought our bread out quickly. The only thing is my wife's margarita took a bit to get there. She ordered the steak and I order 1/2 rack of ribs. My mom and brother ordered the cheeseburger and chicken fried chicken. We talked all day about how good the food was! Our waiter was awesome too! Worst experience at a restaurant I've ever had and left feeling very uncomfortable. Wasn't busy at all and the host that sat us had an awful attitude plus she didn't look to be very hygienic. Once seated we waited about 20 minutes for our server to come get our drink order and she seemed to be rushing us the whole time. Took about another 20 minutes to bring us drinks and rolls. We were ready to order and she just walked off. Had to get another waitress's attention from which she just mumbled saying she'd go get our waitress. Once our waitress came back which took atleast 15 minutes we finally got to order. We sat and waited for about an hour for our 2 steaks. Once we got them both were not cooked right and my husbands wasn't even the right cut. We were already fed up with this so we just ate them and didn't say anything. Once finished we waited for the check which took probably 30 minutes or so because our waitress was sitting at a table with one of the waiters and his arm was around her. That doesn't seem very professional to have workplace relationships but what was the most upsetting to me is as we paid and was walking toward the front door we walked past who we assumed to be a manager following one of the waitresses. I overheard the manager say some disgusting and personal things to that girl. This is definitely not a family friendly place. I'm just glad we didn't have our 8 year old daughter with us. I stopped in the Buda location to place a to go order. I stressed to the girl taking my order that I did NOT want barbeque sauce on the pork ribs: I wanted them dry and she assured me the cook would prepare them that way. After waiting 25 minutes, I noticed a guy placed a to go bag on the Door Dash portion of the desk, not on the regular to go portion. I waited another 15 minutes (a total of a 40 minute wait) and then asked a young male server if he would check on my order. A blonde lady walked up and asked him what I needed at which time he checked the receipt that was with the Door Dash order. Of course, it was my order that, as I said, had been sitting there 15 minutes. I asked why no one had told me it was ready, at which time the lady mumbled "sorry. Enjoy your meal." I checked the ribs when I got to my vehicle and, of course, they were slathered with barbeque sauce and everything was cold. I decided my time was worth more than walking back in to have this corrected, so I went home. I'm 73 years old and I have never experienced incompetence and indifference at this level. Not very impressed with this place. Staff didn't seem very friendly - kind of like they are just not happy with to be there. Restrooms were filthy which is always a bad sign. That I would say bad management - Laziness really. I ordered the loaded potato soup since it was pretty cold inside the restaurant. They brought it out barely warm and the taste was just mediocre. My Family and I had a great dinning experience at Logan's in Buda. Our server was Kevin. He was energetic and kind. We ate very delicious meals that came to us hot and ready. My steak was medium well which was to my taste. The ribs fell off the bone and the mac and cheese was cheesy good. For my Moms birthday we shouted Hooray. My family has been coming to this Logans for years. We thought we had built a relationship with the staff. However this last visit has left much to be desired. When we arrived it took forever to be seated, even though there were clearly seating available. When finally got our table the floor beneath the table was appalling. Trash and debris were piled up underneath the table as if the staff had no care for the overall cleanliness of the establishment. When it was time to order we had to beg for them to bring bread to the table. The cesaer salad was repulsive. And they had no croutons.
