Absolutely great service and great food. Had a long day in around Texas and we wanted steak so we stopped in, and we are glad we did! Keep up the great work and awesome food!

I'm surprised that there are any bad reviews here, just because the service is so exceptionally kind. We were seated at the bar and to say they were attentive is an understatement. The menu is extensive and has options for those interested in meat, seafood or really anything else. For old-timers, peanuts are still offered free at the beginning of the meal and are a fun way to start the feasting. We ordered the Rib Eye along with Grilled Shrimp. All dishes come with two sides and we ordered the Caesar and House salads along with the baked potato and French Fries. Sizes are generous and most people leave with tons of leftovers. If you want large quantities, kind service and a fun atmosphere, Texas Roadhouse serves all of these.

I lived in Texas for 5 years and never came here but on a trip back? SURE!!!! Lol Honestly I'm a fan. Affordable good food. The bread is addictive. Really enjoyed our time here. It's an efficient running machine which is welcome.

Always happy coming to roadhouse. They take care of you here, and it's exactly what I want every time. The rolls, the steak, the crisp sodas. Don't get me wrong, it's not a Michelin star steak (but did confirm the ribeye is worth the upgrade vs the filet if you want tenderness), but the flavor is there & I can't complain. I usually get on the waitlist before using the website, but we do usually have to wait a bit longer after checking in (just for a server to get assigned to us in addition to others who've been called). Not a big issue. This one is a busy one, but well equip to handle the crowd!

Outstanding service!! Our waitress was attentive and very helpful- she knew the menu like the back of her hand! The food was on par and the place was spotless- like seriously clean. No complaints whatsoever!

Hit the bar at Texas Roadhouse in Austin and honestly had a blast. Cold beer? Check. Killer margarita? Double check. And yes--the famous rolls w cinnamon butter still hit even better with a drink in hand. Bartenders were on point, super friendly, and kept things moving. Great spot to chill, catch a game, and skip the wait for a table. Food is always on point and reasonably priced. I usually go for the NY strip or ribeye, both extremely flavorful and at a great price point.

Came here on a Saturday night and was super happy with our experience! I highly recommend using the online waitlist since wait times can get pretty long on the weekends. The service was fast and our server was great! The food was also good, we shared cactus blossom and I had a sirloin. It was cooked a perfect medium rare and was a good size! Definitely recommend this location :)

When my husband and I decided to have dinner at Texas Roadhouse last night, I checked their app and found that they had a 45 minute wait. I added our names to the waitlist and we decided to go ahead and head to the restaurant and sit at the bar while we waited. I checked in with the hostess when we arrived and was told we still had about a 40 minute wait. We found space at the bar to wait and enjoyed the people watching and music. We were given fresh, hot rolls while we waited. In only about 20 minutes, we were on deck for our table. I decided to order my "go-to" 8 oz Dallas filet along with a house salad and ranch dressing and a loaded baked potato. My husband ordered the prime rib with house salad, ranch dressing, and loaded mashed potatoes. The salads were cold, with fresh lettuce and topped with tomatoes, hard boiled egg, croutons, and shredded cheese. The ranch dressing was nice and thick, with a great homemade buttermilk ranch flavor. I ordered my steak medium, but when it arrived, it was pretty rare and our server graciously took it back to the kitchen to be cooked a little more. A manager came by our table a few minutes later to apologize and ensured me that the filet would be back out shortly and cooked to my request. My steak came back out shortly and was perfect. I love how their steaks are seasoned and a little charred on the outside as well as how they season the skins of their baked potatoes. My husband said his prime rib was full of flavor and very tender. I don't think you can find a better tasting filet for the price anywhere in town. Texas Roadhouse has become our go-to place for steak. And their Southpark Meadows location is always the best, with fabulous food and service and a fun environment.

I mean, there's not much to say except this place is ALWAYS Bopping - we've been wanting to try because of the famed honey buns so we decided to stop in after our Pilates class also in Southport meadows. We added our name to the waitlist and arrived at 6 and we were seated by 610. Definitely recommend - the parking lot was already full but thankfully there is plenty of parking close by. The menu is super straight forward - and considering the amount you get it's very fairly priced. I enjoyed the smokehouse burger, husband got the porterhouse with all the extras. Service was fast and friendly. Overall, a great spot albeit super crowded no matter the day and the music was way too loud.

Yay! Despite terrible road conditions to get here with sociopathic construction, this turned out to be the best chain experience in months. Pro tip: they have an $11.99 early bird special on the very back of the menu. I can't recall the last time I splurged on a steak, but the 6oz sirloin was top-notch!!! Of course, everything from the rattlesnake bites to the rolls were scrumptious. Superb service, and plenty of parking

Ft worth 12 oz ribeye steak with baked potato
    Craig C.

Ok we go to the Texas Roadhouse often and for years but I've never had a Ft Worth 12 oz ribeye steak until tonight and let me tell you. It costs a bit more but worth every dollar perfect size and flavor medium cooked with of course a loaded baked potato and large salad. All was perfect service was fast friendly and spot on. The ribeye is my new go to steak. They of course give a veteran discount and my wife and I are both navy veterans.

I'm writing this while we're still here because the service has been that amazing. Now onto the food... My wife ordered the sausage, and she's absolutely obsessed with it. It's technically on the starters menu, but she always gets it as her main course because it's just that good. My son and I both ordered the 20-ounce Koji Coffee-Crusted Cowboy Ribeye, cooked medium-rare. When I say it melts in your mouth, I mean it. The coffee crust adds the perfect amount of texture and crunch without overpowering the steak. I highly recommend it. For sides, we shared the mac and cheese and the corn crème brûlée, and both paired perfectly with our steaks. We also started with the pork chop bites, which continue to be an absolute home run. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the applesauce takes the flavor to another level. The only minor critique I have is that the bread wasn't quite as soft and warm as it usually is. But honestly, that's such a small detail in what was otherwise an outstanding meal. To finish, we had the Vanilla Orange Cheesecake and the Lemon Bar. The Lemon Bar was delicious, although I wish the center hadn't been quite so cold. The toasted marshmallow on top, however, was absolutely perfect. The Orange Cheesecake? Incredible. Total Dreamsicle vibes, and I would order it again in a heartbeat. What really made this evening unforgettable, though, was Alex. He has officially set the standard for what exceptional service looks like. Every server I have from here on out has some big shoes to fill. Perry's, if I can't have Alex next time, I hope the service is held to the same incredibly high standard because he truly made this experience special. Overall, Perry's came out swinging tonight. I can't honestly call it a perfect 10 because of a couple of tiny details, but it was absolutely a perfect 5-star experience. Thank you for an unforgettable evening and for making my son's birthday one to remember!

Our server, Delina, was so sweet and incredibly helpful with her recommendations based on what my husband and I were in the mood for. The complimentary bread and butter were also mouthwatering--I honestly wanted another roll. For drinks, we asked for something refreshing, and Delina delivered. My husband had a cocktail that reminded him of an Aperol Spritz with a mojito twist, while the watermelon hibiscus margarita was absolutely perfect for the weather. We shared a Caesar salad and ordered the Dean's Style steak with the sauce on the side. This was the one dish that left me a little disappointed. The steak wasn't as juicy as I expected when cutting into the center, but thankfully, having the sauce on the side helped elevate the flavor. I highly recommend the truffle béarnaise sauce--it was delicious. The atmosphere and service were excellent, and Delina truly made our evening enjoyable. While I think we've had better steaks at a lower price point, the ambiance and overall experience still made for a memorable birthday dinner.

I paid the tip and received no compensation for this review. I'm focusing only on the dishes I personally ate. We had a 6 PM Sunday reservation, and the restaurant was quiet and calm. We were seated near the front, but I saw several dining areas -- all classic, clean-lined, and intimate. Our server, Adam, was exceptional from start to finish. His timing, attention to detail, and genuine care elevated the entire evening. He made thoughtful recommendations for cocktails and dessert, and every suggestion was spot on. Cocktails I asked for something light, and Adam suggested a summery twist on their cucumber martini. He added elderflower, and it was refreshing and delicious. We also tried the Divorce Papers (light, slightly sweet, with an earthy undertone) and the Dreamsicle, which is sweet, fun, and honestly as much an experience as it is a drink. While we waited, we were served a small blintz bite with caviar -- a lovely bite to start the meal. Starters We ordered the crabcake and the Caprese salad, both easily shareable. * The crabcake is one of the best I've had in Austin -- large, packed with jumbo and shredded crab, and seasoned perfectly. The aioli and fresh lemon made every bite better. * The Caprese truly surprised me. I expected heirloom tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, but the Sicilian pesto with Marcona almonds elevated it in an unexpected way. The pesto was thick, chunky, and incredibly flavorful -- it tied everything together beautifully. Balsamic and olive oil are added tableside, and the dish is as delicious as it is pretty. We were also served Brazilian cheese bread, which had a sharp cheese flavor and a great chew. Mains & Sides I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon, cooked rare. It had a perfect peppery crust and a tender center -- exactly what you want from a fine steakhouse. For sides, we shared: * Crispy Brussels sprouts -- roasted through, very crispy, and served with walnuts, feta, shaved prosciutto, and balsamic. Best when you get a little of everything in one bite. * Truffle sweet potatoes -- the first serving had undercooked layers, but the staff handled my feedback professionally and quickly brought a new dish. The remade version was delicious, with a great balance of flavors. Dessert Adam recommended the Carajillo, an after-dinner cocktail made tableside. If you enjoy espresso, get this -- the presentation alone is worth it. We tried two desserts: * Crème brûlée -- large enough to share, topped with berries, with a perfectly thin sugar top. * Flambéed strawberry shortcake -- made tableside by Enrique, who explained each step as he prepared it. The house poundcake is buttery but balanced by the ice cream and strawberries. Not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Also very shareable. Overall A great steakhouse should deliver on food, ambience, service, and drinks -- and J-Prime Steakhouse absolutely does. I had multiple moments where I paused just to appreciate the flavors. Adam made the evening fun, and the entire team ensured the experience felt special. I left wanting to come back and try more of their popular dishes.
