Usually good to great service here. Went in last night. They weren't busy, as evidenced by more that 1/2 of the tables and booths were not occupied. Hostess made it seem like she was doing us a favor to seat us in one of many empty booths. Waited 15 minutes and never had anyone come to take beverage order or anything. Tried to get a few servers attention and finally got one to bring us water and then she disappeared. The manager was busy chatting up a customer (not unexpected). Lots of servers around but no one could wait on us. Other tables were being seated and got immediate attention but we just kept getting ignored. Finally left and told the hostess about the issue and she was very flippant. Extremely disappointing and out of the ordinary for this place. Not sure what has changed. read more

Stopped in looking for a good steak. It's your typical steak house with peanut shells all over. We got seated right away. The place could use a good deep scrub and some new chairs. The chair I was sitting is was nearly falling apart. Also they should put an empty pail on the table for shells as some patrons has put their empties back in with the fresh peanuts. The fact that they didn't check for that or simply replace them before putting them at the table was a bit disturbing. We both ordered the onion brewski sirloin. She ordered hers well and mine medium. They were both medium well and a bit tough. Nevertheless, the flavor was pretty good. The sweetness of the onion glaze and the garlic butter or whatever that was on top was really good. I was too full to finish my potato. The service was pretty good as our waitress was on top of things even as it started picking up. However, it really needs to be cleaned and they need some new furniture. read more

Went for dinner with my son. Both of us ordered steak dinners. Mine medium rare and his medium. After approx 40 minutes of a slow and empty restaurant, our food arrives. Waitress asks us to cut in to check it. Mine is rare. His is almost rare. We decide to try it as we don't want to wait longer. My "Logan" signature sirloin was the toughest steak I have ever eaten. Could even stick my fork into it. Waitress stops back by and we let her know the situation. My son asks his to get cooked for a bit more while I ask to get a burger instead as I didn't want to wait for an entirely new steak. Burger was fine but then the bill comes and she has charged me for the steak anyways. Manager comes over and then takes it off the bill. Why would that have to be asked of anyway. Food was bad and resent back to kitchen. Table next to us had their steak sent back as it was way underdone. Bad kitchen staff and horrible food. Not what Logan's has provided us in past at other locations. Avoid!! read more

It was busy so I can forgive a little for that but when our food came out, it was cold and missing some important items (husband's salad came out with no dressing and the steak was so cold). If we were going to wait this long, we should have at least gotten a quality product. This is something I would normally talk to someone about before posting this online but someone next to us had a poor experience and did speak with the manager and we witnessed the lack of empathy and the only thing that was done for them and for us was 25% off which was a coupon we got in the mail. Didn't want to waste time with that (plus when we were walking out she was talking to another guest reviewing a receipt) Our server was pleasant but poor thing was so overwhelmed it took away from the experience. Terrible take out service. Called 4 times and no answer. Got a hold of someone the 5th time and then they preceded to transfer me to the take out section where I was left on hold for 10 minutes. Called again and finally got through. Put my order in for a salad.. went to pick it up 15 min later and still had to wait 10 minutes because they never processed the order. 1-30-2016 New York strip was awful. Didn't taste right /like a New York strip , but it was shaped like a New York strip. Everyone else I my group got salads or sandwiches, they said their food was ( sandwich = ok ) ( salad = really good ) I've never had this bad at other places. read more

Update: Was contacted by corporate online through my review AND a phone call from the store manager, Kevin. As I noted earlier, I was unclear as to how this manager on duty last night was going to resolve my issue other than she "was going to send me something in the mail". Kevin followed up, clarified they were sending me a gift card to cover my meal and to give them another try. My apologies for any confusion with this post, I really had no idea what the manager on duty the night before was going to send me; coupons? gift cards? I appreciate the clarification from Kevin. Original: Love the atmosphere and the server was very pleasant and friendly. I placed an order online for take out. When my order arrived I checked the boxes and everything looked good but when I got home my steak was not medium rare nor where the correct toppings (Onion Brewski) on top. My steak was medium (no pink) and they had put regular sautéed onions on top. The manager was apologetic and offered to make me a new steak but I was home and headed out of town and could not run back up to pick up the corrected meal. She indicated that she would send me something in the mail. I will wait to see what arrives but what I would really like is just for my order to be correct. This is the third time this has happened :( and I really love Logans but I can't afford to purchase a meal and have it prepared incorrectly. Went for a early afternoon lunch on a Tuesday. Wasn't busy, got seated right away. Place was pretty clean aside from the never ending crunch of walking on peanut shells on the floor but no biggie. First the good. Service was real good. Server took good care of me and my wife. Was greeted shortly after being seated and drinks were brought quickly. Server checked on us at a good pace and kept our drinks refilled and took care of anything else we needed. That's about the end of the good news though. First thing that grabbed my attention was the new menus and upon looking closer I noticed all the prices had went up a good bit. I had the Logan (sirloin steak) and that along with a potato and salad is now $16. Overpriced in my opinion and with soft drinks running at $4 apiece it's just getting to expensive to eat out much. The quality of my steak was the worst I've had at any Logan's. It had lots of fat & grizzle and was overcooked. Yes I ate it anyway as I didn't feel like waiting for another and having my wife watch me eat after I finished my meal. My potato was large & hot but was dry and hard on the skin. My wife had the grilled salmon which came out slightly burnt. Her sweet potato was decent and our salads were good but lacking a bit of cheese. I will say I typically have pretty good luck going to Logan's but with the prices going up it's just getting to expensive to go more than once or twice a month. For the quality & quantity of food paying $45 with tip for 2 people is just a bit much. Follow up review. I received a reply from this location regarding my review and I very much appreciate that. This place is terrible. We waited 1/2 an hour to get a table. It was that long because no one cleaned the table. I didn't get my drink until 20 minutes after we ordered it. We ordered food and multiple people got the wrong order. Steak was either over cooked or undercooked. Someone got salmon instead of chicken. My sweet potato had soo much cinnamon. This place took 45 minutes to get our food and other people who came after us got their food faster. Don't go here unless you want terrible service. read more

We ordered 3 steaks and a chicken salad for takeout this evening. The restaurant was super busy. We got our food quickly. The young lady handling takeout was doing a great job. The entire family enjoyed the steaks. They were cooked perfectly. The steak seemed to melt in my mouth. 2 Brewsky steaks and a sirloin steak. All delicious. We will definitely repeat. read more

I went here with my mom and dad for a late lunch early dinner type of meal. My dad and I got the sirloin steak, while my mother got bayou fried shrimp. My steak was well done and it was pretty tough, while my dads steak had a decent amount of fat. It's a good thing these steaks came with two sides because that's what we ended up eating the most of. My mother's shrimp weren't cleaned before they were breaded so she didn't eat them and sent them back. When we go the bill, we were changed full price for the shrimp. We weren't expecting to get it for free, but something would be nice. When my mom questioned the waitress about it, she said that the 20% coupon should cover it and nothing would be done about it. The coupon had nothing to do with the quality of the meal. The manager came over and rather than offer to fix the problem, said that he appreciates us letting him know. We go to this restaurant on a regular basis but now it seems that the costumer service has gone downhill and chances are good that we won't be back. read more

The server was attentive and the food good. The host, however, was not at all pleasant. For a party of three, we requested a booth and were seated at one of their small booths. I asked the host if he would please seat us at the larger, corner booth. He smirked and said that booth is only for five people. I asked again, stating we are seniors and are here to celebrate a birthday. Again, he smirked and declined. As we were waiting for our food, he sat three people in the booth "that is only for five." When I later mentioned that out to him, he said he didn't know how busy they were going to be, and that he "didn't care". There were plenty of seating options for parties of all sizes all the time we were there. Did he dismiss us because we are senior ladies and preferred instead to seat three younger people at the corner booth? What has happened to accommodating your guests and showing respect to seniors? went to this location Saturday night we wanted a. booth so they seated us in the bar . Friendly waitress but really chatty and forgetful. They were busy but not packed so we ordered the sh rooms Waitress told us about happy hour prices and we ordered drinks . I got a flight of 3oz drinks and they were good .Then Waitress asked us like 3 times in 10 mins if we wanted to order so we did I got the Rib eye steak Medium rare and the life got the fillet well. Waitress was back In a couple minutes with our salad before our sh rooms had come which kinda made me mad then came back with the sh rooms .Then we waited finish the salad and sh rooms and drinks and waited finally waitress checked on us we ordered more drinks and waited some more almost half an hour when our food came they said cut into your steak to see if its correct mine was well done wife's was rare. The little signs they put in them were correct but steak were wrong which would not have been a problem but they wicked mine away and my wife ate hers even though it was way under cooked. She began to eat and they came back with my mushroom scure and Shrimp while I waited for my steak . Both the Shrimp and mushrooms were cold and the mushrooms were barely cooked.But I couldn't tell waitress because she was at bar chatting with other people. My wife's shared her dinner with me while I waited for another steak to come . The manager came and said sorry for the wait and brought me my undercooked rib eye. By this time I didn't even want it . Shrimp was way way over seasoned with pepper and so was my new under cooked came cold. After playing hone tag with the manager, he said he would send me my $10 that I should have received for my coupon. I asked how and he proceeded to get my address. I should have received my whole $30 meal for free but instead I only had a lot of hassle and no refunds what so ever. Extremely disappointed in this location. Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday before going to see a movie. Waitress and host staff were friendly. Ordered a soda and a beer. Placed our food order and things went south quickly. Our chicken tenders and fries were cold. My salads chicken was clearly microwaved. The chicken was rubber. Waited for our server to do a follow up. After (we timed it) 6 mins she comes by to check on us. We state the food is cold and horrible. We state we will not pay for the food and would like to pay for the drinks we ordered. Waitress states she will go get a manager to talk with us. While this is happening the table behind us who had just gotten their food politely says to the waitress that their food is cold. I'm pretty patient, but waited (timing this again) 8 minutes without ever seeing a manager. I've now hit my boiling point and we leave. I've never walked out in paying a tab until that day. I took my mom here last night. We felt bad because we went 45 minutes before they closed. Our mashed potatoes were not very warm but we were too hungry to send them back and the coffee was cold but was corrected by the manager who was very happy to do so. The rolls were really good as usual. We sat in the bar area so the bartender waited on us who was very nice and kept checking on us. I do with they would correct the cold air in those booths in the bar, everytime I set in the bar booths it is freezing but my mom didn't want to set at the bar. The service or lack of service me and my daughter receive at Logan's last night was the worse ever. The wait was long and we understood that. We were patient and didn't expect anything less on a Saturday evening. We were finally seated in the bar area high top booth and ignored for about 15 minutes while the tables behind us that were seated after us were greeted first. After questioning if we were invisible I went to the host and asked what was going on. They were apologetic and said they would send us someone right away. The waitress came and was very sorry and offered us 25 off our tab for the huge oversight. It went downhill from there. Our food was cold and sent back. My daughter's order was wrong and as we were waiting and disappointed we witnessed the bartender making the buckets of the frozen two drink specials, one in which I was drinking. She had them right on the floor in the busy walkway by a dirty broom and trash can. A water jug fell in the bucket and she reached in with no gloves and took it out. The same hand she's touched money and everything with. We brought all of this to the manager Alexis attention who seemed to not be shocked or care. She acted as if we were bothering her and just another customer looking for a free dinner. We explained our whole experience to her and she offered us a free dessert or appetizer on our next visit. I politely declined and told her it would not be a next visit. The waitress was more consoling and emphatic than her. For the price I think the burgers should be fresh, or at least not so obviously frozen. My burger just tasted old and had a weird texture. The macaroni and cheese I had had the same used-to-be-frozen texture. On the plus side, our server was very nice, but the manager lurked around watching everyone way too much.
