Service is terrible. The place was busy and that's expected on a Sunday night before a holiday Monday, but I'm there by myself and not looking to wait for a table. I find a seat at the bar, clearly visible to both bartenders working there. It took over 10 minutes for them to notice me even when one bartender served food to the couple next to me. I ordered ribeye and shrimp with a salad and baked potato. When the food arrived, the guy just called out my name; some random guy brought the food, not the bartender. Also I DIDN'T get the salad I ordered. And despite the fact they asked me if the steak was cooked enough, it wasn't. A little too pink for medium well. The bartender did take 20% off for the missing salad but I for service this bad the meal should be free. I'll pay for my beer and tip the bartender. read more

The food is always good. The prices are excellent. Service has been good too. Go to costco and you can get $100 gift certificate for $80.

Awful. Don't waste your money. Steak was bland, tasted old... and as tough as a shoe. Chicken wings also tasted old, the ribs were tough and undercooked, the fried shrooms were soggy. Food came out cold and the service was awful. 25 minuet wait on a Friday for the blandest, frozen meat heated on a grill. Won't be back ever. read more

Well my coworker dropped me off after a horrible experience at Crave up the street. Not packed but busy enough. Grabbed a seat at the bar with Skye tending. Ordered fried chicken and mashed potatoes. And a nice salad. The rolls came with the salad were hot out of the oven. When the food came it was smothered in gravy,which I asked for on the side. Skye sprinted to the kitchen and kudos to them for expediting the food. Hot and delicious. I know its a chain but they know how to treat a customer. read more

Horrible service at Logan's, we went for my moms birthday and had a terrible experience. To begin with, it was not a busy night and right off the bat it was a super slow service, it took an hour to get our food. We received our salads and my girlfriends salad bowl wasn't even washed right, it had macaroni cheese melted onto it from a previous dish. When we got a refill on drinks my moms water had a PLASTIC sticker inside floating around, HAZARD!!! My dish sides were wrong and our food came out COLD. Lastly we had ordered a pina colada and a bud light and they came out when we were finishing up not only that but the pina colada was just a pineapple slushy with no alcohol. All these issues were brought up to the waitress and there was no apology for the dirty dishes, cold food, wrong order, or long wait. Overall very bad experience this place has a horrible staff glued to their phones or horse playing in the kitchen (we could hear them from where we were sitting) and horrible food that tastes and looks like it is microwaved and has been sitting in the microwave for a while. Manager was no where in sight to oversee the zoo of an immature staff they employed. Won't be returning here. You would get much better service going to McDonald's or Wendy's and not wasting as much money for trash food on this disgusting establishment. read more

My wife and I entered Logan's at about 8:00 pm not greeted by hosts. I ask her if we could seat on a bar table she replied they didn't have any available. It was obvious they had three tables but didn't want to clean them. The food took more time than usual for a club sandwich. What I noticed it was more important was to clean the restaurant than to serve customers. It was 8:00pm they close at 11:00. First and last time for Logan's no thanks. We were willing to spend good money there. read more

I placed an order for pickup, 9oz fillet with baked potato. Upon getting to my hotel room and taking a bite of the steak I had to spit it out. It tasted like spoiled meat!!! Never have I tasted something so awful. Outback is right next door. If you want a steak I suggest going there instead. read more

Well, I'm going to start out with I should have listened to the reviews when I read them before coming. We got here and they said 45 min to an hour, fine by me. I knew it being V-day and around dinner time it would be crowded. We got seated less than the time expected, but at a table that was clearly pushed into a corner to make space for more guests, no condiments, peanuts, nothing. We ordered our drinks and some fried pickles, which were probably the best thing about our visit. We then waited over 45 minutes for our food in which the cook apparently "never got". Was then told our food would be out in 5 minutes.....15 minutes later our food was out, but cold. The steaks were cooked to order, but cold. Besides our appetizer and the waitress being halfway decent I am VERY disappointed, and will not be returning. read more

We've visited this restaurant and have been satisfied with the service until today. We ordered and after waiting for 20 minutes for our food and tables around us getting their food even though they got there after us, we asked if there was a problem. We had already been told twice that our order was almost out. We finally were told there was a problem with our ticket after we questioned having to wait now 40 minutes. 5 minutes after our order of a salad, grilled chicken and a steak came out. Chicken was cold where it had been sitting for some time and the steak was missing one of the sides. They offered to correct the order but we decided to leave not wanting to wait more than the 45 minutes we had already waited. The irony of it is that the restaurant was half empty at the time. read more

We know what to expect from the food at Logan's, we've been to locations in other cities. The food was as expected. The service, however, was awful. We actually went in with $100 worth of gift cards that we bought for $80 at Costco for an enjoyable evening with our family. It was terrible, and we will never go back. We waited and waited to be greeted by a server and finally had to go ask the host stand if they maybe seated us in a section that didn't have a server. Nope. She just didn't notice us (our family of 5 with two teenage boys included...we are totally quiet, small, and easy to miss exactly NEVER). Our food came out in waves....like I got my plate a solid 7 minutes before my son got his. The manager, whom I could see, seemed more interested in chatting up the wait staff in the prep area than making sure customers were being attended to. It was just a mess and a totally unpleasant experience(basically everything from being seated to our checkout was botched by hosts, servers, and the manager never even noticed or seemed to care about his store.) Our check was wrong on three different things. Don't go here. You'll spend $100 and leave annoyed and wishing you'd gone next door to BJs or The Outback. Management is CLEARLY the issue because everything was bad except the food. read more

Being that I worked for a restaraunt for many years both as a server and as a hostess, Im very critical on those aspects. We visited on a busy Saturday evening, our hostess was very polite and better yet our server was attentive and quick. I ordered the chicken wing sampler and mushrooms for appetizers. Where do I begin, the customer service was the worst we have ever experienced, the staff did more flirting with each other then tending to me and my family's needs. This was our first time at this restaurant in hopes of a good meal, boy were we wrong. I ordered the Brisket Nachos that came out ice cold, my wife ordered a steak salad that arrived with no steak. We quickly returned our orders to be revised but only to our dismay encountered yet another food malfunction. The steak on the salad was cold, burned, and dry, yes a trifecta of disgust, not only that the waitress never asked my wife what type of salad dressing she would like let alone attempt to bring any. We waited over twenty minutes for a drink that was never served, at this point we threw in the towel and cut or loses. We explained to the manager about the poor service that we received, he comp'd our kids meals which was the only good thing about our visit. Horrible horrible horrible service if you have nothing but time on your hands and you want to be ignored I recommend Logan's Roadhouse off of gateway Blvd you won't be disappointed. The service is so bad they don't even come to your table and introduce themselves. We have been there three times first time we justchalked it up. Second time we up and left and when the manager tried to stop us with a free lunch we declined. After all who wants to go back to a place where you get absolutely not kind of recognition. The final straw came on a Sunday it was absolutely dead in the place and yet we still did not get any kind of service. Wow! The worst service we had ever experienced!!!! Our server was pretty busy so our drinks weren't getting refilled and when they brought our appetizer they didn't bring small plates. So we had to ask someone else to get plates and refills. Then they finally brought our food and we each ordered the t-bone (3) and two were supposed to be medium and one was medium rare. Well 2 were ok but the other medium was completely raw so we asked to take it back and cook it. They brought it back and we cut into it and it was still raw so they took it back. We never saw that steak! Everyone finished eating and we wanted the management and she took forever to come. When she finally came we told her that we didn't want it anymore and she said "oh that was your steak". We told her that this was the worst service we have ever experienced and she apologize and comped our meals. I asked her to get our waitress because I wanted to give her some tip and she didn't want to come back to the table. So I Gabe $20 to the other girl who actually helped us!!!! Our adventure at Logan's began last night at 7:15. The call ahead reservations were great. We walked in on a crowded Friday night and were seated right away. We had an excellent waitress name Irene. That is the end of the good stuff. My wife and daughter ordered the 3 little mini burgers. Neither of them wanted Cheese on their burgers and I SAW Irene write that down after she repeated that they wanted no cheese. My grand daughter ordered the kiddie meal with a bacon cheese burger. Again Irene repeated and wrote it down. Now I have no complaint with my order or my grandson's, just the burgers. The burgers for my wife came out, covered in Cheese. My daughters three came out, covered in cheese. My granddaughters bacon cheeseburger came out NO CHEESE. Three out of three....WRONG!! Irene,(server) felt terrible and took them back. When they came back, my daughters had residual cheese all over them where the cook just tried to "scrap" it off. My wife's seemed to be ok. When My grand daughter got her's last...but it was Ok. We called Irene back over and she had to take my Daughter's back again to get rid of the residual cheese. The manager came out with it but it only had two burgers on it and he announced that the other would be right out. When it finally came out, my daughter couldn't eat it...just fed up. Irene was so nice during all of this...it was not her fault...they have a crappy cook and a poor manager who obviously has lost control of his kitchen. We could tell he was trying to blame Irene and that went all over us.. He eventually took my daughter's order off the bill and finally my wife's also. But he should have come out himself to give us the bill and apologize for our problems..but he didn't have the guts..he sent out Irene. I honestly feel the problem is Management. They need a manager who will accept the buck stopping with him or her and not blaming the one person, the waitress, who did everything right! I give Logan's El Paso, two stars. We meet for a lunch. About a party of 20. Mostly senior citizens so we called ahead to ask about senior discounts or being able for some to order off kids menu. We were told it was fine. Nope. We show up and first there's puddles of water in walkways. Next we had to go ask for water etc. Bc. They had the bartender assigned to also a large party. We ask for the kids menu and nick the manager said no. And there's no senior menu or discount and no military discount either. So while there's water on floor and we have to go ask for things over and over. Nick and another employee have time to adamantly explain why they won't honor anything. ... after a while he comes back saying he's talked to the director and they'll give a 10 percent discount for the seniors. Been seated an hour and finally they offer bread.Maybe why the already have bad reviews. Right??! read more

This place doesn't even deserve a star, the service was awful! I returned a still moving steak because I didn't ask for rare but that's what I got and the waitress was annoyed! She acted annoyed and sighed! This was supposed to be a nice dinner with friends and family as I was visiting from out of town but it turned out to be all together frustrating. I don't like to return my food back but some friends of mine spoke up in my behalf and there went my steak. I assumed correctly when I got a different steak burned on the top and pink on most of one side bonus they gave me the a steak with nothing but fat on it. I didn't eat it, I maybe had a tip of what I ordered! I was so disgusted I couldn't even finish my already cold mushrooms and potatoes! The only reason I didn't speak up was because of the people I was with and I didn't want to make a scene, but I will be letting management know. Awful awful experience! read more

Seated pretty quickly, and our orders were taken in a timely manner. Ordered steak and ribs - steak came in medium when I asked for it medium rare and the fries they gave us were cold so we waited for our waitress to come back and ask us how everything was, I was starving walking into this place so I ate the steak, but the server came by the time I was done with it and the fries were exchanged for 'fresh' ones that just seemed to be re-fried.. We didn't end up eating them. Ribs were good, they weren't exactly fall-off-the-bone but maybe that is a style choice of the restaurant, idk. After we got the fries we waited for refills on our drinks. The server never came back to ask so we had to waive somebody down. The place wasn't extremely busy at the time too so maybe it was just the server? Overall there wasn't much service and the food is whatever. I'd suggest going to Texas Roadhouse instead, same prices but twice the quality. read more

I was recently at the Logan's in El Paso TX & I have got to say I was extremely disappointed with the service provided. We actually didn't get any service to be more exact. We were a party of 12 that waited for just over two hours to be seated with no results. When we asked the hostesses how much longer it was going to take to find a table they answered that they didn't know. They whole time we were waiting they just stood on the hostess stand talking, not even making an effort to find us a table. We complained to the manager, I believe her name was Cruz, & she just gave us a lame excuse as to why we hadn't been seated yet. My friend's mom is an older, diabetic woman & they didn't even bother to ask if she needed a drink or maybe some rolls while we waited until two hours later. Fed up with the lack of service I called a nearby restaurant BJ's & they said they could have a table ready for us in less than 30 minutes. We decided to wait 20 more minutes to see if maybe someone would move their butts off of the hostess stand but they didn't. We left hungry & frustrated from the lack of support we got from the manager & staff. Luckily 5 minutes after we arrived at BJ's we were seated & were finally able to enjoy a lovely meal. I'm mostly disappointed because I used to really like Logan's a lot. Now, I don't think we will ever be returning. I gave a rating of 1 star because I had to give it something but if there was another option I would give it negative 5 stars. read more
