The most disgusting steak I have ever experienced. Both husband and I order 12oz ribeyes. Mine medium well and husbands medium.. he looked at his and states.. this was a frozen steak. I said no way...steak houses doesn't use frozen steak. I took a bite of mine... yuk. The taste and texture was horrible. I asked the waitress ..was this frozen meat, it tastes aweful! Very kind waitress. She stated, she'll call the manager over. He creeped up to our table. Did not introduce himself. Ask is every thing is OK? Husband in returned, ask him if he was the manager and he replied yes. I told him the taste and texture is awful and ask if this was frozen steak. He said yes, that's the way they receive it. My husband flipped over his steak and ask the manger if he bought it looked appetizing? He admitted no. I can promise you these steaks were not thawed at room temp, the steaks were thawed out in the microwave, then thrown on the grill for a bit of grill marks. The potatoes were left from lunch. Any person who cooks, knows how potatoes look after they are warmed over from lunch. He did take both steaks off of our check and offered to cook us something else. After tasting these steaks and potatoes we had no appetite left for anything from this place. I am posting pictures for proof. The color of the potato is because it's warmed over from lunch.We will never step into another Logan's steakhouse. I will add one positive comment. Our waitress was very nice.we apologized to her. Absolutely Horrifying Experience at Logan's Steakhouse - Avoid at All Costs! My wife and I visited Logan's the night before Valentine's Day, hoping for a pleasant dinner. What we got was an evening of witnessing appalling behavior and a completely ruined meal. The manager, identified to me as Brayden T., was verbally abusing the young, female waitstaff in the kitchen. His yelling and screaming were so loud and disturbing that I had to intervene. I went into the kitchen and told him that his behavior was unacceptable. He tried to justify his actions by claiming he'd repeated himself five times, as if that gave him license to verbally attack these young women. I pointed out that his outbursts were frightening customers, including children who were visibly scared and hiding under tables. The situation was so bad that our server couldn't even come to our table to bring our check or check on us because she was in the back crying. Another staff member had to step in. This is absolutely unacceptable. I called the corporate number in Tennessee and filed a complaint. I was told that the regional director and store manager would investigate and contact me. That was several days ago, and I have yet to hear anything. Logan's complete lack of follow-up on such a serious issue is just as disturbing as the manager's behavior itself. Our $70 meal was completely ruined. There are plenty of other steakhouses in the area where you can get a decent meal without witnessing such unprofessional and abusive conduct. And there are certainly other places where employees can work without being subjected to verbal abuse. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Logan's Steakhouse. I sincerely hope that someone higher up in the company will take swift action on this matter, as the current management clearly isn't handling it. read more

I don't do many reviews but I can't resist. We had such an incredibly poor experience that I felt I should warn you before you fall prey. I really don't understand why it's so difficult for a "Steakhouse" to properly cook a steak. My wife and I both ordered the same ribeye but when they arrived, they looked very different. Mine was at least half as thick as hers and they were both undercooked! I ordered medium rare and my wife ordered medium. We were in a party of six and over half of our orders were wrong because the music was so loud that the server couldn't hear us and we had trouble carrying on a conversation during dinner. I also ordered a sweet potato as a healthier alternative and it arrived loaded with marshmallows! No mention of that in the menu. We ordered fried pickles and mushrooms for appetizers, the pickles were too salty to eat and the mushrooms never arrived. Someone else ordered the sirloin and shrimp, which turned out to be a chunk of meat he couldn't even cut with a knife and the shrimp were missing. Our server never came back to check on our orders and we never saw her again until we flagged someone down to find her to get our bills. Every plate that hit our table were still there when we left, she seemed to be more concerned with whatever she was doing besides taking care of our table. I looked over the whole restaurant and never saw anyone who even resembled a manager on a Saturday evening dinner service. I guess if I had to say something nice it would only be that the dinner salad was ok. Very disappointed in what these corporate chains have turned into and will save my money for the smaller privately owned eatery's! i come here with my girlfriend all the time and get an all American with either a hunch punch or tropical af and theyve never let me down, always a great experience. I had given up on Logan's Roadhouse as a frequent dining location because it seemed their quality and product had declined. I returned to Logan's Roadhouse, again, when they added back the teriyaki selections to their menu as they had removed them for a while. Since returning I've been very pleased with the quality and the taste of their product. The remodeling of the restaurant is very appealing and functional. It is also one of the few restaurants in the area that can select off a section for a private meeting or special event if desired. Now my family and I have added it back to our dining routine. I can say that the teriyaki chicken, the grilled and fried shrimp are extremely good however I have not tried the steaks since returning so I cannot comment as to the quality of the beef selections. Logan's Roadhouse rolls are still as good as ever and their salad is a very good salad. I look forward to trying their steaks at some point in the future but the shrimp and chicken selections are worth the trip and are great. read more

A month ago we had given up on Logan's but today we decided to give them another try. We were very disappointed again, more so this time. They only had a few customers when we got there. We were greeted okay and escorted to our seat. The server brought plates to our table and took our drink order. She didn't smile and she wasn't friendly at all. The plates were visibly dirty. When she came back with our drinks we showed her the plates and asked for clean ones. She took them and gave no comment, excuse or apology and she promptly returned with two clean ones. Still no smile or comment. She came back about 20 minutes later with cold rolls and took our order for the appetizer. We waited for about 45 minutes on the appetizer. And we waited almost as long on our food. When the food came the salad I ordered was warm and just not fresh at all and it seemed to be a mixture of two different salads on the menu. I know that because the salad I got had a sauce on the chicken and I had avoided ordering that salad because of that sauce. The avocado on the salad was dark and tasted ruined. It was so gross I had to spit it out. My husband said his burger was okay for what it was. We could not eat our food. We don't expect perfection but we do expect our food to be good and fresh especially for what we have to pay these days. The ladies bathroom is awful. The walls of the stalls and the sanitary containers are so nasty. If I could download a picture here I would show you how bad it is. We're off to a bad start. I ordered the country fried steak. The wait was to be expected on a Sunday afternoon. My problem was the undercooked country fried steak WITH BLOOD ON THE PLATE. How do you serve an undercooked country fried steak?!? They were quick to get it resolved but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. The person that cooked it and the person that served it needs to do better. The waitress was great, no problems. She's on top of things, she was practically at a run with food and drinks. If I could leave zero stars I could. We set up a 1:00 pm reservation a day in advance. We showed up 15 minute early and got seated 10 minutes late at 1:09.We immediately knew what we wanted since we had been looking at the menu for 20 minutes. We ordered the drinks and the kids meals at 1:15 it took 10 minutes to get our drinks then we ordered the appetizers. 45 minutes later we received the appetizers. Looking around the other parties that came in and got seated after us were already eating. Fast forward to 2:17 I asked to see a manager because the children weee getting restless. The server said she didn't put the children's order in when we asked her to and that the food wasn't close to being ready. I then had to tell them to cancel my order as now it was 2:32 and we had been sitting for an hour and 30 minutes. I also asked to speak to the manager, which she said she'd check on the order, the server then returned and said she canceled it and we were good to leave and as we walked out the manager brought out my kids plates. The "roadie" didn't even have the cheese and this is not a slider this is a burger cut in half. This was a big inconvenience and the worst service I've ever Recieved. Monday my husband and I were both talking how we were hungry and wanted to order something to go and bring home because we were both tired. He mentioned Logan's and i replied NO quickly because of the last terrible experience with them. Long story short I couldn't come up with anything so I said what the heck we will try them one more time. TERRIBLE idea period, I should've stuck to my first instinct. I ordered a New York Strip to be cooked medium. What this steak was I have no idea but definitely wasn't a New York Strip but even worse it was cooked past well done. My baked potato was the brownest potato I've ever seen and I work in the food industry and have seen a lot. My husbands chopped steak tasted terrible. He took one bite and spit it and the rest of the steak in the trash. The only positive thing were the rolls, they were good but who wants to pay the price we paid for just rolls? I will stand firm on never going back this time but I think everyone should know just how terrible this once great place is now. read more

Came here for Mother's day and was seated in a back area that felt like a sauna for an 1hr and a 1/2 before we got our food. During this time several table were moved into the main area where the air conditioning worked well. By the time our food was brought, we were too hot to eat and it was cooked wrong. I am familiar with Logan and have no issues with the food. However, service on 10 December 22 (afternoon) was horrible. The estimated wait time kept getting changed (3 times) until the front desk attendant informed us , a party of 12, no hope of us getting a table or two after waiting for 2 hours. She had no empathy, not respectful and not helpful at all. We came for a graduation celebration and members of the group really wanted to celebrate at Logans. Since the attendant was very helpful and dismissive, we went to UMI steakhouse literally a few blocks away and had fantastic and memorable experience. They treated us with respect and were very helpful. Reccomend Logan train there front door attendants on customer service to include showing kindness, empathy and appreciation for your customers. read more

My husband and I ordered take-out, however when we picked up, we only had two rolls instead of the half dozen we ordered, and my husband's Cesar salad had no Cesar dressing. This issue was remedied, and if that had been all, I would have forgiven and forgotten, but when we got home I opened my chicken finger box and it looked like someone else's leftover scraps, and they were dry.
