Ordered the Rancher Rita and the drink itself was excellent however the lid wasn't secured properly and when I went to go top off despite holding it in place it slipped and dumped everywhere. The NOLA BBQ shrimp was actually tasty but horribly oily! I mean the entire dish was swimming in oil and it didn't appear to be at first but it was all lurking at the bottom. The ribs were good but not great. Sides were not appealing. It's just wasn't good and I wouldn't recommend or return. The waitress was nice but when my drink dumped out of the shaker she kind of just laughed and offered a towel when it clearly wasn't my fault their bartender hadn't secured the lid. Hi Logan's Roadhouse Team, I wanted to leave feedback from my visit because our server, Angie (or Paige) was outstanding. Our drinks stayed full, the rolls were fresh and on the table consistently, and there was barely any wait at all. She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience great -- especially while I was dealing with a fussy, overtired 5-month-old baby. However, one thing really hurt the experience: the manager's behavior toward her. After I placed my order while rocking my baby, I made a face (not directed at anyone -- just a tired parent moment). I overheard the manager speaking to Angie/Paige afterward in a belittling way and then making her come back to check on us again because of it. To be clear: we were completely fine, and the waitress did nothing wrong. She was doing an excellent job and didn't deserve to be embarrassed or talked down to. Great appetizers and they try out new ones fairly often that are usually very tasty. I rarely go out. I got a new job and was excited to treat myself to a steak dinner. What I got was technically a steak. Some form of pre cooked, pre packaged steak shaped item that had the same cost as if it was a proper thing. I was seriously bothered, had my hopes up. I'm sitting at the bar in a Logan's right now. I'm 60 years old with gray hair and a gray beard. I was required to produce ID to prove I was over 21 before I could buy a beer. Even Walmart gives their cashiers discretion when it comes to geriatrics. Why do senior citizens have to prove their over 21. I hate micromanagement in my professional life. But this is starting to get personal. When a corporation doesn't trust their bartenders to tell the difference between a 21 and a 60 year old, how can they even expect a proper drink to be poured. Came in after a long day with my crew of 6. The service could not get any slower, 20 to 30 minutes to get a drink. No one showed any sense of urgency. They Take your order and you wait. After 3 drinks, placed a food order. When food arrive 30 minutes later asked for another drink and was told I was cut off by a manager and couldn't have another drink because of a 4 drink per hour rule. I had 3 in a hour and a half, and wanted 1 more with my meal, I asked to see the the manager after 20 more minutes a girl showed up with a paper that had the rules written on it that read 4 drinks per hour. I said 3 in 2 hours is less than 4 in a hour, and was told it doesn't matter, said if I can't have another drink with my meal take my meal of my bill , I didn't want it. I was then offered water which I refused. Then after another 20 minutes I got my Bill, paid it in cash got up and walked out the door got in the passenger side of the pickup rode across the street to the hotel to find out of from local law enforcement when they show up at the hotel that they had been called because of a drunk driver leaving that could hardly walk. My driver had only drank ice tea. I am 62 and have had 5 knee surgery's on the same knee in the last 12 months. It's a miracle that I walk as good as I do. There was a girl from Inside watching us leave, she was on the phone with someone ( police ) I tell her to take a picture it would last longer. This place and the employees are all a joke. I just had the worst experience at the Logan's Roadhouse in Hopkinsville, KY. The food was not good at all. The salmon was super salty, the mashed potatoes looked like glue, the chicken on the Cobb salad was supposed to be grilled but it had some kind of Parmesan cream over it that was nasty, and the steak was overcooked The service was atrocious. We had to ask other servers every time we needed a refill, were looking for our food after a long wait (they weren't even busy), and the check. I'm not sure where our server was hanging out but it wasn't near us. The ambiance. There was a slug climbing up the wall at our booth and a huge cobweb in the corner over our heads. Sara is a lovely person and very good server. I ordered Maui beef tips - med rare with mashed potatoes, broccoli and a salad with ranch on the side. The potatoes and broccoli were perfect as was the salad. The Maui beef tips were cooked medium well. They tasted good, but they were over cooked. I was too hungry to send them back. Sat at the bar and the bartender was trying but I waited 40 mins for my food and even when I asked her if it was coming she kept saying it was on the way. Finally got my food and it was fine but there was no acknowledgement of it being a long wait or any apologies! Stopped in on a Tuesday evening. We were told it would be 10-15 minutes for a table. We were able to sit at the bar while we waited. After about 20-30 minutes we're able to get a drink. Another half hour/45 minutes later we got our table and ordered right away. It was over an hour before food got to the table. So we're are 2+ hours and just now getting food. It was decent, nothing special. I would maybe understand a weekend or Friday, but a random Tuesday night.... Overall food was acceptable, not great, took forever to get food, and had to ask 3 or more times to get drink refill. Won't be returning read more

Came here when we first moved to town 6 months ago and the food was terrible, the service was terrible and the wait took forever. Decided to try carry out tonight and it has been no different. I have waited an hour for my carry out and I'm still waiting. I've asked to cancel my order and nobody can do that. There are waitresses busting their butt and asking for silverware and waitresses sitting up front saying how bored they are, but doing nothing. Oh and said waitress has been outside for at least 10 minutes and has had a table seated for 8 mins. I then watched her get mad at the hostess for not telling her. I'm sorry, if you're in the back helping cook or clean then maybe you can expect the hostess to get you, but if you're outside, you better make sure you take a quick break.
