We stopped in...it has been awhile since all this COVID mess...I must say I was disappointed. We sat to the right near the windows and they are obviously not sealed properly as the cold air could be felt and we were freezing!! It is bad when the bathrooms are warmer than your table area and you go to run warm water over your hands to get the feeling back. Also they have taken away a lot of the no-fried/starch sides. With both of us having gastric bypass surgery we opted for 2 salads as our sides. We had to pay for the second salad and did not get a second side...if there is no side that meets dietary needs they should make adjustments...I even have a card from my Surgeon to show as needed. My parents love this place & it's always the place to go when they want to go out to eat. It is what it is...another chain steakhouse. The steaks, salads, fries / baked potatoes are always prepared & cooked nicely. We've always had good service with the wait staff...they're very attentive & are constantly clearing the table off or filling beverage glasses. Like Chad, the annoying "yeeee-haw" birthday shout out & the constant country music can be a bit much, it's so loud in there, it's unfortunately part of it all. Came in today. Server had dark curly hair and was maybe 5'6. He clearly has no regard for personal hygiene and I could smell him from a mile away. I understand that it's the holidays but he was extremely rude and short with me. With every interaction I had with this boy, I felt judged and disrespected. I'm sure with any other server this may have been a decent experience, however I am extremely disappointed as this child was unprofessional and smelled as if he had not showered in at least a week. We went here because of great past experience at another location in SC & PA. It's really easy to get to off I 85. The place has a country theme/style restaurant. They do have the peanuts to snack on while waiting for service and/or food! They make some of the best Mix drinks that I've found! There Long Island's are to dye for; I was also impressed that they had Yuengling Lager, a nice smooth Lager. Ok back to Logan's, we must have had a new service; he was reserved and not sure of the menu, which was a little disappointed. I'm not sure if they were understaffed, didn't look like, but he keep going to takeout room a lot. The servers do back each other really well, so there was always someone there to help you. The food was cooked to order which was hot, fresh and good! No complaints with Food. I would recommend Logan's, they have a great menu, usually friendly staff, awesome mixed drinks and good selection of beer! read more

We were at Logan's on Sunday evening. Don't get me wrong the food was delicious and the wait service we had was great,. but the manager we had I felt was rude. We had a nice size crowd and we were accomidated very well. The section we had, had 3 seats left but one of I guest was coming in from work and he was stopped and kept from joining his wife so they say in another section close by. But he was the last guess to join and there were 3 more seats available. I felt like one person wouldn't have hurt anything. Had an awesome waitress, kept up with refills & checked on us often. Had the sirloin steak, salad & broccoli. Steak nice & hot and cooked a perfect medium well. Everything timed out well too - wasn't still eating half my salad when meal came out. Hubby had bacon cheeseburger that was juicy & hot, fries done well. Given that my friend was about to leave hospital and I live in charlotte i ordered to go. They were out of sweet pototos at 7pm so i ordered half rack of ribs. They gave me to poor excuses of side ribs with a dab of sauce. I ordered pork chops which I'm use to the one n Statesville giving me two nice side of chops. I also ordered a half dozen if rolls which I received 8 of. I figured that since your meals are supposed to come with some i feel like maybe I could've received more. read more

I have ordered 3 times from there in the last two months; 1. They forgot to include one of the salads, called me when I was 3 exits up the highway, had to turn around and go back. 2. They forgot a salad and Children's chicken nuggets. 3. They forgot a anything and everything salad, I had to drive all 20 minutes back there to get it. I absolutely love the food! That is the one thing that keeps me coming back. Service- On several occasions we have been left sitting for over an hour without receiving our food. On one occasion, when it did come, it was wrong. Completely wrong. Someone elses order. Both times we had a male waiter. Both times they apologized profusely. I could tell they were irritated. I assume the issue was in the kitchen as it was clearly not the fault of the wait staff. Every time we order to go our food is fantastic. Our first visit was interesting in the fact that we had no waitress. We had to get our own drinks and ask another waitress to get our bill. I mentioned it to the manager. On our second visit were fared the best. Steaks were good, service from our server Julia was fantastic. On our third trip Julia waited on us again. Everything was except my son's steak was under cooked. Our last trip started by getting seated next to a group weed smoking enthusiasts. Needless to say, the smell was overpowering and we ask to be reseated. We were fortunate to once again be seated in Julia's section. When our steaks came out, my sons order was completely wrong. My steak was swimming in salt (which I asked for no salt) They finally brought out my son's steak and it was correct, but my medium well steak was burned to a crisp. So for our Easter dinner we all 4 went to eat. Well we got our drinks and then we got hard as ever bread and I had to get up and take it to my server, she brought us more fresh ones but the taste was like if you leave out a main ingredient. Came here for a family celebration .. terrible idea. RAW BURGER. Not well done, not medium well, not medium, not medium rare, not rare, but RAW. There was raw ground beef smeared to the bottom of the bun. The steak, also RAW. Not rare, but raw. And that's from someone who would eat a steak that still has black and white fur on it. Not to mention the disgusting brown smear on the to go box because this was a takeout meal, and a brown smear on the SALAD box as well, cross contamination much?? The other Logan's Roadhouse's seem to have better reviews on Yelp. I haven't been to any of those so I can't compare; however, after going to this location twice and ordering different things each time it leaves much to be desired. The steak quality is sub-par and everything is overpriced for what it is. I came in later on a Sunday evening. I waited more than five minutes to be greeted even though quite a few of the servers noticed me. They do weird things here. For instance, they will bring you one cup with ice, but then refill it by bringing you another glassful in a paper cup. I'm lost on the logic here. Does someone think ice or washing glasses costs more than throwing away multiple paper cups per customer? I watched a server also scoop peanuts off of a booth bench and put them back in the peanut bucket. Ummm..simply...gross. The food is forgettable and not worth mentioning. read more

The manager could have made things right by simply giving us a dessert. The thought of giving us a dessert wasn't an option from the manager. This Logans location does not have really any options for vegan/plant based dining which makes it difficult if you have to come here with Omni friends/family. The whole throw the peanut shells on the ground didn't do it for me. I rather have an area that is clean so I don't have to feel the peanut shells when sitting at my table/booth. Otherwise the food was excellent. For twenty dollars I got a delicious steak with Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. The gravy was on point. The Mac and cheese was also creamy and delicious. My steak was a little overcooked, but still pretty damn good. The dinner rolls they serve complimentary are amazingly fluffy and served at the perfect temperature. The dinner rolls are up there with some of the best rolls I've ever had. First steak we had was ordered rare and was delivered to table a little too done(medium). Second steak came out perfect and my boyfriend claims that it was so delicious. They comped the steak meal due to the initial mistake and made sure to check on us, including the manager, to make sure everything else was okay.
