I walked in right before closing, and they still welcomed me and served me without making me feel rushed. I ordered the lemon chicken bowl, and hats off to the chefs--it was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed after a long day. My server, David, was an absolute hoot! Great service, great personality, and the kind of bartender you actually want to sit and have a conversation with. If you stop by, do yourself a favor and grab a seat at his bar. Logan's Roadhouse is, if nothing else, consistent. No matter where you go, you're going to get a great meal for a decent price, and can we talk about those rolls for a second? Our most recent visit (October, 2022) saw the restaurant nearly back to normal crowds with staff hustling around to take care of customers and a line to get a table. Even with all that activity they managed to keep the place tidy on a Friday evening. Looking back, we've never had to wait to get a seat at this location. While I normally get a steak at Logan's I had a friend recommend their chicken strips so I thought I'd give that a shot and was pleasantly surprised! must be the beer batter, but MAN were they good! The cole slaw wasn't amazing, but the wasn't the focus of the meal. Our server (whose name I don't recall) was AWESOME. He wasn't a drive-by server who left your food and ran. He stopped a couple times for a quick conversation and to see if all was well. Servers who take a couple minutes, especially during a Friday dinner, are next-level. We've visited this location a number of times, (pre-Covid, during-Covid, and post(ish)-Covid) and never had a bad experience. I'm glad this location survived Covid (and the fire) because it's probably my favorite steakhouse in the area. I do miss the buckets of peanuts, though. read more

Logan's was the spot of choice for lunch with co-workers. It typically has plenty of tables and booths open for immediate seating. I ordered the Anything and Everything salad which came with a lot of great toppings and grilled chicken breast. It was a large salad and very filling. The rolls before dinner were also worth the calories. My co-workers also got salads and everyone was happy with their choice. Service was friendly and attentive. Logan's is a great choice of a restaurant. We eat there about 3 times a month. My husband always gets the salmon. Nine times out of 10 it's perfect. We took a risk and tried them on Saturday about 440p. My husband is handicapped and cannot sit in a booth. We were told we would have to wait for a table because of staff. That was fine. We were told they were seating customers on the right side, but we would have to wait to get a table Limited tables. Fine. Got the table about 5p. Moving along. The salmon came via a food runner. My potato skins NEVER showed up. I looked and looked for our waitress. When I would see her, she was with a table of eight. Hugging the kids, serving, etc. I could never get her attention. I asked others to get her or tell her my misfortune. We're good customers also. We tip 20-30% every time. But we don't usually get alcohol. Overlooked!!! Then she shows up. To ask my husband if he would like a box!!! It's the end of the meal. We point out my food never came. And NO, I don't want it now. And please take my cola off the bill as I had no food to eat with it! She looks unhappy and shocked. She got the manager. He wanted an explanation. He said sorry. I explained, if she would have just made one pass by our table, she would have seen this error. But she did not. No refill. Nothing. She NEVER CAME BACK. We have to finally flag down the manager to get our check. We leave cash on the table with a 10% tip which I thought was fair. We see nothing of her. My husband goes to the car. I go to the bathroom and come out to see the check and money gone. Pretty quick response on that one. Not happy. And yes, the salmon was way over cooked. This place is outdated, tables are sticky, bathrooms are filthy, silverware still had food remnants, and staff had trouble understanding a rare and medium cook on the steak. We get the rolls every time because they are soft, warm and just the right level of buttery. I've also gotten their everything salad and the chicken on it is so well done in the sense that it's always juicy and tender. We've also had burgers and mozzarella sticks that were also on point. We ordered and paid for our meal tonight from the Logan Roadhouse app. My husband picked it up at the Logan's Roadhouse Alliant Ave. in Louisville around 9:00. My husband got his billfold out to tip the cashier/waitress and then gave the code for the $10 discount to another worker. He started to leave and got to the main door, realized he left his billfold on the counter, turned around, and the billfold had disappeared. My husband did not see anyone one else in the area. The staff claimed they had not seen it. Hopefully whoever has it will return it. The credit cards have been turned off. We need your prayers that whoever took it will return it. We have tried to contact the restaurant through the link provided by John R, business manager twice. We have emailed. They have not gotten back. We will be going back through shortly and I am so sorry that I do not feel safe enough to order there again. I should probably delete the app. I so wish they would really care and provide follow up that would make me feel safe and that if an employee did steal the billfold, they had taken care of the situation. The 'steamed' broccoli was macerated mush and my country chicken must of come from a chicken found dead in the barnyard a day or two later. It was tough, gristly and impossible to cut (unless power tools are nearby and I did contemplate their use since my table and miter saw were left set up in the garage following Xmas projects). My wife's cookie-sized 6 oz sirloin was ordered medium well but turned out medium rare. The manager gave me a store credit and I returned home to a PBJ to fill the hunger void. I wish I could separate the rating. The food was great had a burger and wife had the French dip. After a long drive it was good to have a good meal. However... The customer service started great once someone finally got to the table to take our order. She started out getting everything and brought a refill way before I even asked, however the wife ordered a rum and coke and only got rum. Then when we got our bill we were charged for bacon on my wife's fries and she never got the bacon. The waitress insisted there was bacon under the cheese but there was no bacon. She took the bill and we said don't worry but she ran off with the bill. Needless to say we paid cash on the table with less tip then originally wanted to give and left before she came back. First, our server Mikel was great! We've been here a couple of times and it's a roadhouse so you know what you signed up for- peanuts on the floor and all. My son loves that mess making part of it sooo that's why we eat there in the first place. We Ordered an app- it didn't come- that's fine! Less calories, no charge. I Ordered a ribeye got a sirloin- again, fine. (Except I got charged for a ribeye which was a few dollars more). The temperature inside the restaurant was a bit chilly, but other that those two things the food was okay. If the server is good, I think it makes the experience better too!
