The staff was polite abut the reason I feel the need to give 2 stars is the amount of time we spent waiting for orders, the food to arrive, asked multiple times for bread and peanuts with it to not be delivered then almost 45 minutes for the main course to arrive. We stopped by last nite for dinner at the bar. We were promptly greeted by Tara (sp) who was friendly and made us feel at home. Beverages were cold and refreshing! Had some smoked wings which were good. The wings themselves were on the small side but portion was good. I found the 'moonshine' glaze a bit sweet and sticky. Every time we go to Tifton we end up at Logan's originally because it was conveniently across the street from our hotel. Now we go because it is so good. I am always amazed at how fresh the house salad is. You never find brown or wilted pieces, huge ribs used as filler, mushy tomatoes or cucumber. The Parmesan peppercorn dressing is perfect. I have had many things on the menu from Steak to chicken but tonight I decided to order the Chopped steak with mushroom and onion gravy. It really was outstanding and cooked perfectly; Crispy on the outside with the perfect amount of char, pink yumminess on the inside. The service is always friendly and attentive but ask for Shayla. We stopped at Logan's Roadhouse in Tifton on a Wednesday afternoon on the way to visit family in Albany. We were seated right away and our server was attentive and cheerful. We had dined at the Logan's at River City in Jacksonville and enjoyed the food there so we ordered the same thing. We were not disappointed. It is now the 'day after' eating a $26.99 porterhouse and I'm feeling sick. Worst steak I've had in many years. Very greasy and full of gristle. I would guess these meat cuts aren't even Choice cut steaks? I lowered my expectations going in here due to the 2.5 star(sad) rating. However, I figure they deserve a shot. Wow. I was wrong. A group of us and a $150 tab = very poor quality investment. Maybe go to Valdosta to eat a steak OR swing by Carroll's (in Ashburn) and cook your own. There, for $30, you can get a Select cut steak, as we do this often, and even if you over cook it or somehow manage to screw it up, you still have a better quality and better tasting steak than the Pedigree meat you would be eating at Logan's. Not long ago, we drove more than thirty minutes to eat at this location, printed out our coupon and everything and were all ready to eat. When we arrived, the hostess rudely informs us that "it will be at least thirty minutes before we can even seat you because we have a couple of parties." We were shocked, because no one else was waiting to be seated and at least TWO DOZEN empty tables were in the restaurant. The proper thing to do would have been to seat us and take our drink orders and let us look over a menu or something. To tell guests that you can't even seat them when there are many empty tables is asinine and in poor taste. Either they were just trying to get rid of us before we even could sit down or they were short staffed, and there's no excuse for that on a Saturday at 1:00pm, at a location just off an interstate. We wrote in about the way we were treated, both online and through the mail, but we never received a response to either, so obviously, management does not care. To begin, we waited until 10 minutes to be seated, which does not seem like much, however it was only about 10% full in there, so there was no excuse for the wait... Ordering took about 15 minutes, not terrible but not great especially, once again, considering the amount of customers in there. When we received our soups, 30 minutes later, they were luke warm, not even warm enough to melt the cheese on them. Then, when our meals did actually come, the fries were not even warm, so we sent those back and the ones they gave us were disgustingly stale... The salad I ordered also had a big piece of plastic in it, so I gave that back and asked for no more. We eventually talked to the manager, who had showed up at about 2:10 in the afternoon, and he kindly took some of the meals off the bill. Nice convenient place right off the interstate. The server was nice and attentive and I gave her a good tip even though the meal experience was rough. I've eaten at this Logan's twice before (once in 2014 and 2015) and remember it to be good, but this time was the pits. First the meal took longer than I expected. From sit down to plate on table about 45-55 minutes even though it wasn't busy (maybe half full?). I ordered the ribeye, and my wife ordered the salad with steak topping. Both were ordered medium. Hers was just shy of raw and mine was just shy of over done. I have to admit my still tasted good, but since my wife was way under done, I sent mine back too. BIG mistake. I told my wife that hers was coming back burnt and mine raw.... and it's going to be another hour. lol. Well, I was half right. Hers was over done and mine was again over done. She ate half of hers but mine was wierd. It came back FAST but tasted like crap. It looked like it was take straight from the freezer and put in a microwave (the waitress even made the comment about microwave as she left the table). It didn't look like any ribeye that I'd ever seen, all grey and thin, with way too much pepper. TOP 10 worst steaks ever. I literally told my wife if I'm sick tonight, I'm going to rage. The waitress offered another stake and the manager. I said I didn't want anything else as we had already spent over an 1 1/2 hours there, even though I only had a potato and 3 bites out of each steak. To top it off, it took forever for the manager to come by, and when she did it felt perfunctory. If I hadn't be in a good mode when I got there and at least a decent mode by this time, I would have made a scene. She took the meal off, but I really didn't get a meal so I don't think it was much compensation. Two stars because it's a nice place and a good waitress. read more

My wife and I were there last weekend and the customer device was abysmal! Aside from the hour long wait to receive my food, the restrooms were disgusting. When I politely asked for the manager someone by the name of Allison showed up and was very unpleasant. I simply wanted to let her know that our meals were cold and were not very edible as it appeared they have been sitting out in the kitchen to long. She did nothing to assure us this wouldn't be an issue going forward nor did she seem to care. This past Saturday was the second time I had tried this restaurant and been completely underwhelmed with the service. We ordered nachos for the appetizer, and got what looked liked homemade potato chips. The steaks and shrimp were not hot, but the baked potato and broccoli were. The rolls were delicious. I told the clerk at our hotel about our experience and he said they "don't send people there any more" even though it's right across the street. Awful. Noticed as we walked in 7 large uncleared tables but decided to try it anyhow. If they were overwhelmed by after church they never got it together. We were one of only 5 or 6 tables occupied. No manager visible during our entire experience. 4 people in our party, entrees came out at 4 different times over 15 minutes-one totally cold. Drinks left unfilled for most of the meal. I have been to this restaurant several times and your either going to get bad service or something is going to be wrong with your food. On this visit the food was the issue. The only reason we went here is because we were with other people. We ordered and appetizer for our meal and we were going to share it. First off for an appetizer it's was pricey at 20.00 but since we were going to share it we decided to get it. After we ordered we waited 35 mins to get an appetizer. There were 4 items on the plate and the only item that was hot were the fries. After talking to the manager she offered to cook us new items and said it would only take about 5 mins. If it only takes 5 min then why did it take 35 mins to get it the first time. Also it was suppose to come with watermelon which we never received. When we asked where it was the manager told us when she cut into it that it wasn't worth serving. My advice is to steer clear of this place. read more

Horrible service. Kid's grilled chicken was raw and server was no where to be found to fix the issue. Manager was never came out to dining room. So not only charged for raw chicken my child could not eat we were also overcharged for her drink which was supposed to be included in the child's meal price.
