Our server Kerrie was EXECELLENT TOP NOTCH. However, I noticed they didn't even have things for the servers to make their jobs easier, such as trays, 'hot hands', tray jacks, none of that. As a former f&b employee myself, I prefer to support businesses that treat their employees well. ​Logan's seems like one of those franchises where the owners have never actually done the jobs of every employee in their business. The food took over an hour to come out but Kerrie stayed on tip of it, brought dinner rolls out, and kept our drinks filled. I'm not complaining because I knew what type of place it was before I walked through the door but I would love to see more dairy-free and egg-free options for sides. I liked that it wasn't too loud in there and I could enjoy a conversation instead of loud music beating so kudos to them on the environment. It was also pretty clean. Extremely disappointed. The children's steak bites were 5 over cooked pieces of beef and they did not include the orange juice that was ordered. Spent extra to upgrade to okra which was also not included. The meatloaf was dry but at least the Cobb salad was okay. Currently sitting in the front waiting on my Togo order been here an hour already ...I had to actually come to restaurant to place an order after trying for 20 min. to place one on DoorDash and calling the restaurant only to be put on hold for 17 minutes before being hung up on...the host is an absolute duche and has no business talking to any customer EVER. He is rude, arrogant and petty. The rest of the staff at the front are just as bad, just petty BS back and forth, throwing receipts on the floor and storming off, blaming everything on anyone else, no accountability for their mistakes, just a cluster fuck all around. I have very little hope of ever receiving my order correctly within the next hour...I can say without a doubt this is the worst restaurant experience of my 37 years. There are people waiting to be seated that have been here over 2 hours! They are not that busy, to even justify the wait or the chaos. We are the road and stopped for lunch just as they opened. The waitress was friendly and the food was decent but after eating I used the restroom and immediately started feeling sick by the filth! It looked as though it had not been cleaned in at least a month. Then as I exited the area I began to look closer at the place and saw numerous tables not wiped down and dirt and dust everywhere while five employees stood around the host desk. Sent mine back,15 minutes later waitress apologized it wasn't even on the grill yet. 5 minutes later, manager brought and asked what was wrong. She did comp our meals except alcohol. Tiny! Tiny! Tiny! Tiny made our evening a success. She was friendly and sharp, knew the menu but didn't drive us crazy with suggestions when it was clear we knew what we wanted. She's an excellent ambassador for the chain. The Caesar salad had a bit too much dressing, and the grilled veggies could have stayed on the grill another minute or two. Better than it has been. We did go during lunch and the service was good but the food was just ok. The meatloaf was very over peppered as to cover the flavor. The chicken fried steak was not a good cut of meat and the breading made me think of deep fried fish. read more

Tables that were full of dirty dishes when we came were still full after we left, even though some workers seemed to just stand around talking. 3/3/18.. Was traveling with my daughter from Valdosta to Canton, Georgia on Saturday evening. After being in South Georgia all day we were tired and hungry so we decided to pull off the Interstate in Tifton to eat. When we entered, my daughter gave the hostess our name and we sat and waited to be called. There were 3 families ahead of us. As I waited, I noticed several tables and booths empty. It wasn't crowded so I wondered why we had to wait 20 minutes. They have a huge barrel of salted peanuts at the front door for those that were waiting to be seated. (Type of restaurant were you drop your shells on the ground.) There was also a small bucket of peanuts at each table. After we were seated, our waitress brought us Yeast rolls. They were delicious. We had to use a napkin to put our rolls on. Was not offered a plate. My daughter ordered a salad. It was a nice size salad. She also got the grilled Salmon with 2 sides. I ordered a medium rare steak with 2 sides. The food was really good. Waitress really nice. Conveniently located off Interstate 75. Overall, we had a really nice meal and enjoyed ourselves. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was the wait. Again, the restaurant was not crowded and it appeared to be fully staffed so.... In fact, I noticed 3 employee's at the front desk just chit chatting. I feel we could have been seated sooner. Would probably stop and eat there again. read more

I stopped at Logan Roadhouse in Tifton GA to have a nice steak, that was a big mistake, my wife and I ordered fillet mignon, and what I get a chuck steak tough you can't cut it with the knife, I gave them one star because I can't give them less than that, service was lousy too. read more

We came here because it was convenient to the place we were staying while visiting Tifton. We were seated by a hostess who mumbled something to us but I have no idea what she said. 15 minutes later our waitress came. Since we were waiting so long we placed our appetizer order and our dinner order at the same time . About 10 minutes later we received 2 very hot yeast rolls, which were good but difficult to butter since we had no utensils yet. That was also the last hot item we received. The cold appetizer and our cold dinner plates were served at the same time, minus the salad I ordered. Stupid us for ordering them together and assuming the server would know to serve the appetizer first. All of our food was room temperature and when we mentioned this to the server, she had no response. I asked for my salad which was cold but the dressing was awful. All in all a terrible meal and a terrible experience. The one Star is for the yeast roll. We'll never come here again. read more

We have lived in the Tifton area for a bit over five years and have been to this Logan's about five times. Each and every time we have had terrible service with long waits only to have our order arrive improperly cooked, cold or both. Have spoken with management on several occasions always with a promise of better service "next time". Each time we give them another chance it's the same old story. I firmly believe that they are only still open because of highway customers that don't know what to expect. Save yourself time, money and frustration and eat ANYWHERE else in Tifton! read more

Well I would have given it a zero stars if I could have. Traveling to Northern Georgia and was excited to stop and have a nice steak! Pulled in and stood at the front for a good few minutes... There was about maybe six people in the whole establishment! I went to the restroom my husband waited to be seated... I spent quite a long time in the restroom because there were people in line ahead of me by the time I got back out my husband was still standing there and he told me that the hostess told him I was going to be at least 15 more minutes because everybody was on break... This was their normal time for their brakes so we would have to wait until somebody could seat us and wait on us... I have never in all of my 56 years of life heard anything so ridiculous! You are going to send your customers to wait until you finish your break?? Seriously in the middle of Covid season aren't you desperate enough for business? I will never ever ever ever ever step foot in this establishment again! By the way we asked how to get to the longhorn steakhouse and they gave us directions! Super slow service, I think we waited almost an hour for our food which when it finally came was missing a side and potato toppings. The server was friendly and polite but I think she had a lot of customers on the other side of the restaurant because she would be gone for a while each time. The food was brought out by someone else after a very long wait. The food was tasty but a side was missing as well as the toppings for my mom's potato. The service is great here, but this is the second time I've been here where they have been out of something. I travel through Tifton and sometimes spend the night. The first time, they were out of filets. This time, they were out of any white wine. Tonight, I did get a filet, but it had absolutely no flavor. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! My daughters and I surprised my dad and drove 3 hours for his 73rd birthday. He was super excited. My step mom somehow convinced my dad not to to eat anything after church since she knew we were planning to take him out for his birthday. Long story short, we waited to chose a restaurant once we got off of the exit since we were not familiar with the Tifton area. . My dad chose a restaurant because he was bargain hunting. However, after talking my dad out of his restaurant of choice, we saw, Logan's and decided that was the place for us. None one in my party was completely familiar with the menu, but we liked what we saw on the inside of menu book. So we went for it, despite being able to count only a few cars in the parking lot. Big mistake! The restaurant was calm with many empty tables. Not crowded at all. Hmmm..perhaps a sign?After we were seated, our server, CODY, "seemed" like a great guy. The first thing I secretly whispered to him was the fact that it was my dad's birthday, and I wanted to request a, "happy birthday" announcement. He said, "I got you, I can definitely do that, no problem." My step mom wanted to order wings, my daughter asked for salmon and my dad wanted the ribs. They were out of all of those foods as well as two other things and would not get a truck in until Monday. He said they ran out on Saturday. :( I really should have known to leave then. My daughter ate two spoons of her chili and couldn't eat any more, My other daughter NEVER got her side of broccoli. My dad's LOADED baked potato (I swear) had 3 shreds of cheese, a thimble full of sour cream and no more than a half teaspoon of bacon, but he never complained. Humble overload at its best. I'm guessing they were trying to ration the portions to get through the day? Idk. He said his rice tasted like hard water (no taste, AT ALL) and his cardboard/lobster was so dry that he barely touched it. When I asked him about it later, he said he only packed the rest to go because he didn't want to offend any one. He never touched his shrimp. He said after trying everything else, he was afraid of what his palette would run into. :( I wish he would have told me at the time. I didn't eat the bread (I'm vegan), but everyone said they liked the bread. I ordered a 2nd basket since the first went so quickly. It was sent to another table by mistake. My vegetable skewer which had been recommended by CODY, was simply inedible. Mine was burned beyond recognition and my dad's looked like it had never been cooked. Absolutely gross! I had to ask for a straw from our waiter four times before I got it right before receiving the tab...my daughter never got her plastic utensils that she requested. She ended up eating her mashed potatoes by scooping it up with her chicken tenders. CODY just couldn't remember any thing! From what I could see, he only had 2 small tables to manage. Our food never came out together or remotely close together. I'm sure CODY forgot that we were all in the same party. In the end, after we paid our bill, I reminded CODY about my dad's birthday announcement, but he said he couldn't do it because no one wanted to do it with him. I was extremely disappointed and felt completely let down. Wow! How could that happen on such a special day? I later learned from YouTube that only one person (your server) is needed to do it. My heart ached with disgust! I'm so sorry I ever tipped him for his, horrible, completely terrible service. Why would he choose to do that? We sat and smiled through all of his mistakes, only to be lied to in the end. I hope the regular cook was out for the day, because whoever replaced him needs to go on a permanent vacation and take CODY with him! After we left Logan's, I drove to the restaurant that my dad initially chose, and bought a gift certificate for he and his wife to eat there at a later date because I felt so bad. I should have just kept my big mouth shut after my dad chose his restaurant of choice. Horrible experience! The only reason I give this a 2 star is because of my server. Kitchen staff needs to be fired and replaced with competence!! I ordered the 2 for 15.99, a steak and the salmon. Food runner brings my food out and my server notices it's wrong and sends it back. 20 minutes later my steak is served. I ordered mid rare, it has a Medium pick but is completely well done. I sent it back. After waiting 53 minutes according to my receipt I finally received my 3rd mid rare steak. I sat at the bar and 3 other guest received complete wrong food.. a sirloin was sent out as a ribeye. (Hmmmm...big difference in cuts!!) Chicken was sent out as shrimp, and another sirloin received mushrooms that he didn't order. My salmon was bagged for me. When I got to my hotel I pulled my salmon out to put in the fridge and was shocked (and quite mad) about my meal. I will include a picture. There was only a small amount of rice, 2 small pieces of broccoli and a small piece of salmon, all packaged in a small take out container. Obviously if you can fit an ENTIRE meal in a small to go container, you're screwing your guest out of what they paid for!! I will be calling the location back and getting a refund. read more

But I did watch the bartender take an order from a four top and then come back to the bar and catch up -- he cleared, refilled drinks, made drinks for the waitresses, etc. etc. etc. -- and then finally inputted his table's order. Rule of thumb I learned in the service industry: When the table places their order, best put it in so the kitchen can get moving. The atmosphere in this Logan's was pretty low key/quiet, for 6:30 on a week night, I thought it might be a little busier? Right off Interstate 75 and located near several hotels within walking distance. I was welcomed by the hostess as I entered, and I was given a friendly greeting by my waitress. I selected a small table in the lounge and ordered a large draft while looking over the menu. Being a Thursday night before the Labor Day weekend, there were several college football games on. As well as a NFL pre-season game on the NFL Network. A plus! I ordered the sixteen ounce ribeye steak along with baked potato (Topped with butter and sour cream, of course!), and a salad topped with ranch dressing. With a large Sam Adams Oktoberfest draft (22 ounces) my bill came to $25.74. A server brought my steak out and asked if I would like to cut it first and make sure it was cooked to my liking. I told her that it would not be necessary, and the steak was cooked to my liking. Medium with some red on the inside. The lounge has a great selection of bottled beer, and a good selection of draft is available. As well as a full liquor bar. And the small bucket of roasted peanuts are available on every table! Although some people may be turned off by the idea of eating at a restaurant where the floor is covered with peanut shells, this Logan's Roadhouse was kept very clean and well taken care of. If you happen to be traveling on Interstate 75 and are staying in Tifton for the night, this is a great place to go after a long day on the road. Come on in, take a load off your feet, have a drink, and enjoy a great meal. And judging by the number of regular customers from the area, this Logan's Roadhouse must be doing something right.
