Went in just to transfer $600 from my checking to my money market account. Employee helping me moved the money into the wrong account I had an old savings account that he moved the money into instead. This account pays less interest. Had to walk back in after looking at my receipt and talk to the assistant manager to correct the transaction. This is a bank why do employees make these kinds of mistakes? Assistant manager wanted me to close out my saving account so that this doesn't happen again. Premier doesn't offer competitive interest rates anymore and with mistakes like this why should I continue to bank here. Disclaimer I've had problems with Premier in the past as well, employees holding onto my ID for an excessive amounts of time while chit chatting (different location) and upselling me on an account that I was told pays more interest than what I currently had so I moved my entire savings into it only to find out later I was then getting no interest because it was $20k minimum for interest to apply. I think it's time to find a new credit union :( read more

How do you update your system, require a member number to access your account, only way to access the number is to log in or talk to a rep & I have been on hold almost an hour to get this number. you should NOT lock people out of their account without providing them the info they need to get back in. Dealt with Damian Carrillo for a large cash withdrawal. Many other branches gave me an excessive turn around time while he was able to deliver in a matter of days. I recently decided to fix an ongoing problem with my log in credentials. I contacted customer service and a woman named CARLY helped me. Through a series of phone calls with me she found out the problem, found a wqay to solve it and effectively communicated to my very old self. She stayed on the line while I tested to fix- which worked. The manager at this location is so rude and condecending, I have to deal with him now at the other location they have in Simi. I can't escape this guy, he NEVER greets anyone is always rude and stares everytime I come in to make a deposit for our school pta account. I'm honestly sick of this guy, he even stands over the tellers as they do their job and stares and watches over them for no reason. Doesn't say a word and just glares. Amazing they charge you $5 for losing your debit card if you want to get it at a physical location or it takes 5-7 days in the mail. Thought credit unions would be a bit more lenient since it is there because of its customers. read more

Rude Disparaging tellers and the manager supports there lack of customer service skills and in fact said that he could care less about your money or account, they should all just go on unemployment. My wife and I purchased a used car and the financing was done through Premier America at the dealership. We have another car and I decided to call them and see if I could get a better rate on that loan. I spoke to Patrick Brown in the Tapo Canyon branch and he was able to give me a significantly lower rate. In addition, he made the process very easy and turned the whole transaction around in a couple of days. He is a true professional and I can't recommend him highly enough. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with poor customer service at this branch. I withdrew cash from the ATM and needed to exchange one of the $20 bills for a ten and 2 fives. I went inside to ask to do this and was told that if I did not have an account with this credit union, that it was against policy for them to make change for me. I explained that I am a member of an affiliated credit union that is located in the San Fernando Valley and that I regularly use this credit union to do my banking as it is local for me. The two tellers, who had no other customers to attend to at this time, both said that it was still against policy to do this without an account number to attach to the transaction. I have dealt with other banks that have been able to make change for me without needing to have an account with them to do so. I thought a banks dealt with money...guess not! So much for local community service!!! read more
