Absolutely loved this piece! Dean did amazing with customization and always asked for my opinion, very aware of what I wanted‍ She's the sweetest person ever and I would 100% recommend. The other tattoo artists in there are always very welcoming and sweet. Love the atmosphere in there it always smells amazing too. I will definitely be coming back for more pieces and recommend family/friends.

I have a torn ACL & needed to have surgery ~ but naturally, I had to get a pedicure so my feet are nice and pretty for my surgery date Lindelle made everything extremely comfortable for me and made sure my leg position was always taken into consideration! Love, love Lindelle! I attempted last year to book her but since it was my first tattoo, I thought I had to care for it in a way that would prevent me from enjoying the rest of my visit so I cancelled my appointment. Had I known... What I know now, I would've had it done then! I sent Lindelle my drawing as a sample of what I wanted. But since she's the expert, I left it up to her (afterall, this is permanent ). She took great care to explain the process and the safety of her work. And being a newbie, I thought it was very kind of her to ask how I was doing while she worked. I was expecting pain but I only felt an annoying sting (which when she started) one time throughout the process. And next thing I knew, she was done! Then I expected it to be red, puffy and painful afterwards but here we are on day 2 and no puffiness or redness or pain for that matter. I loved my first experience and more so, my tattoo! Everything about her, her work, and her room had the Aloha spirit. I'll definitely go back to her for her other services.

I found Lokahi Studios on Yelp and looked it up on Instagram. I really liked the work I seen and the reviews also the location wasn't too far from the strip as I was only in town visiting. I messaged Lindelle on a Saturday and bless her heart she was able to see me the following Wednesday before I left. It's very clean and inviting here. Due to covid I wasn't allowed anyone with me, which had me a little nervous. But Lindelle is a very sweet and kind person and any reservations I had went away. I literally could've fallen asleep getting my tattoo. She checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout the process as my last tattoo was ages ago. Thank you so much for my tattoo I love it! It is everything I wanted and more. I'll be able to look at my arm and be reminded of my daughter's love for me on my most difficult days.

It's always a good idea to choose an expert who is also an artist at their craft. Lindelle is both. I tried I like extensions for the 1st time 3 months ago and I've been going back every 3 to 4 weeks for fills. I absolutely love the results she's really dialed it in for me to get the perfect balance between glamous yet still natural. I highly recommend adding on eyebrow service when you go to get your lashes dominant and you will feel absolute a picture perfect. I've used Lindelle for skin care and facial services. She also is highly experienced at perminant make up and tattoos. Ask to see her portfolio of body paint and make up artist work, too. Truly beautiful work from a truly beautiful human being. I also love how easy she makes it to schedule service. Fully automated. Easy peasy.

Did a lot of research for a coverup I wanted to do. I found Mikie on instagram. I fell in love with his work and knew he was the one right away to do the tattoo I wanted. On the day of my appointment, him and his wife Jaz very welcoming and super chill. Mikie was able to translate what I envisioned to be my tattoo. He always made sure we had breaks in between and that I got a chance to look at the progress of the tattoo. The end result came out absolutely amazing! I had the most amazing experience with Tati as my tattoo artist. From the moment I walked in, she created such a safe, welcoming space that instantly put me at ease, especially since this was my first tattoo. She brought the history of my ancestors to life on my body in such a meaningful and beautiful way, and I couldn't be more grateful. There truly aren't enough words to express my gratitude for her work and her art. Her energy is full of aloha, and by the end of the session I was honestly overwhelmed with happiness. Not only is she incredibly talented, but she makes the entire experience so personal and intentional. You can truly feel the care she puts into her work and her clients. It's been roughly 3yrs since I had my nail's and a pedicure done. All I can say is that "Sandra" did an Awesome job on my (full set) nail's. She made me feel like a girl again. Lol! Long story short "Sandra" was very professional about her work and just made me feel very comfortable from beginning to end. Also with me being diabetic my feet is very sensitive. But "Sandra" was patient and took her time with me and understood. Thank you "Sandra" for taking care of me. Also when it comes to tattooing "Lindelle" is your go to person. She definitely expresses her passion when it comes to telling your story on your body. Lindelle is a Goddess! Years ago I had my eyebrows tattooed because my mom let me inherit her clear to zero eyebrows lol. Thanks mom! Anyway I went to a crappy lady at another place and got the trendy ones and they disappeared within two weeks and I wasted 400$? Later.... I decided to come here and thank goodness I did!!! Been here twice to get piercings and she has always made the experience so pleasant and comfortable. She is very thorough on what to expect, and ensures the cleanliness and safety of her clients first. I went to Lindelle for my eyelash refills . I was referred by my eyelash lady back home in the bay. My initial appointment was for a 2 week refill however with the Vegas weather my lashes were more like a 3 week refill. From the get go, Lindelle was very quick at responding to my message and I was able to get an appointment pretty quick. She was very nice over text but more so when I finally met her in person. She has a very welcoming and humble demeanor about her and she is so very sweet and very understanding to my needs. I've had experiences in the past where a person claims to know how to do lashes and in the end they just ruin them. I'm so glad I was able to get an appoint with Lindelle while I am in Vegas . I now have a go to person when I am in town and the best part is she's located just about 5 min away. Her prices are pretty comparable and reasonable to lash extension prices . (I forgot to use my 20% Yelp) maybe next time I was there for about 1.5 hour for my refill only because my eyes were watery and a little twitchy which made the appointment longer . Lindelle did an amazing job and I love how my lashes turned out. I would highly recommend her! She's very artsy too !! Look at her page and you will see the amazing tattoo, art, makeup, lashes , permanent makeup , etc.. that she does. You will not be disappointed . I look forward to doing more business with her ! I'm thinking maybe a tattoo or permanent lip next time, but definitely I will be back for my lashes when ever I am in town . Highly recommend !! read more

My first long review...with that said, I was Immediately impressed when I came across her work on FB so After some research I contacted her. I was very pleased with her professionalism as she's quick to reply with any questions or concerns plus prices are VERY reasonable considering her Extraordinary talents. My 4 hour session was like a mini vacation between her aloha spirit and the island music playing in the background (which she occasionally hums or sings while concentrating hard on the work at hand lol) You can tell she loves what she does. Words cannot express how I feel about my Free Hand Custom Polynesian Tattoo (scar cover-up). Lindelle Kamanu captured what I wanted (I have Polynesian roots) and it exceeded my expectations!! Also, If you have any questions about after care she has some great Products that I highly recommend. I have received several compliments on my tat and has inspired others to ask about this amazing individual and not just about her tats but her artwork and other skill sets as well. I will be back for a behind the ear tat soon plus additional work on my upper left arm (when I get another "me" day . After having breast cancer and a double mastectomy I wanted breast tattoos that would make me feel pretty again. First of all, my initial consultation with Lindelle totally put me at ease. Her salon is very pretty and Lindelle listened to what I wanted and was very knowledgeable. The tattoo process took about 5 1/2 hours but Lindelle took great care to make sure I was comfortable and in as little pain as possible. I found Lindelle off facebook promoting her tattoo specials. I messaged her back and forth with my idea and the name i wanted. Also at my husband had a current piece he wanted to get finished. Sent pics of that for her as well. I booked for today Dec, 8 and took my husband for a consult. We arrived and she was so welcoming and warm. Being from Hawaii we were able to talk about our homes and culture. Lindelle had shown me 2 ideas that she had drawn up. One was the plain infinity symbol with his name which is what i had envisioned. The second she drew up she had incorporated some of his tattoo in it! I was floored! So amazing! As we sat there she had fixed the second piece to incorporate more of his tattoo into this one and why she was choosing those pieces! Lindelle knows what shes doing and i was comfortable the entire time! This is a passion for her and it truly shows. I went to see Lindelle at Lokahi for permanent makeup on my eyebrows and eyeliner, which I was so pleasantly satisfied. She is not only super professional and meticulous for absolute perfection but she has an amazing personality. First impression when I walked in was that this is a classy and clean studio. They take pride in their shop. It doesn't look like any tattoo shop I've seen before. It looks more like an art studio and spa combined. Lindelle was great at taking my idea and coming up with a solid design. Went to Lindelle for a New Eyebrow Tattoo. She is Amazing how she measure ever area so your tattoo comes out perfect . I get compliments all the time on the shape of my eyebrows being perfect for my face and the color shade is exactly the shade I wanted it to be . She is gentle and will stop to add more numbing cream if needed . But it tickles more than anything. She has a sweet personality and a winning smile that makes you feel comfortable. Established in 2008.

Lokahi Studios is owned by Lindelle Kamanu. She has a passion for bringing only the very best to her clients. Lindelle is very much involved in the Polynesian community in Las Vegas. Her background is in Polynesian Entertainment-Dance Teacher, Performer, and Musician, Lindelle's goal is to enrich the lives of others through art, music, services, and teachings. Lindelle has over 12 years experience in the Salon, Spa, and Beauty Industry. Lindelle has experience as a Esthetics Instructor for Aveda Institute, and Airbrush & Body Paint Instructor at L Makeup Institute. She has worked as a self-contracted massage therapist in many major and high end hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. She has also worked as a massage therapist and makeup artist for Bellagio Salon and Spa, and has managed 2 salon and spas in Las Vegas as well as Directing another. Lindelle has worked all over the Las Vegas valley as a professional tattoo artist and body piercer.

Healoha Kamanu was born and raised in Hawaii in a eclectic family of various performing artists and entertainers. At an early age she was introduced to a world of performing arts, costume making, Polynesian cultural art, and stage makeup. At 18 years old Lindelle worked at a Salon and Spa as a receptionist and placed her foot in the door to the world of beauty and skincare. Healoha graduated at the top of her class from the Aveda Institute of Las Vegas for Esthetics and went on to become a Esthetician and quickly advanced herself within a years time to lead makeup artist, and eventually spa director. Lindelle went on to manage 1 med-spa and another high end salon & spa before being recruited back to the very school that she once attended. Lindelle became a Esthetics Instructor at Aveda institute. Lindelle opened up her very own Spa/ Beauty/ and Artistic Entertainment Company in 2009.

I have mixed feelings and some disappointments from this experience especially two people…read morerecommended this place for me which made me have very high expectations. 1. Consultation process: I was very nervous since I am Asian and my eyes have folds which make the shape of liner extremely critical, if too long, my eyes would look droopy, if not thick enough, no one can tell I have eye liners on. One time I walked in and asked about consultation, see if they can draw the liners during consultation to make sure we are on the same page and to ease my nervousness since this is a permanent thing! But it was denied. Then I called to schedule a consultation, and when I showed up on the day of consultation, I was told my appointment was not on the system. WHAT?!?!? But I was quickly greeted and was told that my concerns are heard and understood. So I thought it should be good even though I can't see the liners drawn before they get tattooed..... 2. First session: I choose some photos from MM Brows' site as reference and explained the thickness of the liner that I need. And the adjustments I need. From the communication, it seemed that my requests are understood. During the process, very little numbing solution was applied, I had to bite my tongue and resist the pain a lot. At the end my eyes were swollen which are to be expected. When the session is done, I was offered to use the makeup closeup mirror to check the results, they appeared ok except days later after the swelling is gone, the lines can barely be seen. NO ONE KNEW that I had liners tattooed. I guess the swelling and the blowup mirror created the false impression that the artist gave me the liner thickness I asked for. 3. Follow up session: I again made the emphasis about the shape and liner thickness I requested due to the shape of my eyelids. I told her that since I have to go through this pain to get tattooed and naturally I want the results that meet my original requests. During the process, again, very little numbing solution was applied and my eyes were in severe pain. I had to request additional numbing cream in order to continue the process. I also drew the shape and thickness of the liners I want using phone app to demonstrated what I expect to receive. Unfortunately, the end results are not what I requested. 4. Positive notes: The work is very detailed despite the fact that it's not the shape or thickness I requested ... and the lady has good sense of humor
