I've been wanting to come in myself for a few years now to get work done by Johnny "two thirds" (shop owner) He can do anything really, but specializes and enjoys doing Japanese and American traditional. I've always been a fan of his work, and finally coordinated a time that worked for the both of us to get my first tattoo from him. I came in to get a an old tattoo covered up. Because of its size and saturation, it was going to be quite challenging for any artist... But, Johnny helped me and came up with a great design that came out amazing! I should've wrote this review years ago but I forgot. I was looking for a place for a new tattoo, saw this one in the reviews, and remember what a terrible experience we had. We walked into this place a few years back to get my fiancé's ears pierced. Should be simple enough right? It was a nightmare. They use traditional needle stab instead of the gun, which is fine but not preferred. We paid more here for this service than we would've elsewhere, which is also fine. What's not fine is the attitude we got after the piercing was over. They will not provide you with any after care cleaning solution, they will tell you to go out and buy your own. On top of that, they use cheap metal and that cheap metal caused my fiancé's ears to get infected and she had a swollen lump about the size of a peanut m&m on her ear lobe. The only way we could rectify it was by removing the piercing all together and let it heal. My fiancé never wanted to get her ear pierced again after that experience. I can only imagine how furious I'd be if they did this to my young daughter. When I called them after the fact, they didn't care at all. The customer service was trash and so was the piercing and support that was provided after. Won't step foot in here ever again. You can get a better ear piercing at Claire's or Wal-Mart from the employees who make minimum wage. read more

I started getting my first tattoo by them in 2017 and continued going for many years for three other tattoos and looking back now I shouldn't have gone back. These tattoos I got were not what I was looking for and do not look like my reference photos I showed my artist. My artist was also very heavy handed and ended up scaring my skin. The thick black lines are raised and feel bumpy because they pressed so hard into my skin. I am disappointed that I now have multiple bad tattoos and am contemplating getting them removed. However, the customer service is nice, the prices are reasonable, and the staff make it easy to feel comfortable if you are nervous. read more

First thing, I got my nipple pierced at the salon and the piercer PIERCED THE CENTER OF MY NIPPLE TO THE SIDE instead of MY WHOLE NIPPLE which was red flag #1. Second, I scheduled a tattoo with Chris Bowman for two days after my piercing appointment to get a birthday tattoo. Chris made me feel confident in him and his work but I was deeply disappointed with my tattoo. The line work is not anything close to professional, with missing spots and clear spots where he messed up for the small price of $200.
