The last couple times I've been hitting the road at 3:30 a.m. to avoid DC and getting to Harrisonburg by 6:15. The Panera doesn't open till 7:00 a.m. here but then I spotted this place and noticed it was open and decided to take my break here. I put the pork and the brisket in a cast iron skillet with a pan as a lid and heated it in the oven for 30 minutes at 325 degrees (always check your internal meat temperatures, of course).
