    Chicken mole and tortilla

After returning from Angels island, wanted to eat at a place nearby, this place popped up and had good reviews so we decided to try it. Started with chips and salsa. I got the Lola's mole with fresh made corn tortillas. My friend got the carnitas burrito. They were both decent sized portions and had great flavor. Loved the fresh made corn tortillas and salsa as well. The only downside is that a lot of the outside tables were rocky or uneven and a lot of the chairs were dirty but the inside is clean and so were the bathrooms

Tiny little place but tasty food. We had a quick stop here. Many vegetarian and vegan options are available here. Service was quick.

My new favorite burrito spot! For a very specific burrito - their veggie burrito. It's very basic and simple: it has just white rice, black beans, and cheese, but I personally find it very tasty. It comes in two sizes; I get the small for $6. It's just the right portion for someone like me who doesn't have a big appetite. I also have had their mango agua fresca - pretty good. The outdoor patio is very cute. The taqueria is the cleanest and the service the friendliest when the young man is working there. One time I had an older woman help me, who was so evidently impatient with me when I went back and forth on my order decision. It almost made me not want to come back. I decided to give it another go, and that's when I encountered the nicer worker. Looking at my food pictures from here, I'm ready to make a return visit!

    Excited to eat!

Vegan enchiladas were simple but really delicious!!! My friend enjoyed his tamales very much. Just wish they gave free chips to go with it. Would return!!

This place is SO GOOD. Great quality food and affordable. Stopped by here 4th of July morning to try their pupusas and breakfast burrito. They really knocked it outta the park with both dishes. The salsa they provide is also soooo damn good - I ended up buying two bottle to take home with me lol. Food selection in this area, particularly for something on the more affordable end, is limited. But thankfully Lola's is a great option that is yummy and won't break the bank. Give it a go!

Love Lola's!! Great food & service. Owner is there and welcomes you into her restaurant. Love the outside tables under the umbrellas. The cheerful music and family working in the kitchen make for a personalized experience. You are welcomed into a small home kitchen as if we were in Mexico. Came for dinner and had Chicken Mole and also the Fish with Vegetables. Breakfast was chilequiles and also eggs. Tortillas are hand made. Parking is better during the week than the weekend. There is a parking lot nearby but I believe you pay to park.

This popular restaurant is probably the only Mexican place in the area and the food was delicious. The restaurant is small so be prepared to do takeout and enjoy your burrito in the park, overlooking the bay.

The location is awsome, right on the water in Tiburon, and the vibe is cozy without feeling cramped. Seating is a little tight, but honestly it kinda adds to the charm. On a clear day you get amazing views of Angel Island and SF, hard to beat while having lunch or a drink. Food was solid. Kitchen does a decent job, although they seem to miss order details every now and then. I ordered a medium rare burger and it came out well done. Before I even had a chance to make a big deal about it, our server noticed and brought a replacement burger out pretty quick. That was super thoughtful and showed they actually care about the customer experiance. Not perfect, but good food, great views, and staff that are willing to make things right. I'd definitly come back.

In Tiburon, where street parking doesn't exist, this alone deserves a star. The valet crew was friendly and even recommended dishes. We had a reservation but still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. It's Valentine's Day, so I get it, though it did cost us the sunset we'd timed our reservation around. We didn't get our requested window seat either, but to be fair, you can see the water from pretty much anywhere in the restaurant, and the views are genuinely beautiful. We grabbed drinks at the bar while we waited. Bartender was quick and personable even in the rush. The Mad Men Old Fashioned and Bay Side Bellini were both perfectly fine. Food was good, not great. The jumbo shrimp appetizer was the standout: fresh, big, well prepared. The crumble cheesecake was solid too. The Kurobuta Tomahawk pork chop was a bit dry and could have used a sauce to go along with it. My Chicken Milanese had nice texture but leaned a little heavy on the vinaigrette. Mashed potatoes on both plates were good. Prices are above average but not unreasonable for waterfront dining. Staff was friendly and professional (tuxedos and everything), and the food came out faster than I expected for how busy it was. The waiter seemed a touch stretched thin, but that's a Valentine's Day problem, not a service problem. Jazz music, big windows, candlelit waterfront vibes: the ambiance delivers. One note: the restroom could use some attention. It was not in great shape when we visited.

You would think this establishment that has been around for decades should have it down to a science especially with the first impression, wrong! We came here to celebrate our milestone Anniversary and we were hoping to be "wowed" since it was our first time. We ordered the Grilled Ribeye Steak, Kurobata Tomahawk Pork Chop and Olive Oil Crispy Roasted Vegetables and Potatoes. We'll start with the Ribeye...was it even a Ribeye? It had no marbling and was not a thick cut, not even tender and had very little flavor. Kurobata Tomahawk Pork Chop...although great in presentation, and somewhat flavorful, it was mostly dry and overcooked. Don't bother with the side of the Olive Oil Crispy Roasted Vegetables and Potatoes, they were terrible and far from crispy, more like limp vegetables from the end of the day that needed to be discarded. Since it was our milestone Anniversary and there was a mention of it on the reservation, there was zero acknowledgement of it when it came time for dessert. That was a bit disappointing when it came to attention to detail. The positive in my review was that the service was satisfactory and from where we were seated the views of San Francisco Bay were spectacular! I know this is a harsh review but it's important to know for the price point, it does not live up to the quality you would expect!
