We came here for lunch and the service was swift and food soooo delicious! I ordered some tacos and tortilla soup which was way more filling than I expected. It was so flavorful and one of the best tacos I've ever had outside of Mexico of course. They gave a free appetizer of some cucumbers which was nice, and their water came in a tequila bottle which was so cool! The bathroom was very tiny and I had a hard time figuring out the sink. I would be back if I ever came to Sausalito again. It is also right next to the bus stop that takes you to San Francisco which was so convenient for us.

Food was authentic Mexican cuisine. Waiter was very helpful with any questions we had. Location and atmosphere was awesome.

We stopped here on our trip to Sausalito and the food was good. It was a busy day but the service was great. The food wasn't that memorable but it was good! The horchata was very good.

Flavorful quesabirria and enchiladas. Hoped the carne asada tacos would come with onion or cilantro but it didn't. Spring harvest was a great vegan option and glad they had a couple options. Service was great and ambiance was cute as well, the tiling above the oven is really cute

We love this place. The chicken mole enchiladas are fantastic. Chicken tortilla soup is delicious. Margaritas are amazing. Service is friendly and you can dine inside or on the charming patio.

We were in Sausalito to celebrate our honeymoon. Decided to eat dinner here for one of the nights. My husband called ahead of time to make special arrangements and once seated they never acknowledged what we were celebrating... even though he called. It was a lame experience. I honestly wish we came here for lunch instead of dinner. I think that's what this place gives.. a nice lunch vibe. It lacked that special feeling we both expected and since then we always talk about how we should've just went elsewhere that night. Food wise... my husband's dish was good he got a wood roasted chicken. But my lamb birria tacos were not. They were really salty. Loved Sausalito & everything else, this was the one damper part of our honeymoon. Don't think I'll come back or recommend this restaurant :(

Great spot for authentic Mexican food and friendly service. Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a while. Fresh, tasty, and satisfying.

Big fan of the quesabirria - the meat is very flavorful and cheese is so melty. Plus it is very filling! It came out quickly too. The service was friendly and we sat outside, but table felt a little small. Would recommend!

Omggg these mole enchiladas were incredibly good some of the best I've ever had! Service was very good and quick especially for a busy summer evening we were able to get seated and have food within ten minutes very impressive. The mole sauce I can't say enough about it was absolutely delicious perfect level of spice and flavor. Staff were very friendly and prices not too bad. So glad we visited!

Happy hour makes me muy feliz Situated on bustling Bridgeway on Sausalito's main drag, Copita's happy hour is lit! The drink specials are great and the empanadas and wings are delicious. The servers went out of their way to accommodate my knee scooter and seat me on the patio in a place where I could elevate my post surgical foot.

Eves revenge

Recomended by Patrick from Dylan's Tours, I had a delicious and epically fresh taco lunch. I had ordered an Eve's Revenge, but got a delicious smoked old fashioned, garnished with an apple. The rimming salt was to die for. The hand made tortillas and the steak were amazing. I loved every bite. The next time Im in Sausilito, I'll be back for sure!

We thought we came for "happy hour" as advertised in detail in a number of places...marin dish, restaurants.com, etc. Lackluster bartender just shrugged his shoulders & indicated he knew nothing about it. We showed the actual online adverts to a seeming manager type who similarly was completely disinterested & just said "maybe it's another copita" (no, it's not). Combination of a bit of false (or maybe no longer current?) advertising that nobody seems interested in correcting and staff that has zero customer service skills. We won't be back.

Amazing home made food! Just WOW! Beautiful interior with great Mexican music in the background.

It was a slow day, and the food didn't seem all that complicated, so I accepted. Even with no staff, John cooked me a burger, gave me some chips, and handed it off to me. The couch was soft and pillows were plush. I was initially on the fence about accepting a free meal, but I am glad now that I was welcomed into such a vibrant atmosphere. The hospitality is a big plus. The crowds can get big in the evening, so I suggest making reservations ahead of time. The view of the Golden Gate Bridge is the big highlight as well as looking at the king fishers and blue herons. I wish they would add some aquariums. Would be a nice touch.

When we entered the restaurant we were warmly greeted. We studies the menu you on the wall before ordering. You order at the counter and then they give you a number to put on your table. When your food is ready, hey deliver it to your table. Both my husband and I ordered the 1/2 rotisserie chicken plate. You have a choice of a salsa verde or romanesco sauce to go with your chicken or pay an extra $1 for both sauces. I chose the both sauces and my husband chose the salsa verde. We also ordered a cup of the cream of asparagus soup, a side of cabbage and kale slaw and a straus creamery chocolate milkshake. The inside is spacious and has a lot of communal seating as well as smaller tables. They have seating on the deck by the water as well. We picked a table and enjoyed our view of the ocean while we waited for our food. Our food arrived hot and fresh. Everything looked so good. The cream of asparagus soup was my favorite of the whole meal. It tasted so good. Next time I'll opt for the bowl instead of the cup. The rotisserie chicken was hot and juicy. I'm guessing they give you the sauce because the chicken doesn't have much seasoning on it. I tried both sauces and didn't care for either one. The salsa verde did not taste good at all. It definitely didn't taste like any salsa verde I've had before. The romanesco sauce had no flavor. It was thick and pasty but tasted like nothing. I should have just added salt to my chicken. I ate the chicken regardless and it was good. It just needed some seasoning on it. Each chicken plate came with salad on the side, which was very good and roasted potatoes. The potatoes were amazing. My husband liked the cabbage and kale slaw and loved his chocolate milkshake. Service was very good here. They bussed our table for us when we were finished. I'd definitely come back again but I would try one of their many sandwich offerings.

After reading some reviews here I knew it was a small place, so I was pleasantly surprised I could get a reservation during our trip to Sausalito. My husband and I had recently enjoyed some caviar for the first time but we are no experts, and I was a little worried that he might not get enough to eat. Turns out we both left perfectly satisfied. The place is tiny but so elegant. The bar is right in front of the kitchen that is sparkling clean and the chef prepares everything right there. There is a little high top table too and there was a couple there when we arrived, but afterward it was just us and we felt like royalty treated to our private dinner. We aren't caviar experts by any means but Yo did a great job explaining the different caviar flights including where it comes from - turns out the white sturgeon is farmed in the Sacramento Delta. We chose the Menage a Trois white sturgeon flight and it was so elegant. Three kinds of caviar plus all these homemade breads and crackers to enjoy it with. Every bite was amazing and I think we only left a couple of chives. Afterward we picked a couple of other dishes - the Chawanamushi and the Dungeness crab ravioli. Both were exquisite- in flavor and presentation. For dessert we had the sweet potato - Yo described it as a ganache - which I couldn't really picture but it was a very accurate description. It came with asian pear and was just the perfect finish to our meal. I had a couple glasses of French bubbly with my meal - normally I can't do more than one glass of champagne but it was crisp and yummy and paired well with everything we ate. When we were finished we got our check in a cute sturgeon pulp science fiction book. It was the final thoughtful detail to a wonderful evening. Chef Lance is a real artist and he really thinks through the ingredients and the flavors. Everything was so delicious and creative. I hope we get to come back again someday.

While a few of the dishes we had heard about were gone from the menu (Mina specialties) they had a solid listing of staples and I understand they're working on formally relaunching the restaurant with a bunch of new dishes. The vibe is great (5Star) - good seating with each table having something fun to look at, be it the bar or the ocean, and the music was groovy for lack of a better word. Food was 4 stars but the steak, tipped me back into 5 star category. We had the spicy tuna roll which appeased our sushi desire, the Caesar salad for some greens, and the Delmonico Ribeye with carrots. The steak was phenomenal and I paired it with a Vesper Martini which was mixed expertly. Looking forward to coming back and seeing what the new owners do on the relaunch.

I like salads and I'm used to the opposite so I was pleased. And the salads are generous, with radish and tomatoes and good lettuce. My husband did get the fries on the last day and they were yummy - worth the up charge for sure. The burger was his favorite - he also liked his chicken sandwich but it was a little harder to eat.
