Food was delicious! Seemed like the young lady who sat us did not want to attend us. Not sure if it had anything to do with the fact that we are Latino. The bartender came over to take our order instead after 15 minutes of us being seated. We sat inside but there seemed to be live music in the front patio. Hopefully next time we will have a better experience.

Still our favorite place to dine on a weekday in Tiburon. Raul is amazing - the entire crew at Tiburon Tavern is attentive and friendly! This place has huge selections of wine, cocktails, beer, and cougars lol. The vibe is chill and good for large parties or date nights. The bar is fun to watch some games. It's attached to Tiburon Tavern, so if you're staying for the night or a little staycation, this is the go-to place. They also gave a great happy hour and a good selection of entrees. The New York steak is super juicy with chimichurri sauce and broccolini served with blue cheese fries; no blue cheese for me though. Seasonal desserts offered, can't go wrong with the flourless chocolate torte. Can't wait to come back. 'Til we meet again ~ cheers and see you on Yelp (SYOY)!

Large portions, friendly service, and flavorful food! I wasn't sure what to expect from this place at first because it wasn't super busy, but it was fantastic! I thoroughly enjoyed these dishes: * Tavern Burger: they're known for this burger! * French Onion Soup: REALLY delicious, creamy, and balanced * Crab Cakes: blue crab cakes with homemade beet aioli * Truffle fries: worth it and the fries were huge :) * Vegan Buddha Bowl: the homemade zesty citrus sauce was divine Best bang for your buck here. They're decently priced for the amount of food that they give.

It was Valentine's Day 2026. We had a room reserved at the Tiburon Lodge and I didn't know they had the Tiburon Tavern inside the lodge. We had reservations at a French restaurant down the street that was supposed to be a three course meal, but it was very crowded so Tiburon Tavern made room for us. We were so delighted at the ambience and how spread apart the tables were compared to the French restaurant down the road. The meal was a 10 out of 10, and I would recommend it to anyone in the future!

We had a great dinner and sat outside. The food was delicious and hot and our server was very attentive and helpful. We had the Tavern burger. It was cooked perfectly.

My family decided to try out a new breakfast/brunch place and picked this one. This place is big with both inside and patio seating. We were approached and seated at a table for four inside. We were given a brunch menu as it was still a little early to serve lunch and a bit late for breakfast. I have skimmed through their menu beforehand so I knew what I was getting. We ordered crabmeat eggs Benedict, ham and cheese omelet and corned beef hash and eggs. Their crabmeat Benedict was delicious and the poached eggs were runny just the way I like it. They use fresh crabmeat and it was plentiful. Corned beef and eggs was nothing to really rave about as it was how it should be, corned beef with eggs cooked your way. When it was time to order the omelet, the server insisted they don't have omelet on their menu. We have to point it out to her that it was clear as day that it is actually on the menu (peep the picture of the menu I will post on their page). With that squared away. The food is okay and on a pricey side. The place can accommodate large amount of people with their many seatings. They do keep checking in on us and see if everything was OK and refills our coffee. But I didn't get a friendly vibe from the start though (nobody welcomed us, just asked how many and was taken to our seats) until we were done with our food given that we were the only ones here in the place that day. They handed us our bill, we paid and that was it. No goodbyes, no come again soon. We just parted ways.

Tiburon Tavern is a standalone restaurant that is connected to The Lodge motel, and also serves as the main breakfast place. The food here is good, and the menu even offers up lobster and chicken and waffles. Their lunch and dinner menu also looks excellent, though we did not get to try this time. 1. Wife loved the steel-cut oatmeal and yogurt parfaits - sweet, filling, and healthy. 2. I opted for the hot breakfast entrees, with my favorites being the sausage and brie omelet, chicken and waffles, and classic American breakfast combo with scrambled eggs. The only ding is the hash browns tended to be more soft and fluffy and not crispy enough. Fried chicken was excellent however - hot and crispy outside and juicy inside. 3. Welcoming ambiance with wood decor everywhere, and gotta love their background music from the 80's/90's which should automatically deserve +1 star. I remember we had good times back in the day, where kids played and socialized together and not stare at phones all day. But I digress...

Lobster hash: delicious. Lots pieces of lobster, nice hollandaise, soft cubed potatoes, and brioche toast. 4.5 stars

Casual restaurant attached to the hotel we enjoyed brunch and happy hour at. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Cost to worth it rating: 3 (most entrees $20 or low $30) Opentableable: yes Return worthiness: sure Highlights: - Lobster hash: wasn't expecting much, but it was quite delicious. Lots pieces of lobster, nice not too heavy yet smooth hollandaise, soft cubed potatoes, and brioche toast points. 4.5 stars - Crabcake benedict: savory crabcake with good texture and crispy English muffin which added to the dish instead of just being the vehicle. 4 stars - Chicken and waffles: real fried chicken pieces with crispy skin--not tenders like some try to get away with. 2 triangles of belgian waffle with whipped cream. 3.5 stars - Bubbly options: had a decent amount by the glass, few half bottles, and bottles - Patio: was able to sit outside in front with umbrellas - Happy hour: every day from 3-6 so includes weekend and drinks for $8 which is a real discount Midlights: - HH sliders: for $12 only came with 2 and no fries Lowlights: - Location: on the main street all cars drive through so not much of a view - Drinks took a while to arrive Better than I expected and enjoyed our brunch.

I love the fact that it's adjacent to the hotel since we were staying there. We decided to do dinner here, I got the New York steak with mashed potatoes. The meat was soft, flavorful, the mashed potatoes seemed boxy but not sure, they were good but not sure if they are instant or actually made there. We sat outside and enjoyed the brisk weather. The main waiter wasn't as polite as the second server who brought us the outside heater. Drinks were nice and strong.

5/5 carlos was a great bartender and the staff was so accommodating to our staff party. thank you so much for everything you did for us we absolutely loved it and had a wonderful time.

Outside seating was relaxing and the views complimented the evening. Nice to see staff members with smiles on their faces, don't always see that at a restaurant! Fharid was the server, ever attentive, but just enough! What's important...the food! Romaine Caesar Salad - just enough of the flavorful dressing to compliment the salad. Roasted Half Chicken - tender and absolutely delicious. Portions were very filling. A wonderful homemade peach mint chutney enhanced the flavor option if you so wished. I love chutney, wished I could buy a bottle to take home! Dark Chocolate Cake - words can't describe how good it was! Dark chocolate cake, sour cherries, fresh whipped cream - a piece of chocolate art. Hated to destroy the dessert, but I did! It was decided I should meet the baker. She came out and I thanked her again for the beautiful and flavorful surprise. The Bungalow Kitchen: Great evening, wonderful food, atmosphere is superb, lucky to live nearby.

This was a perfect place to go, especially on a nice sunny day. We sat outside on the patio, it did get a little roasty toasty under the sun but it was nice being able to see the water and the city. The service was a tiny bit slow, but overall fast, considering that the place was packed to the room with reservations and walk-ins. The servers were really cute and accommodating for everything, and the food was spectacular. I'm not a huge fan of oysters ( or at least I thought I wasnt) but this definitely changed my mind. It's super fresh, the sauce is pair really well, and the whole vid a good ambulance for me to get back into oysters. If you get a chance, grab the coconut ceviche for a little twist on a classic ceviche... There are slices of coconut and slices of fish with mangoes and tomatoes, which was so tasty. The crab tacos were a whole other deal as well since it wasn't on tortilla, but rather a rice paper kind of wrapping. Super fresh crab, and very juicy and creamy. BEWARE parking is terrible, it's usually crazy packed, and there's a lot of other restaurants and bars around the area which also add to the density. I would recommend this area for adults - couples, friends, older family members. I probably wouldn't recommend this for kids since it's a bit more busy but classy. There's lots of other spots down the street or in Sausalito. That's a bit more accommodating for all ages.

My sister was cold and really didn't want to have to sit outdoors so we almost opted for to go food, but ultimately chose to dine anyways, and I'm so glad we did. I'll start by saying EVERYTHING was incredible. From the food down to the service we received. All of the staff we interacted with during our time there were very kind and attentive. For starters, when we arrived, I told our waitress we had a dog and she directed us to a table on their "indoor patio ", so we we're basically sat indoors, which was really nice. We weren't cold at all, and had we been, it looked like they had overhead heaters! We ordered their bread service, the warm trout dip, truffle fries, steak & frites, the burger, mussels/clams, the chocolate tart and creme brûlée. It was all delicious. While eating our appetizers, our poor pup got sick and threw up under the table :( we tried to discreetly clean it and felt really embarrassed. Entrées came out a few minutes later, and while eating our entrées, it happened a second time. At that point, we were ready to ask for the food to go, because we were feeling so thoroughly embarrassed. As I started cleaning the vomit a second time, our kind waitress came over and told me she would take care of it. I apologized repeatedly, and we felt sooo bad. She was so kind, and gracious towards us, telling us it was okay. I never got her name, but I wanted to let her know just how much we really appreciated her assistance and for not making us feel worse about what had happened. The way she handled the situation, was the epitome of dog friendly service. I'm not sure why our pup was so sick at the restaurant. My guess is he may have swallowed some water while playing at the beach. I just really wanted to express my gratitude for you all allowing us to enjoy a nice meal and continuously treating us kindly and respectfully after our poor boy got sick in your restaurant. The fries tasted like they had been fried again before serving. Not sure I'd order this off the happy hour menu again Mussels with Pernod garlic butter - this was good! We ordered two servings. The bread was alright, it's a little disappointing since SF has such good bread everywhere. The mussels were fresh and the delicious sauce was not too buttery. The drinks were ok - they can do any cocktail with their well alcohol for $8 which is a good deal. Service was all over the place. The server was very nice but everything was extremely slow. Compliments to our server, Natala, who was very attentive to our requests. Although we waited a long time for our food, it was well worth the wait! They also serve the best drinks!

Had an overall good experience here! We got an outdoor table as reserved, and were treated to…read morefriendly service alongside a nice view over the pier. It could've easily been a 4-star review, but a few small details fell a bit short. We tried three dishes: the grilled portobello salad, the homemade squid ink seafood fettuccine, and the pistachio-crusted sea bass. Everything had great flavor, though the portobello portion was a bit smaller than expected, and the homemade fettuccine didn't quite have that al dente texture. That said, the sea bass was definitely the star of the night--absolutely delicious! My only other piece of feedback is that our two-person table was pretty wobbly, which made cutting into our food a little tricky and unpleasant. Overall, the flavors are definitely there, and with a few minor tweaks, it's a great spot!
