Deceptive business practice!!! Tried to charge me over $7+ for this small (less than a handful bag of candy)! Turns out, their scale was off and with nothing on it (after removing my bag of candy) their scale was set to a 1/4 tare weight. (Aka no candy on the scale and you get charged automatically for 1/4 lb.) Poor woman in front of me with 3 kids was so surprised that the small amount of candy they bought was $26!!!! She even asked twice if it was correct because she couldn't believe how much it was. (It looked like they got 3 bags similar to mine) She also had to split her transaction on 2 credit cards (probably because she couldn't afford to put it on one card). How sad. read more

The candy displays at Lolli and Pops certainly are a treat in and of themselves! The first thing I noticed was the table of local (ish) treats, complete with goods from Theo's, Hot Cakes, Jacobsen Salt Co, etc. There was a boutique honey table, an area for Lolli and Pops chocolate bars, a vintage candy station, a British candy station, a nook dedicated to gummy EVERYTHING, and some treats and snacks from Asia and Mexico. One of my favorite parts of the store was browsing the gummy section and reading the suggested tongue-in-cheek pairings: gummy lobsters go with "ocean mist & skipping stones" and lemon sour belts go with "disco dancing". Each bin was likewise labeled, which made them so fun to read! For the candy in the bins, you could either carry it out in a cellophane bag for $3.50/quarter pound, or fill up a gold-topped mason jar for $12 the first time, and $5 for additional refills. There was also a $99 (!!) option for "unlimited refills," which practically means one refill a week for a year. The cutest container was a jar shaped like a gummy bear--super cute! I used a lot of willpower to walk out of that store without a purchase, but I know where I'm heading next time I need a sweet pick-me-up or a nice hostess gift! read more

In love with this place! Such a big assortment of candies and chocolates! Twice I've been here and ended up picking weeks worth of supply that is all gobbled down much sooner than I'd want. Not an ideal place for you if you have a sweet tooth and are watching sugar. They let you sample before you buy. You can make your own assortment box. The gourmet chocolates are also fun and I start snacking on them as soon as I pay - they are the first ones I finish. True that you'd find some of these outside at a lesser price, but this store outs everything together in one place. Their store in Southcenter Mall is bigger and more crowded. read more

I love candy stores. There's just something magical with me with all that candy in one room that makes me happy inside. The minute I walked in, as I do with a lot of candy stores, I felt overwhelmed. It took me a good 3 minutes to adjust myself, breath and take it all in stride. They had bulk candy, some pastries and chocolates of mid and high quality of different kinds. It made me smile that in the import section were Kinder's from Canada. I know that Kinder's are illegal in the States, therefore, was charmed by this. The store is well organized and hipster clean. A male staff member was rude to me when I entered saying they were at capacity. He pointed at me to step outside on a blue line. What? I didn't see more than 3 people in the store. Meanwhile these two staffers were just standing there idly chit chatting about nonsense not even helping customers. If the store is at capacity maybe one of them should step out so their customers could shop? It's not about COVID, I had my mask on. It's about lazy, rude staff. Seyoung and Keelyn were the most enthusiastic and helpful people. We are going off to visit family in India and wanted to bring an assortment of candies that you can't find there. Both of them continued to bring us candy to try that they thought would be a hit over there (pop rocks, banana and strawberry sour strips, chocolate that tastes exactly like Smores, and more)! They were so excited to be able to help us. The prices are a bit steep, but the service and tasters (yummy) are well worth it! This is what a trip to the candy store should be like! This is a nice addition to Bellevue Square and a great place to get a small dessert if you are craving one after shopping. The shop is beautiful, well organized, and has a great variety of candy to choose from. You will find anything you want here and you can fill up your bag with as much as you want (cost permitting). The staff is super friendly and will let you try any candy you want prior to purchasing which is awesome. I would say this is a high end/ grown up version of the sugar factory which is located in the mall as well. The desserts here are definitely on the fancy side and are priced pretty high, but that's normal in the candy industry. Overall, this is a cool place to stop by for some chocolate, candy, lollipops...etc. and kids absolutely love it as well. read more

I rarely buy candy anymore but the gummy bears there just tempted me! They have beautiful packaging and their fill up jars are a steal! We managed to fill up their 15.50$ jar to 1.94 pounds ( crazy) and filled it to the brim with gummy bears. I think their flavors are really unique, and their gummy bears are the best around. P.S. Cheers to the really awesome worker Seyoung, he recommended some of the best flavors, had really good service and most of all he even gave us gloves and encouraged us to stuff more gummies into our jar until no more gummies could fit in. Ok I went on the stores opening and let me say the store and presentation is gorgeous! They have everything from regular chocolate bars to compartes chocolates. HOWEVER I would highly suggest staying away from the case, the deserts there were horrible. My friend and I both got 4 different things and they were all disappointing, especially the fruit ones which had a chemical taste to it. Like I said thought this place is super cute and I'm sure you can find something you will love. read more

I had a terrible experience here on Christmas Eve. Barely having entered the shop with my 20 month old and masked 5 year old, I was accosted by the man working in the shop and told that we needed to leave because my baby, who he perceived to be older than 2 was not wearing my mask. I appreciate that we are in strange and scary times, but a bit of common sense should be used. If a family of mask wearing people enter your store and the smallest one in a stroller is not wearing a mask, chances are they aren't trying to hoodwink you and duck out of the guidelines. We definitely won't be back. A little lesson in customer service in covid times should be dispatched by management ASAP. read more

What an adorable shoppe! From the first review written below, I would have no idea this store was new and that the day I went was a grande opening. I don't visit this mall often so I didn't know how new this store was... or if it was there all along and I just passed it by every time. There were no specials and no indication of a new store opening. Anyhow, I was browsing and decided to pick up a small refillable jar for a friend's welcome gift. There is a large selection of confections from gummies, chocolates, chocolate bars, macarons and truffles in the display case. The staff were friendly but inconsistent with offering samples... some people were offered samples of which ever bulk item they were interested in, others were passed by. You can always ask to sample something if you don't feel awkward about it. Prices are a bit high, but I find that is the same with any boutique shoppe you visit. Overall, it's a pretty place to visit and a nice place to pick up gifts. read more

I went to buy gummy bears here the other day. No one greeted me or asked if I needed help, just looked at me. This was the second time I have had a rude cashier experience at this location with 2 different employees. All the other locations around have very good customer service. But for some reason, the cashiers at the Bellevue location hate their job. They were both rude to me and both times I have visited, they have rolled their eyes at me. Maybe it's a race thing because the customers before me were treated excellent BOTH TIMES. One of the cashiers was a younger guy with dyed hair, the other time it was an older man. Neither of them asked me if I had a loyalty card. Anyways, both times I have been here, I have had terrible experiences. read more

Best gummy bears you'll ever have in your life. The huge rice crispy treats are expensive but worth it. If you're a huge sweets fan, get one of the refillable jars for $99 and you can come back for a year and try out all of the stuff in the store (so long as it fits in the jar). I don't really have much of a sweet tooth, but as my wife and I were walking the Tiffany colored walls of this shop caught my eye. (Our wedding was Tiffany themed). We walked in and were immediately warmly greeted by Luis who offered to take us on a tour of the shop and told us we could sample anything in the store. Free samples? I was immediately closed. We walked around and explored the novelty candies and truffles they had displayed. The shop is very neat and organized. We did not feel any pressure to buy anything and Luis would occasionally pop up and have us try things. We almost got full from all the samples, but due to his awesome personality we felt obliged to purchase and support this establishment. I could have bought a pack of M&Ms or a Hershey's bar outside for $1, but instead we spent $10 on a small bag of treats because of Luis' genuinely kind attitude. Such a great experience! Being from Southern California, it definitely set the tone for our trip to Washington. read more

The store is very nicely decorated and has lots of variety. The prices are too high, and the big issue is they sell heat damaged truffles. The majority of the the truffles in the case were clearly heat damaged. I ordered ones that looked ok but turns out they were also heat damaged, stale, and not at all good. A wonderful selection of American and European candies! I would love to see some Japanese and Asian treats here, but it doesn't quite fit their vibe, so I see why those sweets are missing. There are Harry Potter treats, honey sticks, lolly sticks, bins of loose candy, a table of European treats, and another of vintage American sweets, plus handmade dipped truffles and sodas, etc. All the clerks wear stripes aprons and boater hats and it's just a great feeling in the store! A bit pricy, but the gorgeous bag (and complimentary tissue paper stuffing if you ask) make for an impressive gift. read more

What a super fun store! We usually avoid the mall like the plague, but had to come pick something up and noticed this store as we were walking by. Awesome for our palates, bad for our waistlines. The two young guys working there were incredibly nice and helpful and personable. They offered to let us try a few samples and gave us great recommendations. I can't say enough good words about the staff at this location! I popped into the store to get a birthday present for a friend of mine and was helped by Seyoung. He recommended that I purchase a cute jar for her, which she absolutely loved! He was extremely attentive and let me try candy before I put it in the jar. They have a wide variety of candy and truffles, and their employees are very nice and always offering to get you a sample. However, lately, they have not been restocking their candy as often. I've gone in there several times over the past two weeks and seen the same bins sitting almost empty. Also, they have not been restocking two of my favorite candies at all. After the large M&Ms and the candy corn gummies ran empty about a month ago, they have not restocked them at all, even though Halloween was still almost two months away when the bins ran empty. They have also raised their prices (which were already high) on some items, like the large rice crispy treat. This is a great candy store with more of a high-end feel. The jar refill for $5 is a great deal and the staff are amazing! An employee named Amara greeted me when i walked in and helped me when I was there to offer samples of any candies I wanted to try.
