This is located in the Arteaga Market shopping center off Sacramento Street. I live in Natomas and this was the closest laundromat open. I have tried Love off Harbor and found them to be too pricey. It is very small inside. Only one aisle with a bank of seats so it could be challenging to find a open machine during busy times. I came on a Tuesday morning and these two ladies took up 9 dryers! I only come to wash my oversized comforter. It cost me about $11? they didn't have a card option at the machine so it took forever to put that many quarters in. I found the one open dryer for .25 cents and then the ladies later tell me that the smaller dryers are free. There is one vending machine and two video games. The games do not work. One has the guts removed! There is no attendant on duty that I saw so good luck if you need help. I would return as it is convenient but definitely a no frills laudromat. read more

This laundromat is clean and the machines are in great shape. I live in an apartment near by and stopped into wash my comforter. You don't have to use coins to run the machines if you choose not to as they have an app that you can add money to from your bank and power the machines that way. They also provide ample change machines in case you need quarters. They have several sizes of washing machines ranging from 3+ loads up. Starting at $4 w/ .25 for 15 minutes of dry time. I did all of my laundry for less than half of what I pay at my apartment and I wasn't concerned about cleanliness or machines breaking and... it took less than half the time. I have only washed at Lollie's twice I had drove around looking for a place to wash my clothes a few years back and was scared to even walk inside. A few weeks ago I decided to drive by again with a car full of laundry OMG!!! I felt so blessed to see this was definitely not the old place I saw before! So clean and the washer sizes are great! For the amount of loads you get into one washer the pricing is just right. The dryers worked so good and the amount of time a quarter gives you is just a bigger plus for me. Went back recently to wash again and met a staff member and I believe the owner both nice and friendly and mindful of their customers washing and drying as they were washing and drying as well for their drop off service. I have been coming here for over 6 months plus and it was fine up until last week there was a homeless person sitting an walking around inside for a long time and than this weekend, they changed the "FREE" to now you have to pay for your dry when their washing machine are $5 plus, which is already alot & they never took down the FREE dry sign inside!! Way 2 expensive and have only a few washers for 1 or 2 loads, everyone is not holding their laundry for a month and then going 2 wash. Washers and the Dryers suck up all of your money the dryers don't dry your clothes and you have 2 add a quarter for hot water with the Washers and add a quarter if you want to use high heaton the dryers. When did they start charging for what should be a given, or do like the other places and you get what you get, those buttons are just 4 decoration, SMH. Came in a little after 6:30 and after dragging in all my laundry, I was told they would be closing early and that I couldn't wash my clothes. Last wash is supposed to be at 8pm. Won't be coming back. Leaf Laundry is right around the corner and haven't had issues there. read more

Came in on a weekday at 1pm because they advertised on FB about the lower prices. However, it was hard to find machines to use because the person that works here was using all of them. Every time one was empty, she filled it up before anyone else could use it. This is the whole reason people come during the day when it's not crowded..and she's using most of the machines. read more

The thing that drew me to this laundry mat aside from close proximity to my home was the 50% for first time guests using the PayRange app. The laundromat is clean and well cared for but upon checking in on yelp and entering the code I received a notification that the code had expired. Okay, so I'm now out $24 (4 washers) and haven't even begun to dry. Their dryers aren't free either. Their website stated cheaper washing Tuesday thru Thursday which also was another reason I decided to give it a try. If $24 is cheaper then I wonder what they charge on days that's aren't Tuesday through Thursday? It's a lot less crowded compared to Love Laundry which I loved but I'm not sure if I'd want to come back solely based on the prices. read more

The place was small, but clean. When I came in late in the evening around 6pm, there was probably only one other customer there and a lady that was running/cleaning the laundromat. They're using PayRange to pay for the washers/dryers; not taking quarters. Only been here twice and i will never come back. This place is twice as expensive as love laundry and twice as dirty. The first time i came it was filled with tweakers and homeless people most of whom were not wearing masks. Many machines are old and dirty. There are only a few large machine for $10 that are okay looking. My clothes came out of the washing machine with white streaks and it took over 30 minutes to dry a small load. The second time i came back because i wanted to give a new small business a second chance and support them. However i arrived at 7:45 and was told i could not do any laundry by an extremely rude employee. The sign on the door clearly states last wash at 8:00pm. I finally decided to write this review to warn others not to waste their time or money. Just go to loves down the street! They are friendly clean and cheaper.
