The tools came out of a sterile, sealed package. It's clear she cares about making your nails perfect. She really ensures your nails are clean, filed perfectly, and your cuticles are trimmed before even getting to the polish. I can't find a single flaw on any of my nails. Even better if you want to try Dazzle Dry. That's a nontoxic healthy version of nails that lasts longer than normal without UV. The real draw is she is an expert technician, repairing broken nails with her powder and tools, hauling out the big guns of OPI Dips to repair two of my nails (modest surcharge for a multi, multi-step process). Sammie does Dips for repairs only -not for a full manicure as the contents are irritating. She will, however, use all the best products to strengthen your nails for a beautiful result. I've yet to get a manicure here since I have my go-to spot nearby, but on a Sunday afternoon when my regular brow girl wasn't in town (panic!) i walked past Lombard and noticed they had eyebrow waxing for a super affordable price.
