My nails are beautiful! Thanks to Aruzhan, I finally have my nails back exactly the way I like them. My favorite nail color is Albin Skin -- it's perfect, subtle, and complements my skin tone so well. The ultimate soft neutral. Zorina Nail Studio is hands down my favorite nail studio, and I recommend it to everyone I know. I also loved the floral installation they had in the studio today -- I got to pick my own flowers and create my own bouquet (as pictured), which made the experience feel so personal and special. I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary chocolate-covered strawberry, which I enjoyed with my tea during my visit. It's thoughtful touches like this that make every appointment feel extra special. Every visit leaves me feeling confident and reminds me of the simple pleasures of being a woman. Thank you
I think this salon is generally good overall but my personal experience was very poor- my coworker referred me, who actually recently got the Cartier ring give away! They fit me in right away but told me I couldn't get nail art- completely fine! My appointment was changed due to a sick call and moved an hr up and then I did have the opportunity to get nail art. They were so so kind when I showed up but once the appointment started they told me I need to see a "doctor" for my nails- I kept asking why, with no real answer, just I need to see a doctor for my nails. They said they couldn't do my nails without me consenting even though "something was wrong w the nails".. and kept pushing up the under part of my nail to show they were thin but didn't say that.. and seemed annoyed, and kept reiterating by showing me my nail was fragile? Pushing under my nails. I can appreciate that after months of my nails being done...but they kept telling me to see a "doctor". They told me they could file and put a clear coat on, but frustrating that I was flexible w the time w/o actually getting them done. I did leave because the nail personnel kept getting up during my session (x2) so I left 20 mins in, mid session because I could do somewhat of the services available to me at home. I do not like leaving mid session like that, but I felt like I was not appreciated once my Russian manicure could not be done. I would have liked to the opportunity to understand completely why my nails could not be done other than them maybe being too thin. Unfortunately with the lack of communication, I will not be back. I believe this is a clean salon. However, I never leave reviews, and this has really bothered me days later. I acknowledge leaving mid session, but asked if I needed to pay to the front desk before exiting, with a reply "no, and sorry for upsetting you".... Again, I never ever leave reviews, but this was especially frustrating service. Picture are of are my natural nails.

When I first came here, the manicures were lasting 4-5 weeks and were holding up well with no chips or breaks in my nails. Last week I spent $200+ doing French tips with a top master and the white was chipping the next day. I reached out and they were kind enough to bring me in to "fix it" which just consisted of filing my nails and adding a clear coat. Less than a week later, I have more chips and the color is lifting around my cuticle. I don't think I can continue to justify the price/ quality moving forward. The staff are very nice and responsive, but not worth the money in my opinion

She asked thoughtful questions, ensured I was comfortable throughout the appointment, and provided exceptional service. That positive experience was the reason I chose to return. I even recommended your place to others because I truly believed she was one of the best nail artists I had. Unfortunately, my recent visit was entirely different and deeply disappointing. During the appointment, the nail technician cut my cuticle far too deeply, which resulted in pain and irritation afterward (photo attached). What concerned me even more was the lack of care and professionalism throughout the service. She did not apologize, check on my well-being, or communicate with me during the appointment. I also observed that other customers were offered beverages, while I was not offered anything. I arrived early after work and drove 20 minutes to your salon because I trusted the quality of service based on my previous experience. Instead, I was left waiting and felt unwelcome. I understand that mistakes can occur; however, customer service and professionalism are just as important as the quality of the nail service itself. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as this experience was genuinely upsetting and far below the standard I expected from your place.
I was a Studio Zorina fan for multiple years, paying for many, many manicures and trusting the team with my wedding nails. I sent numerous now-regular clients their, and was very happy. That all entirely changed 3 weeks ago when I went to get my gel removed ahead of giving birth. They moved my appointment to the end of the day, and the nail artist rushed SO quickly through the entire thing, clearly in a hurry to get out the door - it took 1/2 hour less than it was supposed to. I wouldn't care, but in her push to speed through, she whittled down my nail bed SO brutally that they have been completely cracked and splitting since. I have tried treatments to repair, oils, lotions, biotin - nothing helped. Zorina ruined my nails and now I am about to give birth with bleeding nail beds as shown in the picture (this is AFTER 3 weeks of waiting for them to grow and repair - it will be MONTHS before they are any semblance of normal). I can no longer recommend this establishment - go elsewhere for russian manicures. So incredibly disheartened and disappointed.
It is true what they say - once you try it, you'll never want to go back!! Karina is amazing. I have never seen someone do anything so detailed and delicate. She ensures every nail is perfect and the polish covers the entire nail, down to the cuticle. Lovely, peaceful space and fun to watch Gossip Girl, which is always playing.

The manicure looked great for the first few days, but after only 5 days the tips started chipping. At 10 days the sides started lifting. While the service was great and the salon was very clean, I am not happy with a luxury price tax and sub tier retention. Please note- my sister went at the same time and had the top master do her manicure, her nails are still looking perfect almost 3 weeks later. My results may be a one off, but when you are paying a hefty amount for a service, you don't want to take the chance of having "one off" results.

The best manicure I've ever had! The masters at Zorina Nail Studio really are just this--masters. I've gone at least 5 times now, and I've tried out various nail techs. Each time, my nails last between 4 and 7 weeks and are extremely strong and sturdy because of the hard gel. Every time I go in, Leyla and the nail techs at Zorina are kind, welcoming, hospitable, patient, and will always give me their advice on what will look best if I ask for it. They are perfectionists on nail shaping and take their work so seriously. I've always done my nails myself because I'm quite picky, but Zorina has exceeded my expectations each and every time I get a manicure. The salon is super clean, the tools are sterilized, and there is always a girly movie/show playing on TV. There is a menu available with different drinks and snacks, and I'm always offered a water when I sit down. Zorina employees go above and beyond to make me feel pampered! I have told so many of my friends about Zorina and how happy my manicures make me. If you want a perfect manicure that will last, I highly recommend Zorina Nail--my favorite studio I've ever tried and will stay loyal to! read more

Had a great first experience at Zorina! I had originally booked with a Master but a few days before they texted me saying she was no longer available but kindly offered me a junior master at same time or master at different time. I decided to stick with junior master at same time. Diora did an excellent job at shaping and helping with chrome color and asking questions along the way! I was very impressed with the salon, someone was there to check me in and show me to my seat. There was a phone holder, chargers, QR code for snacks and drinks menu. And I was obsessed with their color choices! So many fun milk whites and pinks which I usually go for. And the vibe of the salon was calm and welcoming and relaxing which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back and would love to try more designs at some point too! read more

I underestimated the traffic coming from South San Francisco and was unfortunately late. I made sure to call and give them notice. I was ok with just sticking with gel removal and cuticle work so that the next client could be on time but they were adamant in making my nails look good. Not only was my nail tech Angelina amazing but the front desk girl was amazing too! The customer service gets better and better everyone I come back. If I could I'd go to a spa twice a month I would! But as a busy working mom I can't. However, Zorina Nail Studio gives me a 5 start spa experience every time! The service there is top tier. My nails are always done flawlessly. Perfect shape, beautiful color selections and quality products that don't destroy your nails. I'm so glad I found this absolutely incredible studio in San Francisco! In the beauty industry, it's the details that make the difference, and at Zorina Studio, they are simply luxurious - from the comfortable chairs and pleasant interior to the music and the delicious tea and coffee.
