I love this place. Over the years, their food has really improved. Their food is inexpensive and good. They offer a lot of good options that you won't find at Pizza Mia/Piezano's Pizza in Billerica (see my review of them). This place is OK - it's a 2nd choice in our house for subs. I've not tried their roast beef, but the subs are messy and mediocre. This place is OK... I've had different things from the menu here and the best thing about it is their house dressing... I just ordered a chicken cutlet sub with provolone cheese and it didn't have any sauce! Their greek dressing is awesome. Thick and flavorful. The only reason for 4 stars is Monday's seem like an off day for them. The past two times I have gone to the Burlington location on Monday, their ingredients don't seem fresh. The salad that I got had a lot of browing lettuce in it, like they pre-made the salads over the weekend and let them sit. Consistently slow, dishonest, wrong pizza, and jerks Over several years, Londi's has *never* arrived in under an hour, so that the pizza arrives cold, and they always dishonestly promise a much shorter time. It's become clear that they deliberately string along customers rather than giving an honest initial estimate. They've delivered the wrong pizza on multiple occasions. Tonight they promised 45 mins, took over 1.5 hrs to arrive, and then brought the wrong pizza. The manager was a complete jerk. He never once apologized for the delivery time, the dishonest estimate, or the wrong pizza, and instead rudely implied that I had forgotten what I ordered. (No I didn't.) It became clear that he would make the refund as painful as possible out of spite, and sure enough, he didn't send the driver back for hours, and instructed him to insist that I give back the pizza before giving the refund. It's their right to take it back, but a decent, gracious manager would not have been this petty after screwing up every conceivable part of the order. Their competitors (Pizza Days and Pizza Works) are consistently polite, competent, honest, on time, with good pizza, so there is just no excuse to give these jokers any business. Don't keep giving them 2nd chances like I did--they never improve. read more

Londi's does it right. Family-owned and you feel like family because they all say hi to you when you come in to pick up your order. The food is great no matter what you are looking for. Sub, packed to the brim with whatever you want. Calzones are legendary. My favorites are all of them, but if I had to choose one I would chose the buff chix calzone (I really can't just choose one). Roast beef is on the sign, so yes, it is amazing. I get my with extra pickles and mayo. BLT and Italian subs are perfect. With the BLT, they jam in the bacon. The Italian Subs are made to order and about 5" in diameter. Pizza is great and there are some cool choices from the menu, but you can go off on your own, I sometimes get the bacon and banana peppers. Cheesesteak and steakbomb, ridiculous. Don't order from here. Last night we called at 8:30 for 1 pizza and 1 order of Mozzarella sticks...We were told 20 minutes...finally at 9:30pm we call and we were told they were closed. RIP OFF **** WATCH OUT!! If your ordering for delivery watch those delivery charges. I work in an office, we were placing an order over $50, some of the order ($22) was being paid in cash & the remaining by Credit Card. Mind you this is 1 order going to 1 business, and the normal delivery charge is $1.50 BUT due to the split tender we were charged the delivery fee twice. The owner is extremely arrogant, refusing to credit 1 of the 2 delivery charges even though it was 1 large order being delivered to 1 place all at once. When I called the man whom I spoke to said he was the owner, well I must say he is extremely rude, degrading and spoke over me (almost yelling) the entire time. He stated he can not waive the delivery fee nor credit it off the bill, HIS BILLING SYSTEM does not allow that function. We place orders from LaCascia's, Pizza Mia, Famous Pizza, Presti Pizza, Pizza Days, Burlington Jade ect... and ALL of the above businesses ALWAYS only charge the delivery fee 1 time, and we almost ALWAYS do a split tender without any trouble. LONDI'S IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF WITH THEIR DOUBLE DELIVERY FEE SO NEXT TIME YOU ORDER WATCH YOUR BILL CLOSELY!!!! Went in for the roast beef and anti-pasto. The cashier used the same gloved hands to make the anti-pasto and answer the phone - GROSS. The roast beef tased good. My order was to go, so they gave me a menu. The menu advertises a "beat the clock" special on Wednesdays on Pizza. (Call at 5:15 PM and your pizza is $5.15) I called on a Wednesday and they said they weren't doing the special, and would give no reason why. WOW! The new owners have really cleaned up the restaurant itself and the food is as good as or better than any of the similar roast beef and pizza restaurants in the area. I've been going here after soccer games and have dined in 5 or 6 times in the last few months. The pizza is very good. The super beef on onion roll is my favorite and at Londi's the Super Beef is HUGE and fantastic!! I recommend it with sauce and cheese. They toast the bun on the grill and put the onions and pickles on the bottom which I thought was odd at first but the sandwich holds together so much better that way. The chicken wings are the large style wings and drumsticks that are actually satisfying and worth the work of eating them off the bone. My son ordered a chicken, broccoli and ziti and it was as good as any from an expensive Italian restaurant. He very rarely eats his leftovers and he ate every bite of this meal the next day. I've read some reviews about this place going downhill and getting kind of run down but the new owners have really turned it around and you can tell they really care about quality and service. Londi's is about 2 minutes from my house and since I work from home I often order here. Their super beef sandwich (with mayo and BBQ) sauce is to die for. For weeks I only got this but recently expanded. The Italian sub, meatball sub, pastrami sandwiches are excellent. The wings are a little small and too crunchy for my liking.
