I wish I could rate the employees, management, and salon separately--overall, three stars feels accurate. Annie did my pedicure, and it was honestly one of the best I've had. She took her time, addressed my concerns, and helped fix a nail that had broken. Vivienne also did a great job on my full set Gel X--I was really happy with the length, shape, and color. During my visit, I noticed a shift in the overall atmosphere when a manager arrived. The dynamic in the salon felt a bit different, and I observed more involvement in conversations between staff and clients. It also seemed like there may have been recent changes with staff or ownership, which could explain some of the differences in experience. During every conversation the receptionist had with the employees, she kept saying, "appointment only" although they were still able to accommodate me as a walk-in. So, this tells me flexibility may be changing moving forward. On a positive note, the salon remains very clean, uses sanitized equipment, and pricing appears consistent for now. There are additional charges for nearly every enhancement -- $10 for cat‑eye gel, $15 for gel polish, and so on -- which adds up quickly. Bringing your own gel polish may actually be more cost‑effective. Another concern is scheduling. Even when multiple technicians are available, they tend to make you wait for the person who did your nails previously, which creates unnecessary delays. My baby sister had an appointment at 6 and was not taken back until 7:30 PM. During that time, she was left waiting with little to no communication while VARIOUS people were serviced ahead of her. What was most frustrating was seeing multiple employees standing around talking instead of acknowledging the delay. When the service had finally begun, it was just as disappointing. The male employee barely communicated with her throughout the appointment. Rather than politely asking her to reposition her hands, he repeatedly slapped them into place. I find that completely unprofessional and inappropriate, and had I known in the moment I would've walked out then and there. The nails took only about 30 minutes, and the turnout was very poor. The nails were noticeably crooked, lifting immediately, and had excess glue left around them. After waiting over two hours for sloppy work and spending $100, there is no justification for the high price to begin with. Very disappointing that there is such an awful salon in our new and developing shopping center. Believe all the poor reviews, don't waste your time or money. read more

Finally a nail place opened up nearby and I was excited to try it last week. I ended up having a really positive experience. I didn't have an appointment but I only waited about 20 minutes.The service I requested was the Duo pedicure (no gel) and a manicure with gel. The nail tech took her time and did a great job. I didn't catch her name, but she did wonderful work. The salon was clean and relaxing. I appreciated the privacy wall in the waiting area so clients aren't staring at you. Pricing: Duo pedicure: $40 Manicure: $20 Gel: $15 (gel upcharge) Tipping: I tipped $20 because the massage was excellent. I did notice the night-shift cleaner arrive during my visit, which gave a nice sense of ongoing cleanliness. Overall I have no major negatives and plan to return. My only small gripe is the gel upcharge amount I think $10 is more feasible, but the service was worth it. I will be back and crossing my fingers I get the same nail tech. read more

Went it and customer service was good everything was going smoothly until she asked if I wanted gel on my feet, I replied no, thank you just regular. From that point on I felt she didn't do the best job, she started a 10 min timer for massage just for her to get up and take her sweet time to go get things, when she should had already had them with her before even starting massage. The massage consist of her rubbing Lotion on my legs then just taking it off. I had to ask to make some of my toenails more even bc they were all different lengths. And when it came time to finish she had me get off the chair and pay. She didn't offer a fan for my feet or anything I had to wait and then I just asked if I could get a fan. I have been getting services regularly since the salon opened. Today I walked into the salon for my regular service and was seriously disappointed to the point I stopped the service. The technician that was doing my pedicure was not listening to my requests. She used the file several times on my skin not my nail, she used the drill on my toe nails so fast that she rolled onto my skin and caused me to flinch in pain, and the last straw was her lack of expertise in attempting to trim my cuticle. Another technician started my manicure in the spa chair. I asked her not to use the drill on my nails as they are natural nails and I did not want the nail bed to be damaged. She soaked my nails in acetone and walked away talking to the pedicure technician ( as if annoyed but I don't want to assume since I'm not fluent in the language). When she returned she barely attempted to use a tool to remove the gel polish and again she requested to use the drill. I told her she could use the drill only to remove the tip coat. She took that as a green light to remove all the polish off my nails. I stopped her and then both of the technicians working on me started to discuss my request and one of them proceeded to explain to me why she had to use the drill. At this point I asked to stop the service and a manager came over to see what was wrong. She offered no solution but to reschedule with an experienced technician. As I went to the counter to check out and schedule the appointment with a new technician, the manager told me that I had a $65 fee. When I proceeded to question what the services she was charging me for were, she said that she had talked to the manager and that's what he said. There was no communication with the manager from me so I failed to see how they arrived at this figure unless they had been talking about my experience before as I had suspected. Anyway since removing my polish and soaking my feet was all that was done, that is what I paid for. Unfortunately they won't care to lose my business as I am just one dissatisfied customer but they will miss my $150 plus tip biweekly! Hopefully nobody else has to experience this again but if you do say something. As a business owner myself I understand protocol and customer demands so I know I wasn't being unreasonable. I won't ever go again not because of lack of understanding for one bad experience but for the disregard to building and maintaining customer satisfaction to a loyal customer. read more

This place really needs to change their nail polish providers. The colors they show you are never the same once applied to your nails -- they look completely different. Also, some of the staff seem to get annoyed when you say you don't like the color and want to change it. Instead of helping, they ask "Are you sure this is the final color?" with an attitude, which makes the experience uncomfortable. Ok I have been coming here for a while now so I figured it was time for a review. Overall, it's not a bad spot. I appreciate that they are upfront about pricing, not like other places, and my pedi/mani last. They have a broad selection of colors and can do some cute designs. My nail polish still looks fresh after 3 weeks. Downside, depends who you get. They either pay attention to detail .. OR.. they are rushing the service and don't consider your comfort level. And also even if i don't understand Vietnamese i feel like the receptionist was rushing the guy who did my pedicure because i think the other customer has arrived . He only did one coat of gel color which normally is a 2 coat thing. My manicure is okay. I asked to add a nail on my pointing finger since i broke my nail but the gel is not even . I have a normal nail salon I go to but decided to stop in for a gel manicure while my son is at practice since it was nearby. Never again. The receptionist was very rude like annoyed I walked into the salon. I had to wait 40 mins to be seated for a 30 min rushed manicure. The guy who did my nails Jason seemed annoyed barely cleaned up my nails and left all kind of gel polish on my skin around my thumb nails. The paint job of the nails is spotty and uneven. I checked out and asked can I add a tip, the receptionist rudely said only cash or Zelle. I then asked for the Zelle and she handed me a piece of paper of the guys Zelle who did my nails. I was appalled. I'm normally a good tipper but I told my husband Zelle $0-3 dollars whatever he choose to and that it was terrible service. I'm always one to tip regardless but how I was treated for a $40 mediocre gel manicure you deserve nothing tip. With this being a newer salon I would expect better service. I get way better service for cheaper at my normal salon in Ontario. I will never come here again. Waste of money. Please improve on your customer service. I feel like if you're not about to spend alot of money you are treated terrible. My other salon everyone is greeted and then sat with a water or beverage. Just got a gel french tip pedicure. One of the techs came over to take off my old acrylic set on my hands (not done by them). She took a plastic nail tip and popped them off. Basic manicure with gel is 40$ Place is not clean for a new establishment I sat at a table full of old nail clippings lined with a dirty stained rag filled with pieces of plastics. The heated towels have the lingering smell of mildew that stay on your hands. The UV machines are not wiped between customers and are swapped between pedicure location and manicures. I came in for a gel manicure, checked in, and was seated at a station but then watched as three other customers who came in after me were helped first. The receptionist kept insisting, "My staff is coming," but after sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes, I gave up and left. I phoned to see if there was availability. I was told there was no wait and to come on in I arrived less than 3 min from the time I called and was told a nail technician would be with me within five minutes. I proceeded to wait a complete hour. The receptionist assured me someone would be with me within five minutes several times. I continue to wait. I asked why was I told to come on in and there was no wait when indeed there was clearly a wait, the receptionist with an attitude told me they became busy within the three minutes It took me to drive from target in the same parking lot to their establishment. The establishment is impeccably clean organized and the receptionist is very welcoming. They are very accommodating as I came with a broken leg and they were very gentle.
