I find that completely unprofessional and inappropriate, and had I known in the moment I would've walked out then and there. The nails took only about 30 minutes, and the turnout was very poor. The nails were noticeably crooked, lifting immediately, and had excess glue left around them. After waiting over two hours for sloppy work and spending $100, there is no justification for the high price to begin with. Very disappointing that there is such an awful salon in our new and developing shopping center. Believe all the poor reviews, don't waste your time or money.

Original review: After researching nail salons for a couple of weeks, I decided to book with The Nail Salon. I scheduled my appointment through text and was asked to send a $20 deposit through Zelle, which I did during our conversation. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told I didn't actually have one scheduled. I showed the text messages and proof of the deposit transaction. She explained that because I didn't specifically tell her the payment had been sent, she didn't realize the deposit was from me and never added me to the schedule. At that point, I probably should have left, but since they weren't busy and I had already paid the deposit, I decided to continue with the appointment. The pedicure was honestly very relaxing, and the massage portion was excellent. Unfortunately, the manicure experience was much different. I requested a full set, showed a couple of inspiration photos, and trusted the tech to choose the best products. During the application process, I noticed the nails were crooked and mentioned it. I was told they would be fixed, but the final result still looked uneven and nothing like the inspiration photos. What made the experience more uncomfortable was that multiple times during the manicure, the misunderstanding about the appointment was brought up and framed as entirely my fault, with no acknowledgment of the communication issue on both sides. I'm admittedly not someone who likes confrontation, so after bringing up the crooked nails once, I stayed quiet, paid, tipped, and left. I left disappointed because I had really hoped to find a salon I could return to regularly. I really appreciated how Gabby took the time to make me feel comfortable, welcomed, and at ease and how she scraped off all the dead skin and dirt underneath the cuticles of my Toenails. I chose a pretty sparkly blue color called "Jade Platinum" from their color selection and was so satisfied with the end result! It's the perfect shade to wrap up the hot summer season with a shade so cool and refreshing for the eyes :0) The Deluxe Spa package is a terrific deal, it includes a soothing and fun sugar scrub and an amazing foot massage too. I paid $50 before my tip, the Deluxe Package is $35 and an extra $15 for the Gel upgrade. I recommend upgrading for the Gel Add on because the color lasts so much longer! Thank you Gabby for taking such great care of me and I look forward to returning soon!! If you have young daughters this Salon is a must experience too because they have adorable Princess Spa chairs for the little ones!
