They gave me a fair and accurate estimate right away -- less than my insurance deductible. When I brought my car in Alex was ready and waiting. He tinted the glass, replaced the window, and cleaned the glass from the inside of the door. The window looked great. This company is special in the care and courtesy it gives its customers. They pretend to be other legit companies, give you a cheap price over the phone, then when they show up they try to jack the price way up. Total bait-and-switch. When I called the real company they claimed to be from, that business had NO clue who these people even were. So basically, they're lying, impersonating real shops, and ripping people off all over Long Beach. This is shady, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. I waited till they opened at 8 am, asked for a quote, and came out to less than $300. They were able to fit me in for 10 am - 12 pm same day. The guy came pretty close to 10 am and was done in about 20-30 minutes. Made sure the broken glass that was inside my car was all vacuumed as well. Very simple and appreciated the short notice assistance on this. Would definitely recommend for locals and needing something quick!

The other businesses didn't mention if it was OEM and I figured I would have to pay more money to get the window tinted after it's fixed. With JJ Windshields, I didn't have to worry about that. Eddie showed up at my house (9 minutes after the 2 hour appointment time which was the only downside) the very next morning. He took one look at all the broken glass and said, "What a mess!" I smiled and said, "Don't judge me," and we both started laughing. From there, he got straight to work. Everyone, PLEASE be wary of this business…read more On my daily commute in early 2018, a rock had been flung up and cracked my windshield. I called Mobile Auto Glass to fix my windshield. The installation of the window took place over the course of 3 separate occasions in which large air leaks had to be corrected by several of their technicians, resulting in the removal and reinstallation of the window multiple times. In late 2018, I discovered some bubbling under my paint at the roofline of my car at the top of the window seal on the passenger side. I called MAG to evaluate the issue, and their technician claimed it was a factory defect from Toyota. I highly doubted this claim, but to rule out all possibilities, I agreed to take the car to Toyota to investigate it further. Toyota's body shop had been able to confirm and DOCUMENT gouges in the paint consistent with amateur removal and installation of the window which led to the severe rusting of the metal around the front windshield. The repairs cost me about $1,600 which MAG had refused to reimburse me for, even with all of the clear evidence I had provided to them. I had missed work and rented a car for a couple weeks, which I was willing to overlook if they would just pay the body shop bill. DO. NOT. TRUST. THEIR. WORK.
