Everyone, PLEASE be wary of this business…read more On my daily commute in early 2018, a rock had been flung up and cracked my windshield. I called Mobile Auto Glass to fix my windshield. The installation of the window took place over the course of 3 separate occasions in which large air leaks had to be corrected by several of their technicians, resulting in the removal and reinstallation of the window multiple times. In late 2018, I discovered some bubbling under my paint at the roofline of my car at the top of the window seal on the passenger side. I called MAG to evaluate the issue, and their technician claimed it was a factory defect from Toyota. I highly doubted this claim, but to rule out all possibilities, I agreed to take the car to Toyota to investigate it further. Toyota's body shop had been able to confirm and DOCUMENT gouges in the paint consistent with amateur removal and installation of the window which led to the severe rusting of the metal around the front windshield. The repairs cost me about $1,600 which MAG had refused to reimburse me for, even with all of the clear evidence I had provided to them. I had missed work and rented a car for a couple weeks, which I was willing to overlook if they would just pay the body shop bill. DO. NOT. TRUST. THEIR. WORK.
