This was an amazing experience, I'm a person who's afraid of heights/ don't enjoy rollercoaster type of stuff so I was very nervous about parasailing. The staff was truly amazing they assured me this would be a good experience, they did so much to make my fear not interfere with parasailing they played music talked dance!! They are very kind and understanding.once up there it's beautiful!!! It's about a 10 min boat ride they 10 min flight, they took pictures and sent them to me with in 2hrs. We love Long Beach Parasail! We went up today and had the best experience! After finding the check in booth (it's a little hard to find! It's on the back side of the Shenannigans restaurant and then to the left, directly under the sign) we were easily checked in, signed a form, and led to the boat. The boat ride and set up was very efficient and the guys running the operation were pleasant and friendly but made sure we were safe. Parasailing was amazing! I would highly recommend it and going with Long Beach Parasail! I can't wait to see our pictures! We will definitely be bringing all of our friends back to go up again! read more

NOT happy with the parasail flight. They said they would put 3 in the flight instead of 2, but we would get 15 min instead of 10. I checked the time and we only got 8 min each flight. Also, we took off our shoes to get our feet wet which we asked for and they forgot. In addition, the ride was suppose to last 1 hour and it only last 30 min. This experience was very expensive and did not deliver what was offered. Bad experience. Will not recommend. read more

We had a great experience today. It was just my party of 4 on the boat today. Both hosts were fun, very informative, and great at making us feel comfortable. We were supposed to arrive 15 mins before scheduled departure and we arrived a little too close to our departure time. The guy at the check in booth was kind and welcoming and assured us there was no problem with our late arrival (please show up on time as there are usually other parties join in on your trip and you will miss your scheduled adventure). The reason I gave 4 stars is because prior to the date of our reservation, I tried numerous times to call and get more info as to what to where, what's allowed on the boat, and whether motion sickness aids were available for purchase. I called about 6 times and an automated voice message prompted me to leave a message but the voice mailbox was full. On the sixth call a woman answered, she seemed very rushed and only informed me that all the information I needed would be in my confirmation email. I got off the phone to check and of course all my answers were not answered. Actually none of my answers were answered. The ride was great and so were the hosts. We will be back. :) read more

Had to wait forever to finally be able to book our trip due to Covid and fires and so many different factors that were preventing us from doing this experience. Then when we finally did, we were told we didn't have to worry about taking videos or pictures with our own phones because we got and paid for the photo package. So we didn't use our phones and low and behold their camera supposedly had some sort of malfunction and now we have no photo memories of our experience and all they want to refund me after spending $570 +40 for the photo package is the $40 for the photo package and the woman I spoke with was rude af with an attitude like I did something to her. You can't re-create a first experience for kids, two of the four kids are too scared to return, but they want to give me half-off of our "next experience" which will never happen now. Besides this isn't worth the money anyway once u do it once, def no need to do it again. I don't recommend this place whatsoever, you definitely DO NOT get what you pay for. You're literally up for less than six minutes in the air and that cost $95 AND there's no guarantee you'll get pix? The guys on the boat were super cool but this isn't about personalities, it's about business and the people running the business portion only care about their money and clearly not the satisfaction of their customers. read more

As far as first time parasailing goes, I'd have to say this experience was fantastic. Let me get the few downsides out of the way here, if they're even actually "true downsides" but keep in mind, they didn't ruin the experience at all for us. First off locating the establishment was slightly tricky, but after asking at one of the neighboring shops, it was easy peasy from there. It's a small booth right outside and next to Shenanigans pub. Luckily, we got there earlier then our original reservation to make sure we knew where exactly to be. The guys at the booth were kind enough to let us actually go out earlier since the wind was picking up. Second, as far as pictures go they're pretty good except I wouldn't have minded having some close ups of us in the air. But again, this "downside" didn't change the fact that the entire experience was delightful. The guys in charge of handling the entire experience are so calming and nice, I'll definitely be doing this again. Once you're up in the air, it's amazing the level of serenity you will feel. Unfair business practice. They promote a Groupon deal for $150 fight for two people with a 25% extra flight time and a foot dip with photos. I called to book over the phone and the woman taking my reservation told me to just pay at the location and not to purchase the Groupon deal, that they would honor the price and package. The woman booked the wrong date for the flight so when I arrived at the location I had to wait almost 2 hours to get on the boat due to her not booking the right date. Then once on the boat they didn't do the foot dip because the winds are more harsh later in the day and they only do foot dips on the mornings. The woman booking the reservation should have disclosed that if I wanted the foot dip I should of booked a morning flight instead of a afternoon flight. They don't disclose a lot of their contingencies and don't want to take responsibilities for their mistakes. I called to explain what happened to me and basically their answer was too bad so sad motto. I don't agree with their business practice. I don't recommend supporting a business like this. read more

We didn't have an appointment but the gentleman at the booth was very nice and accommodating to get us in on the last boat of the day! They took a long time to resolve the issue and communication was horrible. We had to call multiple times for them to fix the issue. I kept getting an error message that the code was not valid. I tried emailing them, calling them (voicemail was always full), and filling out their "ask a question" form on their site. This place is not reliable. We were scheduled for the long Beach location for last Saturday and when we were almost there, I got a call from a lady who asked if I was still going to show up. I told her yes, and that I was almost there. She then told me that the long Beach location was closed for the day and that I could drive an additional 30 minutes to their other location if we wanted to go that same day. I asked why I couldn't have been contacted about this ahead of time and she had nothing good to say. After digging deeper, we found out that they decided to take the boat to the other location instead and leave the other customers hanging. However Ben, one of the employees, handled this situation very professionally, gave us a full refund, and even paid for our parking! He helped us get booked immediately at the Newport Beach location instead. Bought the groupon to go over Labor Day weekend. Scheduled to go a few days before , but they called me the day before to explain there was an issue with the boats. First time going parasailing and I loved it. The captain and his assistant were friendly and very straight forward with the rules and what they expected of us. I was able to take my phone with my while parasailing to record. We were up in the air for about 10 minutes. We didn't touch the water at all, so taking a phone is highly advised if you aren't clumsy. I'll definitely do it again. read more

I purchased a Living Social Voucher for 2 people which included a deluxe photo package. Upon arriving in Long Beach for the 11am reservation I was told that it had been changed to Newport Beach at 12pm. There was no text message or phone call about the change. Instead there was an email that had been sent an hour before. We raced back to Orange County for the parasail ride. During the ride the crew member took photos. We were told that a link to the photos would be sent by text within 2 hours. We never received the photos. We emailed and phoned them but have gotten no response. Terrible customer service read more
