Wife had seared Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl which was awesome. I had a small order of fish n chips that was lame. No utensils were provided, no napkins, no ketchup, no tartar sauce. And this for a $38 lunch for two, with tip. Over priced, under performed, just not all around awesome. If we both ate in-store and had the Poke Bowl, probably 4-5*'s. read more

This is a great easy and fast place to grab quick excellent food. It's set up like a beach surf shack inside and the menu has more variety than we expected. The staff was friendly and attentive and they all pitched in to take care of the customers. We ended up having hot dogs and they were served and hot made fresh. The waitress said they are homemade. I stopped by the Indiatlantic location on my way home two nights ago. I pulled up to the window to place an order, like I've always don't for the past 3 yrs. In a hurried and abrasive fashion the woman who was working the drive up window "greeted" me in the most unfriendly manner saying only, What did u order??? When I told her that I wished to place an order, she was extremely rude and told me that that isn't how things are normally done. She "instructed" me that next time I needed to call in my order from home and then it would be ready for pick up when I got there. Taken a back, and not sure how to respond, I glanced down for a split second and quickly looked back up still hungry and wishing to get the food I had came for...but the woman was no where in sight. Eventually......she came back and I told her I was ready to order. Blatantly annoyed with me, she rudely said that it would be 25-30min - as a deterrent I guess. I told her that was fine & that I was ready to order. I ordered 1 hotdog with fries, but by the time I was done ordering I realized that I was not pleased with how this woman had treated me and no longer wished to do service at your location. So without paying, I drove off. It is absolutely insane that if I'm willing to wait for my food, that I'm being deterred from ordering and accosted in such a hostile way. The fact that she scolded a customer is in no way acceptable. Usually when swing by and order, I have my dog with me. I know it's usually about 15min for the food wishing is just enough time to and I'm totally fine with that. I have just enough time to take my dog on a short walk, sniff stuff and then the foods ready. If it's not, I'm well familiar with the policy of pulling around the building if another vehicle pulls uget in line behind me. We are seasonal, and eat at Long Doggers every trip down. It's picnic tables and servers in tanks and shorts, but that's what a beach hot dog place should have!! The food is delicious! My husband loves the tuna poke bowl, and I always get a summer salad with a great honey lime dressing. Anytime you find a locals' favorite that's been in business for years, it's going to be good. This is a great relaxed atmosphere restaurant. Very casual and if it is windy,chilly then they have portable heaters. We started with the fish dip and it was tasty. We really liked the jalapeños and relish to top it with. The Banzai appetizer and bowl were both very similar, so if you're only wanting the shrimp, order the appetizer. This was definitely our favorite. The kids meal hot dog was huge. It included fries and oranges. You also get an ice cream too. We also had the mahi sandwich (blackened), chili dog, and the tuna appetizer as a meal. For dessert we got the key lime pie. It was a solid 4/5 for food. It was good, just not wow! We are Long Doggers regulars, but this was our first visit since the onset of Covid-19. First off, the food was excellent. Appetizers and entrees were hot, beer and wine was cold, and everything was fresh and delicious. Ate way too much. But more important, the service was awesome... friendly, attentive, and hospitable. Shout out to Alexa our waitress for making our visit so enjoyable and making us feel so welcome. And above all, Long Doggers CLEARLY is going above and beyond to ensure social distancing and safety for its patrons and employees alike. There is a visible difference throughout the dining areas, everything from spacing to single-use menus to individually-wrapped condiments, and the place is completely clean. We felt 100% comfortable and safe in the environment they created for us, quite different from other bar/restaurant establishments a bit further up the beach. Longdoggers was absolutely delicious! We came while visiting with local family members and had a fun family night out. There is an option for outdoor seating or indoor. Food came out fast- within 15 minutes... we had delicious fish and chips, Banzai Shrimp Bowl, kids corn dogs meal, and red wine sangria. Our waitress was nice, knowledgeable about the menu, and answered our questions. You can buy T-shirt's, koozies, and mugs with their logo as well. I've been to the long doggers in Melbourne and loved it! Minus paying $5 for a single hotdog (no fries). This location just isn't the same. The place is small and dingy. The staff is rude and the food just isn't as good. I've eaten here a couple times while on travel in Melbourne. After the first experience, I vowed I wouldn't return. But my coworkers all wanted to go so I went... Again, I was not impressed. We go THE RUDEST waitress ever. I was so appalled by her attitude I wanted to walk out. If I wasn't with 10 other people, I would have. I got the same hot dog I got at the Melbourne location. I loved the dog last time. LOVED IT! This time, I'm not sure what happened, Its the same restaurant and the same food but it just wasn't good. The hot dog was wrinkled and dry, a clear indication that the dog was overcooked. A dry hot dog? how is that possible? And the chili was sparse which added too the dry factor. The dogs don't come with fries so be sure to ask for some. And even though I asked, our waitress forgot about them. Sorry long doggers. Overall the experience was horrible. I wont go back unless I am forced to with coworkers. I can here with a bridal party, needing a quick fix after our nail appointments. They were so happy for us to come in and sad that we had to take our dogs to go.
