My experience at this nail shop has left me so upset I'm still sitting here trying to shake it off. This past Saturday I got a fill, and 3 days later, one of my nails broke. I contacted the owner, Long, via Instagram and told him about my nail, in addition to multiple rhinestones falling off. He agreed to fix it, so I thanked him and arranged to come in Friday (today). I arrived at 230pm and the shop wasn't busy, except for Long, he was just starting a full set on someone else. They had me wait 15 mins, when another lady sat me down to remove the broken acrylic and add a new nail. I then sat and waited for Long for about 40 more mins as he completed the full set on the other customer. Once done, he rushed over to my table. I looked up at him, attempting to greet him, but he didn't even look up or acknowledge me. He just grabbed my hand and began working on my nails. The shop at this point is extremely busy, and they are having to turn customers away. You could see him becoming more anxious and rushy every time someone came in. He fixed my nail, added 1 rhinestone, and then started to clean up. I point out multiple other stones that fell out (about 6). He smacked his lips, says something under his breath, and added 2 out of the 6. He began cleaning up again. I look, confused, and asked if he had missed the other 4, there were still huge spaces where stones used to be. Out of nowhere he grunts loudly "ugggghh, oh my god!" And smacks his lips again. I now realize he was annoyed with me and having to glue additional rhinestones??? I asked him was I inconveniencing him, Or did he just miss the open spaces? I was so confused at all of the attitude I was getting. More annoyed, he starts pointing at other customers waiting in the shop (who came after me and/or were walk ins) and loudly yells out "SHES WAITING, AND SHES WAITING, AND SHE IS WAITING! I'M ONLY SUPPOSED TO FIX 1 NAIL, NOT MULTIPLE!!" Embarrassing the sh** out of me in front of the entire shop. I reminded him that when I reached out to him, I told him multiple stones had fallen out, and it wasn't my fault that they were fell out after 3 days. I wasn't rough on my nails or doing anything that should have resulted in this. He is at this point ignoring me, and doesn't respond. Surprised, I told him that I had been sitting for a little over an hour, quietly to get this fixed, and that this was so unprofessional to treat me in such a way! Clearly not giving a damn, he repeats that I asked for too much. I told him fine, I will not be coming back ever again. He still doesn't care. I asked him how much I owed him, since this was clearly about money, he blurts out "nothing, free!" And leaves to start another customer. He tells the lady next to me, "thank you so much for waiting," a courtesy he NEVER extended to me. I've never been so humiliated. The owner is rude as hell, and money thirsty. BEWARE. My first visit, I asked to pay with Apple Pay, something he advertises as an acceptable form of payment. He tells me he doesn't accept it. I asked did he accept any cashless form of payment (Zelle, CashApp). He says no, even though I saw other customers paying with Zelle. I then opted to use my Visa card. As I'm paying, he looks into my wallet, see's cash, and stuck his finger damn near in my wallet and says "YOU HAVE CASH RIGHT THERE! CAN YOU USE THAT CASH?" I told him no I'll use my card. Not stopping, he gets loud and says "CASH IS BETTER!" Still looking in my wallet. I told him that the cash was intended for something else, not my nails. He had an attitude about that, ran my card, and didn't say thank you when I tipped. The pedicures here are mediocre, and the eye brow wax I got was a disaster. She rewaxed one of my eyebrows 4 times in a row, resulting in a sore/burn mark under my brow line for over a week. Will never ever return. Ever. Ever. read more

The older lady who did my feet was rude, she kept tapping my feet like I was a bad kid to reposition them for no reason at all. They spoke about me in their language the entire time I was there and the two ppl doing my feet and nails (same time) were very loud on purpose when I had to take a quick work call. They also act like they can't understand you when they absolutely can. I've gotten my nails ad toes done many times to know what is not normal. First time here, had expected that this will be my go-to place but I was disappointed. They don't honor your appointment time, i needed a pedi and acrylics for my daughter, they worked on my pedi after a few minutes of waiting but my daughter waited about 40 mins before they started working on her nails. In fact, other customers who came in after us who have appointments like us waited long too or were told to come back later. So, why bother making an appointment, they don't even apologize for the inconvenience or set expectations with you, they just make you wait. Another big turn off is, one lady there was rude, and impatient with my daughter. It's not a good experience. Pedicurist cut me while trimming my cuticle. Very deep. Proceeds to clean it up with DIRTY towel that was sitting under my feet, I was shocked. Told her to please address the wound properly with alcohol and skin protectant before we continue with the pedicure. She did as I requested. Proceeds to cut me AGAIN. At this point, I inform her I'm no longer interested in the service. She says I don't have to pay. I ask to see Lee's manicurist certificate. She refuses( likely because she is not certified!!). I ask Nina to see their board license as it is required to be posted in public view. She refuses and tells me to leave. As I'm leaving, I find the certificate hidden behind a desk. I snap a photo of it. They immediately lock me in their establishment and told me I was not leaving with the photo. I'm absolutely terrified. They call Long (the owner). He arrives and still does not let me leave! Calls me a liar even though he sees the Bandaids on my toes, which his staff provided to me after cutting me. They eventually let me out after much time has passed. They called the police on me. For what? The police informed them they cannot falsely imprison anyone in their establishment, they claim they did not know this. Ridiculous. Ignorance is not a legal defense. Anyways DO NOT COME HERE. I went in today to get my previous nails fixed that I got somewhere else I had a color French tip and the nails were dipped powder. All I wanted was the lady to fix them she redid the nails and didn't listen to what I wanted she looked mad and rushed the whole time she didn't check her work and when I would tell her that something was wrong she would get frustrated the thing that I really disliked is that she told me to hurry up and stop looking at my nails because she had other customers when I am also a customer I was really upset I still paid her and just left I will never be going back here again read more
